Found this place randomly through Yelp of course. I had just gotten a haircut and wanted a little more pampering so looked up the closest nail shop and boy am I glad this popped up. Sammy did both my pedicure and gel manicure. It had been over 6 months since I've got to get my nails done (mother's passing made this the last thing on my mind). Sammy had her hands full to say the least but was very kind and took their time. My nails had been breaking and when I asked if there was anything that can be done she added an extra layer to make them stronger. The offer a complimentary beverage which is a nice touch. I have lived across the street from this salon for almost 11 years and I can't tell you how many times they have changed hands. I first tried Nail Beauty Lounge a couple months ago and it was way nicer than all the other times I had visited. They have fancy new chairs, the decor is pretty, it smells good, and the staff are all very sweet. I came in again this week with my niece to get pedicures. They immediately offer you a drink - champagne, mimosa, wine, tea, or water. We just had water and they brought us cold cups with ice in them, not a room temp plastic mini bottle like the last place gave out. We were the only ones there on a weekday morning, so they got to work right away. Both of our techs did a great job on our toes. Everybody here is polite and kind and they truly want to make sure you enjoy the experience. They offer many different packages, from a basic no frills pedicure, to a full spa experience with herbal oils, scrubs, masks, hot stone massage, and more. I think their prices are very reasonable, and they often have 10% off deals, plus you accrue points if you check in with your phone number. I have noticed this nail salon right by house and decided to call and make an appointment for the same day and they were available to take me. You can make an appointment thru Yelp as well w this salon. I arrived 5 minutes early and a nice lady named Annie helped me, she had me check in on a kiosk. Then I was seated on the spa chair. I had a great experience here. Annie did my gel manicure and took her time and was precise about making sure my nails were clean and cuticles were cut safely and she did an amazing job. The other young lady also did a great job on my pedicure and was also very nice and took her time making sure to cut my extra dry skin off. They were both gentle and I felt very relaxed. Found my new favorite pedi spot!! I made an appointment via yelp for same day service and was greeted by welcoming and friendly faces! The salon is new, clean and very cute. I was pleasantly surprised that they even offer complimentary beverages as I was enjoying my chair massage. Such an added bonus! Came here on a Sunday. If you're planning to come on a Sunday, I'd highly suggest calling ahead of time and making an appointment. I came here for the first time with my daughter for 2 pedicures. We both got #2 Callus Removal Pedicure. It includes sea salt soak, cuticle trimming, callus removal, massage and hot towel. I got Wendy and my daughter got Tiffany. Wendy was great! She was friendly and sweet. Tiffany on the other hand, wasn't very friendly. My daughter got a half-a** massage and no hot towel. I'm not sure if I'd return. Loved the service here! I love supporting my Vietnamese people! Unlike most places from what I heard because this was my first time going to get a pedicure, they offer free drinks! My lady was able to do amazing work on my ingrown toe nail and it was an enjoyable and laughable experience. I'm ticklish lol. If I could give zero stars, I would!!! My recent visit to this salon was, without exaggeration, one of the most disappointing displays of unprofessionalism and incompetence I've ever encountered in a salon. The appointment began with what should have been a simple question: which pink tones would complement my skin for a French set. Instead of offering even the most basic guidance, my technician--Emily--responded with a repeated "I don't know," as though color theory is a mystery rather than a fundamental part of her job. Fine. I did my own research while sitting in the chair, because apparently the burden of expertise had shifted to me. What followed was three full hours of her struggling through the most elementary steps of nail application. I had to point out--multiple times that my natural nail is visibly protruding from the side. Before she even began, she attempted to apply the new set over visible buildup and residue from my previous nails. I had to stop her and ask whether she planned to clean underneath at all. The painting phase was somehow worse. The polish was uneven, streaky, and poorly placed an outcome I would expect from someone experimenting at home, not from a professional salon. At one point she asked whether I still wanted tips, and by then the answer was obvious: absolutely not. Trust had left the building. My hands were cycled in and out of the UV dryer seven or eight times as she repeatedly corrected her own mistakes. My fingers were drenched in acetone so many times they were literally sticking together. Eventually another technician was brought in, who spent more time interrogating me about why I came "all the way from my city" than actually fixing the disaster unfolding on my hands. She asked me the same question three separate times, as though my presence there were somehow the problem--not the quality of the work. By the end, multiple nails had to be redone entirely, and even then the results were subpar. The final insult was her attempting to apply cuticle oil over visible dust and debris still sitting on my hands. I had to stop her yet again and ask why anyone would seal dirt into the skin. This salon lacks not only skill, but basic hygiene standards, customer service, and professional awareness. I came because I saw beautiful work done on someone else and assumed this establishment was capable of the same. That assumption was clearly misplaced. I will not be returning, and I strongly encourage others to reconsider before wasting their time, money, and patience here. read more

This was my first visit here, and I absolutely loved it! I walked in without an appointment, and they were quick to accommodate me. They even had a drink menu featuring champagne, mimosas, water, and more. The staff is incredibly friendly, and I brought my 6-year-old along, who was also treated with kindness. They provided me with the WiFi password and offered him a chair to sit beside me. Sammy did an outstanding job on my gel pedicure, successfully removing an ingrown nail I had. I don't understand why she would make me wait after I made an appointment per her request just for her to take all the walk-ins before me. Sarah needs to work on her customer service.
