The lady my mom had (Tina) was SO rude & aggressive, we kept having to remind her to be gentle because my mom has arthritis but she did not care. the man I had (Steven) kept trying to convince me to get gel and RUSHED the entire process. my toes look like a 5 year old painted them and my mom left in pain. This is our first time coming here. The service was fast my fiancée and I walked in and got a pedicure. They have wine and two beers available. The prices are really good too and are about the same as every where else. They spend good amount of time making sure that you have everything done and are satisfied. They also do appointments as well. They have a wide array of colors to choose from for your feet and hands. They are full service and have waxing available, facials, manicures, pedicures, all natural manicures and pedicures. My fiancée had Nellie and loved her. She was very interactive and took care of all of her needs. An was the lady who take care of my pedicure and did an amazing job. The hot stone massage at the end was the best. I came for a pedicure. The place is very nice and clean, the gentleman doing my pedi took his time and made my toes look really nice! It's a tad bit expensive but I'd say it's worth the price. (I paid $65 for the spa treatment and gel pedicure plus a $15 tip so $80 in total) The spa treatment included a lot of things; stone massage, scrubs, lotions etc. I was there for almost an hour. I do not get pedicures often, I have rougher feet, she spent the time to take care of them and trimmed everything with such attention to detail and was so delicate and had a soft touch . So today I went to the nail salon that I usually go to to get my pedicures and since I already had my nails done by another nail tech based in Victorville I decided to only get a pedicure. Out of the three options that were available I got the cheapest pedicure which was $40. I then asked if the woman could please use gel and she advised me that the gel costed $10 extra , I said it was fine because I always get gel when I go , but when I went to check out the receipt it was for $66 I had tipped the lady $5 to do my pedi So with the $40 pedicure and the and the $10 additional charge for gel it should've came out to $55 I then went inside the shop and explained how they charged me incorrectly. As I showed him everything on my Calculator he then tells me the gel is $20 extra even though the woman doing my toes said $10 I then looked at the lady doing my nails and told her you told me $10 as she stayed quiet. The man did not do my toes then kept on saying how Gel was $20 EXTRA never in my life after years of having gel pedicures have I paid $20 extra for gel let alone the cheapest pedicure they have to offer which is $40 and it turned into $66 I deeply regret tipping the lady as well as ever going back after having a bad experience once before. Never again will I support or go to that shop ever again over priced overrated for shit work and customer service. They Charged me $36 for my 8year olds pedicure, supper simple. They Just wet her feet and nail polish nothing more. I've been here before and decided to spend some time with her and get peddies together but she just sat next to me while I got mine done. No shame at all.! STOP! READ! Been going here for a while for fills and when I need it I get my toes done. I'm not a fan of pedicures so I just need my toes cut and cuticles cleaned up. Few months ago had my toes cut and cleaned up don't know the girls name but she cut my toe nail so short it bleed could barely walk Well I went back Saturday for a fill and my toenails to be cut the Gal Julie cut two of my toenails too short again bleeding. The big toe wouldn't stop bleeding and when she's applying pressure she's trying to work on my other toe and that's when she cut my third toe. Told her to stop I'm done Zoey at the desk was trying to help and kept telling me to put my foot back in the dirty water told them that's unsanitary I just want to leave Julie cutting my toes gives me a slip to pay I told her I'm not paying for you cutting my toes and making me bleed I asked to speak to the owner Nellie she wouldn't talk to me. This is my second time to this place and both times were horrible! I thought I just had a bad person but ended up getting the same girl again for my pedicure. The first time she used the machine to file the top of my toenails and I've never had that done and thought it was odd. She also made my nails round and not square? I prefer square. A few weeks later I took off the polish and she messed up my nail bed and turned it white! Went again today because my husband scheduled me a surprise appointment for my birthday so I didn't wanna say no. Got the same lady but she did better this time. Ultimately she couldn't do it, with an attitude passed me off to Tina who was able to do it. Went two days ago to get my fill done worst experience of my life I've never been treated the way I did coming here. If you come here don't go to Johnny he's so rude and rough!! I've been going here since they opened! I use to go to their other location in the target shopping center but since this was new and a beautiful place, I've loved it. Terrible place! Went here with my daughter (13 years old) to get her nails done. We didn't stay for them to even do her nails. The man was incredibly rude! We asked if he could do her nails at a lower price and he agreed. Then when we sat down to proceed with her nails, he decided to be rude and treat us like shit! I guess if he agrees to discount the price for you it comes with a cost of being treated like shit! He looked at my daughters hands and said the old nails which were already more than half way removed would be an additional charge to remove. My sweet daughter knowing we were trying to keep the cost down, said it's ok I'll just bite the rest off. He says, go ahead and just walks away, not even mentioning to me what the additional charge would be to remove the few pieces of old nails. Then he comes back and sits down, slouching back into his chair and watches my daughter bite her old nails off. I said, are you kidding me this is unbelievable, absolutely no customer service! I said to him, you are so rude sitting back in your chair watching her bite her nails and not even discussing with me what the cost is to have you remove it. I said to my daughter you are not going to continue to bite your nails, let's go somewhere else and we got up to walk out. He said in front of all other customer, go ahead go somewhere else. He cut me twice and when I proceeded to tell him he ignored me . And I asked for gel pink glitter nail polish and he did horrible painting job and got it on my skin . I didn't like it here. Michael did my nails and he made them crooked. He also looked like he didn't know what he was doing. He filed my nails after he applied the gel and top coat. Which is wrong because now the tips of my nails have no gel polish. He kept pressuring me to do more expensive treatments too. I walked out of there paying $30 more than I usually pay. The salon charged 10 percent more for services because of the Covid situation which to me is whatever. But they only let you choose from a menu that had up-priced services. So on top of 10 percent more, you're only allowed to choose services that are $30 or more. And trust me the $30 pedi doesn't get you much. For that I'm not going back there. Going to go to another salon. I just moved out here and have not found a Salon I love yet. Moreno Valley had way better Salons. I mean for the $100 I spent there I at least want nails that look good. Went to try a new place and decided to try this shop.. went for short square since I'm almost having my baby.. but didn't mean short to my finger tips.. felt super rushed and so non professional... he cut my tips without asking if the length was good... cut them, tried to give them a square shape (don't understand how you mess up a square nail) then did a messy thin (super thin) acrylic application... and did a bad file job.. they were so badly done and the paint job? Like I should of told him no polish... when I left the shop I was so mad I paid 30$ for bad shaped, uneven, dirty underneath nails and i was so disappointed on my nails that I went to another shop... got the crappy nails removed (had some pain) and got a new set that is 100% better!! Wish I would of took a picture of the crappy set but I didn't even last 30 minutes with them.. I will never go back or ever recommend this place to anyone!!! read more
