This salon used to be very good. I don't know what has happened but for me they have been on a downward spiral ever since Nancy left. Nancy where are you? Thursday, August 7th, 2025 was the final straw for me. The lady doing my pedicure rushed through it, even ignoring a request from me. Turns out I saw her exiting the salon after my service. I think that is why she half did my pedicure. My gel manicure was just so-so. Anyway I have finally had enough and am now trying out new salons. read more

The Pros I am really pleased with the services I received. I chose the Plum manicure and pedicure. There was one nail technician servicing me which I loved. I appreciated her attention to detail and not feeling like a rag doll by being handled by two people for what is supposed to be a relaxing experience. She was thorough and pleasant. I requested a white base and 2 layers of orange and she agreed without issue. I observed clean work areas and practices...including the bathroom. The Cons Prices are a bit higher than a couple of the other salons I have patronized. However, I would rather pay a bit more for quality service in my community versus traveling to receive a rushed, mediocre service. The decor is more basic but I'm not moving in. There are 8 pedicure and 8 manicure stations. Today there were 6 techs working and walk-in customers were waiting about 15 minutes or so before being serviced. I would definitely suggest making an appointment. But consistency is also key. I will return and if the next few appointments are like today this will become my regular spot. read more

My mom and sister come here regularly, while I come here if the wait at my normal place is too long. I'm always satisfied when I leave. The place is super clean and cleanliness is a priority here. They have many gel and sns colors compared the other salons around them. Staff is always friendly and prices are always decent. Lynn is great, typically need an appointment to see her, but it's worth it! read more

Was not pleased with the way they did my SNS and full set. I normally go to waterscape in PTC. I think I'll stick to Waterscape.

I come here all the time to get my toes done and not once have they ever messed them up. I told the lady just to trim my nails and keep them shaped square like I had them. she cut them all the way down to the skin to where they were completely rounded and didn't get the polish off my skin after she painted them. I seri was on the verge of tears because I have a wedding this weekend and now my toes look like actual frog feet. read more

I went to Nail Fever on Saturday, 10/12 and got an SNS manicure. It last all of 5 days before it started chipping and cracking. Normally an SNS manicure lasts a good 2 weeks but this one has not even lasted 1. I would go back to the salon for them to fix it but I don't live in the area so I've essentially wasted the money I paid for this manicure. Seriously disappointing. read more

We have been going to Nail Fever for years and always make appointments for first thing Saturday morning. The owner and the small number of employees they have, arrive to the salon after 10AM and never take people with appointments first, they just go by who walks in first. For something that should take an hour, it always takes two hours or more. We have loved this place for years but the service has dramatically gone down hill. To the owner, please consider hiring more employees and have them all arrive BEFORE the salon opens so things don't get so backed up! read more

If i could rate this nail salon a 0 i would have. I've been trying to find good nail salons in Fayetteville and i saw that Nail Fever had a high rating. I made an appointment for an acrylic soak off, manicure and full set. When i got there, the woman who worked on me tried to ply my acrylic off instead of soaking them, which causes damage. When i told her i wanted a soak off she then caught an attitude. While I was soaking she took on a new client and did an sns manicure. My nails were done soaking after 20 minutes and i was not helped nor checked on until her appointment was finished, which was an hour later. I'm very disappointed that i was not able to get what I came in for. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING TO THIS SALON IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND PROFESSIONALISM. read more

This place is amazing! I have tried so many other places in town and have found this one to be the best. Good variety on pedicures, which you don't find much in this area. I have been coming to this salon for 2 years. Tried different technicians but last year I made appointment only with Nancy. She is quiet and takes her time. Last November, I went for a pedi and gel manicure, a day before a trip to Texas, I had made an appointment and arrived 5 minutes before. The technician just had started to do a pedi on a gentleman. I waited 30 minutes before another technician came to start removing my previous gel polish. After 20 more minutes waiting, Nancy comes to start the manicure. By this point I just asked her to do a regular manicure as I did not have time for a gel manicure. All of them started talking in their language and looking at me like I had committed a sin. I told her my time is valuable I don't have 2 more hours to stay here. Then while doing my pedi, she dug in the sink so deep, despite me saying no, that I was hurting for a month and during my trip, my big toes were red and hurting so much. Few months later when I was removing my nail polish at home, I had developed fungus infection on both toes. Unacceptable!!! I will not go back to this salon!! read more

Do not go to this salon! If I could give this salon negative stars I would! I have never written a review before but created an account in hopes that customers would avoid this nightmare of a nail salon. This was the only negative experience I have ever had at a salon. The employees were more concerned with receiving a tip than providing good customer service. I paid for an SNS manicure and a pedicure. The staff was extremely unfriendly and ruff. I literally have a scar on my pinky where the staff member giving me a manicure dug into my skin with the nail file so hard that she drew blood. When she noticed the wound she acted like it was an inconvenience to have to pause mid manicure and stop the bleeding she had caused... The experience didn't get any better as the lady giving me a pedicure looked completely clueless and cut almost all of my toe nails crooked. Any one who has been to a nail salon knows that you're going to throw down a nice chunk of money for a mani and pedi. So shouldn't the experience be a pleasant one? read more

I just left and felt very uncomfortable it was clear to me they were talking about me and laughing because I requested a simple design of basic lines and triangle she didn't even look at the picture I tried to show her just said no. That's when the jabber started and other associates coming to where I sat saying design in english and then the rest in their native language it was really rude and i felt in uncomfortable the rest of the time. It was supposed to be a special time with my mom as I was treating her on her birthday and they knew that. I normally tip incredibly well this time only left 20 dollars on 100. Spent a lot of money and would have done more if they had been less obvious about talking about me and taking advantage of the fact that I couldn't translate their language. Pretty work but could be more considerate of your customer when they plainly tell you this is a special occasion for you and your mother. I've worked with much nicer people in this industry will not be visiting again. read more

I've been going to this nail salon for 2.5 years. All the women in my family go, but we won't be back. Last time my sister and I came the tech working on her openly insulted the shape of her toenails and the calluses on her feet. We overlooked it. Today we came in together and asked for mani/pedis. I finished picking out my polish before my sister, so I headed over to the chairs to which we'd been directed. One was filling up with water and had a tech, the other didn't. I tried to sit in the chair with the tech and she wouldn't let me. She rudely told me to sit in the other chair. I then waited 20 minutes for someone to start my pedicure while the tech worked on my sister's pedicure. Then, when my tech finally came she and the other tech were obviously talking about me because I asked her to trim my toenails a little shorter (after I'd very clearly asked for them to be cut very short). What should have been a relaxing, fun experience with my sister was anything but. Don't waste your money. read more
