They def rush and do minimal pressure on their "massage". You basically get a very quick rub. Def was not 5 min like the book says. Ben started a lot later than Leo and then finished way earlier on the pedicure. My partners guy Leo seemed to take a little bit more time with her, but Ben rushed like crazy with mine. The decor is beautiful and I really enjoyed my mani-pedi. They even offered complimentary water, wine and candy! Hayley is also incredible with design. She's able to do all of the nail trends I've given pictures of and they have fun foils and chrome. She also really took her time and put in a lot of detail- which I totally appreciated. The pedicure was also amazing- they even have a hot stone massage as part of the basic pedicure. The only issue- and the reason I'm taking off two stars, is that the quality of products is not good. I've gotten my nails done here 3 times now and unfortunately, this has happened every time- with the last manicure (pictured) being the worst. I always get dip done on my nails, but the top coat they used has chipped on all of my nails- which started to happen a couple days after getting my nails done. The majority of my nails have broken- and not in a normal wear and tear way. I've had to cut them short to get rid of the awkward jagged nails. On four of my nails the dip has chipped off leaving bare nail underneath. The dip has also lifted near the cuticle so whenever I run my fingers through my hair it gets caught on the lifted part. This is also not great considering if water gets underneath, fungus could grow. I really did enjoy coming to this salon, and I would absolutely come back if they upgrade their products! read more

Nice looking place but that's about it. I had Ben who did my acrylic fill and it was awful. He seemed to not understand most of what I was saying. Left nail polish all over backside of my fingers. I asked to cut them down and he barely took any off just 2 of my nails. Then he charged me $5 for cutting them down. He was very rushed and didn't let ME pick out my own color. Fairly new salon. VERY NICE & CLEAN! My only issue was they seemed to be rushing through and their primer coat was burning my fingertips so bad. It was so painful. I had Ken T as my pedicure. this pedicure was very bad he started by trying to soak the gel off and scraping it off with a metal scraper which I said owe many times, I also asked him to be more gentle but he just kept going faster. as other customers would walk in and ask for services she would dismiss them and he answered a phone call while still doing my nails. He was just being very rough overall even when scrubbing my legs and not listening to me. I am very polite and don't like to cause a scene but he just wouldn't listen. he didn't even cut my toenails and my French tip is blocky and just atrocious see my photos. I actually really like this salon however Ken is horrible. Im sorry for the slander but i am very disappointed and just wouldn't recommend Ken. not to mention they charged me $50??? read more

First time I went it was a walk in. We waited 45 minutes soaking in the pedi tub before we were seen. Didn't think much of it since we didn't have an appointment. Next time scheduled an appointment, got there on time, and we still waited 15 minutes. Got dip on our fingers this time and it is so thick and messy I'd never do that again. I asked for one tip for my thumb since it had just recently broke and the rest of my nails were the length I liked. Got the tip and then they cut the rest of my nails. Made no sense. Why bother putting the tip on. Then I get the bill and they charged me $16.50 for the ONE tip on my thumb. A regular dip with tips is only $5 more! Why did I get charged $16.50 for one tip?? My friend tried to be more vocal about things she wanted fixed and the staff was rude to her in response. We won't be back. read more

Best ever?! I think not!... the only thing spectacular about this nail salon is their assortment of colors. It's a new modern facility, and pretty clean, but there were dirty towels in the floor. It wasn't even busy! The girl that did my mani/pedi wouldn't even let me pick colors before putting my hands in foil to soak off gel. I felt so rushed, when there was literally only 1 other person there. She was so aggressive with the grinder in my toes. She kept hitting my cuticles. It hurt really bad, and I'm not sensitive to things like that. The price for a mani/pedi was very reasonable. They didn't over charge for removal of the old gel. The actual pedicure (I got their best one) was mediocre at best Ok in a pinch, but I would never go out of my way to come here again! read more

I showed him the design i wanted & I had a gut feeling that he wasn't going to do a good job, so I told him that I was probably going to choose something else instead & then proceeded to tell me to choose something easy. Like excuse me? If you don't know how to do designs then be honest to your clients! As a nail tech you should always try to perfect your craft and practice new trends that are going on. That way you gain more clientele and know how to keep your customers happy. NEVER AGAIN!!!! Don't come here if you're looking to have any trendy kind of nails or cool designs. These guys to take the initiative to try to learn new things not just knowing how to lay acrylic onto the nail but learning how to execute what your customer is asking for. My first and only experience at this salon for a mani pedi was a mixed bag of a new staff and the training that goes with that and down right rudeness and recklessness. Went with family and our pedicures started out differently . My pedicurist decided to begin the process with the full process, then polish. We were a bit confused as the two ladies I was with, the technicians were doing it the other way around. Expressing curiosity why this is the case, it was explained that my technician does it old school while they did it differently, as they feel the gel adheres better. One - what would possess you to speak to a client that way and Two - why isn't everyone trained the same. I was not happy - though Julia did a good job on my toes. Apparently my unhappiness was passed on and i was treated poorly and irresponsibly. My mani began with this gentlemen - and I am using that term loosely WITHOUT a partition. I had to tell him to get one, or he would of continued without it. I have stage 4 cancer and the protocol is important, especially to me. No warm towels, no towel at all, slapped on the dip, filed it and walked away, no moisturizer, no nothing. I am sure that on some level there is professionalism lurking somewhere. But the owner needs to get involved, train her people and make sure that city ordinances are observed and not misused for spite. Don't go there. I am a heavily tattooed person and every-time I come in this salon, I am approached by staff and constantly asked about my tattoos. After today however, I've had it. The man doing my toes did not even massage me at all or ask what kind of pedicure I wanted. I understand tattoos aren't accepted in every culture but I am truly treated differently because of so at this salon and it's disgusting. read more

Great pedicure and manicure but the quality is absolute trash. They use some kind of cheap dip polish. I read another review and this is exactly what has happened to me. My nails are literally breaking after three weeks. Major breaks! Two of my nails have bandaids on them. I haven't had short nails in almost three years and I now have to cut them all down. I just left the nail salon. I got a pedicure, it was the worst pedicure I've had in my life! This nail tech forgot to file my toes and didn't clipped my toe nails. When I told the girl at the front desk I had a horrible experience she just ignored what I said.
