Stacy and Tina took care of me. One did my Pedicure, and the other did my manicure. They were really friendly, attentive and did an excellent job. I've visited this salon before, so this wasn't my first experience. And yes, the gentleman that everyone keeps mentioning in the reviews--he's exactly as described. He came off very rushed, dismissive, and honestly, a bit rude. Now, the woman who did my pedicure was kind and gentle, and I appreciate her professionalism. However, my concern lies with the timing and quality of service I received. I walked in at 7:39 PM, unaware that they closed at 8:00 PM. If that was an issue, it would've been completely understandable for someone to kindly let me know they were closing soon and ask if I'd prefer to come back the next day. Instead, I was met with visible irritation. My pedicure began at 7:39 PM and polish started at 8:02 PM--meaning the entire service lasted just about 24 minutes. For a spa pedicure, that's far below the standard. No part of the price was adjusted despite the shortened service, and I definitely felt rushed through a process that should've taken 45 to 60 minutes. It felt incomplete and not worth the full price I paid. Honestly, it's a gamble. You might get the full experience, or you might get a rushed version like I did. Either way, the price remains the same. I'll need another pedicure within a week--when typically, I can go two weeks without a problem. This just didn't meet expectations. Had my first experience at Lush in Fayetteville recently and decided to try SNS on my hands along with a standard pedicure. This was a gift so I did not research the reviews ahead of time. I wish I had. I will not return. My fingernails in less than a week are peeling along the edges and the nails themselves are thick and bulky and very uneven, (not being filed properly) and most have noticeable imperfections. The manicurist damaged my cuticles in several places and they bled, so my fingers have been sore ever since. I would highly recommend that a person interested in having their nails done do some homework ahead of time. Lush would not be one to consider. In addition, the salon is very dusty and unkempt looking. While I was there a boxing movie was playing on the big screen, which didn't seem to be very conducive to the mostly female clientele looking to relax before Mother's Day and have nail services. Dirty, sloppy, staff in a big hurry with poor attention to detail in many areas, is how I would describe lush nail bar in Fayetteville. Overall, a very disappointing experience and I will go elsewhere for nail services in the future. read more

Do not patronize this business. I should have taken a look at these reviews prior to coming for a service. Purely an experience from hell. I patronize another Lush Nail Bar and today I learned they are not all the same. When I entered this establishment, I requested acrylic powder overlay. I was asked to pick a color. I showed the picture of the powder that was currently on my nails, inquired if they carried it and was told yes. The male who was servicing me seemed rushed and annoyed with the questions I asked. Seems to be the same male who is rushed, distracted, and unskilled in the previous posts. I wanted to know if overlay was typically slapped on nails in the fashion they were slapped on mine. I've never seen anyone nail professional do such a pot job with acrylic powder - EVER! The color also did not match my previous work. I was told I maybe it's my nails or that the Lush is tyoically frequent has mixed colors. Highly unlikely, when I've been to the same shop numerous times previously without issue from various professionals. The work has been consistent when showing the powder #. Here, I was told just pick a color and paint over it. Sir this isn't what I came here for. I'd like my nails to look natural and not requiring paint over your botched job. When asked about the shape of my nails he aggressively filed my almond shaped nails into a slant. During this time he became irrate, got up slammed his equipment down and asked me to leave. I told him I'd leave the same way I came. Get my nails back to their natural state and I'd leave without a problem. He mentioned he spent one hour trying to get this done. I also wasted one hour waiting for you to do something you knew you couldn't do. I asked that he lower his tone speaking to me as I never raised my voice. I'll take my business elsewhere but before I do remove this acrylic powder. All guests seemed shocked to see a customer being treated this way, no manager or supervisor available to diffuse the situation. One employee rightfully decided to removed the powder for me. I told him thank you and proceeded to leave and never come back. Prior to leaving other patrons came to me and apologized that I went through such a horrific encounter and noted they wouldn't be back after seeing how something so menial got to this point. Don't waste your time or money at this unprofessional nail shop. Too many in the area, however I'll drive 1 hour to the place where I know it can be done to my liking and I'll be respected as other paying guests. read more

I've been going to Lush Nail Bar for a couple of years. I enjoy treating myself to a nice deluxe pedicure and sugar scrub. My favorite nail technician is Duke. He's skilled in all sorts of nail types, nail shapes, hand massages, mani & pedi, and does the best white tip nails ;-) If Duke is not available, I recommend Kevin. He's skilled as well. Lush Nail Bar is clean. All their tools and foot tubs are sanitized. The atmosphere is very relaxing. read more

This location has expanded, I believe. The salon used to be located in the unit next-door, which was Ana Nails. It appears they have hired new people and changed their price points. The decor is much more modern and very clean in their new location.. Pricing is higher, but there are more services offered. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and I also like that they use tools that are throwaway. The chairs are updated. I highly recommend booking with Sally. She pays attention to details and will give you the best mani/pedi ever. I got the deluxe combo for $56. This included a manicure with regular polish and a pedicure with paraffin and hot stones massage. read more

Would not recommend this nail salon to my worst enemy. The nail tech who did my nails said he was the manager. He was rude, irritable and generally a jerk. As he polished he covered my skin and then did not want to clean it up. He blamed it on the nail polish. I could go on but I think you get the message. The place was nice, but could have better service. The man who did my nails was very distracted and was rushing. I came to have a relaxing time, but that was not the case. I got a gel manicure with French tips on my regular short nails and it came out to be $43 which is very overpriced. I've gotten a full set of acrylics at another place priced at the same amount. I walked in to treat myself to a pedicure and manicure. The pedicure $30 dollars and the manicure was $18. (Lucy did both) The pedicure was very short for the price and I was scolded when she was putting on my shoes because one of my toes needed a small touch up. I was told, I don't need you help. In other words, look what you did. My manicure lasted a total of 3 days and the polish was off. I went back to let them know, and I wasn't offered a polish change or anything. I was told that's what happens if it's not gel polish. I spent $48 dollars plus tip. Soooooo not worth the money or time. read more

Don't know if the guy was color blind but my girlfriend's nails are a completely different color than she asked for. Like pink vs. red kind of difference.
