When I arrived, I wasn't helped until 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. The whole reason I made an appointment was so I wouldn't have to wait, especially since I had plans afterward. It was very frustrating and made me late. I'm also disappointed with the quality of my gel manicure. My nails have already started lifting and coming off, and they feel unusually thick and uneven underneath. I've never had gel nails feel like this before. Unfortunately, because of both the long wait and the poor quality of the manicure, I don't feel I received the service I expected.

Total was $120 and I gave a $20 tip, so $140. I'm from California and this is the most I've ever paid for a mani pedi. My nails started chipping at day 5. I went back on about day 10 and got them fixed. They repolished only the chipped nails (5/10 fingers) and the rest started chipping the next day. My gel polish normally lasts 3weeks at least and never chips. I won't be returning to this place.

At the relaxation room they have complementary snacks, water and tea for you to relax in before you're called in for your massage. Our therapists were really nice and professional. I asked for a "French pedicure, gel" and she didn't know what French was. - she did the white line but no pink fill... just clear. She made a mistake on one of my toes and instead of removing all of the polish she filed just a little bit off and then added more top coat. The result looked horrible. The mistake toe was my tinies toe on the right foot (see pics). The deluxe pedicure was priced at $35 but for gel and the white line the charge was $55 total. I gave her a $10 tip because I couldn't see my toes well until I got home. Very unhappy with my end result. The paint is already chipping and it's only Sunday.
