I'm really disappointed with the quality of the gel manicure and pedicure I received here. It's only been 5 days, and two of my gel nails are already peeling, with one completely peeled off (see photos). I paid $95 total for a gel mani and pedi, and for that price, I absolutely expected better longevity and quality. Gel is supposed to last at least 2 weeks, not start failing in under a week with normal daily activity. Unfortunately, this was not worth the money, and I won't be returning. I got a gel pedicure here today, and I'm extremely disappointed. Within hours, the gel polish began chipping and lifting, which is completely unacceptable for gel. On top of that, the polish application is crooked and uneven, especially noticeable on multiple toes (see photos). The shape isn't centered on the nail and looks rushed and sloppy. Gel pedicures are supposed to last weeks and look clean and precise this looks flawed the same day. Unfortunately, this was not worth the price, and I won't be returning. read more

I'm obsessed with this Nail Bar! The decor is to die for and it genuinely feels so luxe. Everything was spotless and the pedicure chairs were so comfy! I got off work early to go to a doctors appointment. I had time to get a gel manicure and pedicure. I checked out a couple spots and decided to come here. It was empty so I got seated right away. My Pedi came out good no complaints, but as for my manicure they gave me a new girl and although she took her time it wasn't the best. Shape was not the best and paint job wasn't the best. This place is extremely unsanitary. The nail stations are dirty, the chairs are filthy, and the tools look unclean. I also noticed that the entire staff doesn't wash their hands between clients. They don't wear gloves and some don't wear masks. They move from one person to the next with no handwashing, no gloves--doing a pedicure, then immediately helping a client pay or touching their phones. It's gross. While getting my pedicure, I also noticed they seemed to be using the same toe separators for multiple clients. Have we learned nothing from COVID? The staff is sweet, but they're clearly rushed and make a lot of mistakes. They messed up my pedicure--I got a Gel-X, and the polish on one of my big toes was lumpy. I also had multiple cuts around all of my cuticles, showing how rushed they were. To top it off, the woman who seemed to be the manager told me the price for acrylics was $40, but then charged me $75. Overall, it was not a great experience. Not very relaxing. They seem more focused on high client turnover than the quality of their work.This was only my second appointment here. The first time wasn't quite as bad, but my Gel-X polish on both my hands and feet only lasted a week. It seems like they may be watering down their products. Beware--do not come here! read more

I needed my gel x removed and Mei did an amazing job. She was gently with my thin natural nails. I also had a classic pedicure and I'm very satisfied, sorry I didn't get her name, but she was very nice and detailed. I had gel on my nails already and she didn't fully remove the gel when she was already moving on to cleaning my nail. I let her know that there was still visible gel on my nails and she said that there wasn't. She called over another lady and she said that there was and the new lady proceeded to take off the rest of the old gel. The original lady then continued with my pedicure. She did a half ass job and the nail gel was laid lumpy and she didn't clean that well around the nail. I definitely won't be coming back. This place is beautifully done. It's so big. Came in with my teenage daughter and husband . We got 2 full sets and 2 pedicures. I recommend the VIP pedicure it was so relaxing and you get free drink of choice and a shoulder massage! Completely worth the money. My assigned nail tech seemed very sweet but the owner or person in charge seemed to not be having a good day.
