I used to love coming here but after my last two visits I am done. Last visit I lost half an eyebrow, this visit I don't even know where to start. I came in for a pedi and gel manicure, natural nails, no tips or acrylic, just gel polish along with just toenail polish for my 4 year old. Three hours later I'm contemplating going elsewhere, except I already paid them $50. First the pedicure. The water was cold, ok fine, not comfortable with it hotter I can deal with but then it just kept piling on. The woman doing it acted like it was a huge deal when I asked her to cut my toenails shorter. Then it was an issue that my daughter wanted to get her toe nails polished. The polish on my toes looks horrible. It's patchy, the edges aren't polished. I could have done better myself. Then the gel polish. Starting with it being the wrong color. Ok, I should have said something right away but the lady painted one coat on two fingers, then switched hands so by the time I actually saw two coats and could say 100% it was the wrong color every finger except my thumbs had at least a coat on. The polish is lumpy and has lines in it that look like I painted over grown out acrylic or thick paint. Since it took so long already, I didn't want to start over again. I didn't have the time. My mani pedi that I looked forward to left me angry. I won't be back. read more

I love my nails but my cuticles are very sore. Not sure what she did to them. She was very detailed oriented. I've been to 3 salons now and this is my favorite besides the painful cuticles. I will probably go again since they look so good. read more

I really like this place. I've been going for a while and have never seen anything like what the other reviewers are saying. Maybe that person is no longer there? Paul does my nails and he's great. He's willing to try the odd things I find on the internet and always does a fantastic job. He's quite a craftsman. The whole staff is friendly and happy and make it a nice experience. Usually go here the normal guy that does my mani and pedi was busy. Went with someone else. Feet still looked like when I walked in manicure looked dull and nails wasnt cleaned from dried skin. Eyebrows started to blister up. All the day before mothers day. Worst experience ever read more

Overall, everything turned out well. I went for the spa/deluxe pedicure and they didn't do any extra design or suggest it while every other place I've been to would have at least offered. Overall the pedicure was fine and the massage was well done but the girl didn't talk very much at all to me, only to her co-worker. I was having a bit of a "Seinfeld moment", if you know what I mean. I don't usually expect to have a full-on conversation when I go to most nail places (sometimes it's more relaxing not to), but the girl just didn't seem all that friendly. I also couldn't give more stars because the foot bath wasn't really all that warm although I realize I should have said something. The equipment and location seemed to be getting a little bit run down but everything seemed hygenic. It's an OK place to go if it's convienent but...don't go out of your way. read more

I went to this salon twice with a friend of mine to get acrylic tips, the woman I had was very nice and did my nails well. However, the gentleman who did my friends nails had nipped her cuticles and did something to her nail that resulted in her getting a fungal infection under her nail. She noticed it at first and thought that it was from the cuticle being pushed back too far so we went again ask about it and they said thats what it was fom and now this past weekend half of her nail is infected and she has to go to the doctor. Apparently they do not clean their drills, their manicure tools, or anything else. We will NOT be going back again. Plus when I called to tell them about it they were like ok and hung up- so rude!! read more

I have been going to T Nails for over 15 years. I've had everything done including solar, acrylic and gel manicures and spa pedicures. I have always been very happy and satisfied with their services. Not one infection or any problem. Always friendly and little or no wait time. However, I just went back and they have new owners. No change in the signage or exterior of the store. They were accepting customers but were in the middle of remodeling and cleaning. I'm so upset. I did not receive the service and care I always could count on in the past. I have been going there almost since they opened and I love them! I go every three weeks or so and they have always been nice well mannered. They always ask how work is going and make some small talk. I go almost always after work and i am uasully really tired, so I dont really like people to talk me ear off. Even if they would not be so friendly i would still go back their work speaks for itself! I almost never have fill lines and they always provide perfection when it comes to shaping. i would also like to ad that i drive over 30 mins to get there because i havent been able to find anyone who can do it better! read more
