I tried the ultra nails in Greensburg and they looked nice but I paid 80$ for nails which I believe to be outrageous. I tried this ultra nails in Latrobe and lemme tell you he really did a nice job! I have been going here to the same stylist for six years or more. And yesterday was the end of end…read morealls. This isn't the first time I've had to go back and get my hair fixed or been ridiculed just for being late one day due to traffic. This time I could tell she was mad about having to fix my hair as soon as I walked in the door ! Barely made any conversation and was forced when did. After so called fixing it she proceeds to tell me that " you got what you asked for" meaning the colour I had shown her in the beginning uh nope I did not I asked for a pretty grey and you gave me platinum white with yellow all through it. I was very upset that she would even say that so I asked one of the girls just to verify if I was colour blind or not but all she could say was I'm not getting in the middle of it hmm I asked you for an honest opinion that's all so then I asked if the owner was around she said he was playing golf and didn't know when he'd be back I said don't you think as an owner you would be available to your customers even by phone for customer catastrophes ??? Because at this point I didn't even want her to continue the mess she had started by fixing it! So I had no choice but to take it! So I couldn't wait to just get away from her and out of that chair. So to her asking me if I liked it and me saying oh yes yep of course just to have it all be over with because I was about to explode. I did my self no favor because now it's worse then ever before my hair is frizzed the colour is disgusting she literally took a brush and painted in roots and the lower back chunk and then threw another toner over the whole thing it is so ugly I'm in tears !! She knew I was going to speak to the boss because she couldn't be nice enough when I got back in the chair she also had another customer she was working on besides mine which she's done several times before so that on one occasion my hair turned blue which everyone including her thought it was so amusing to them. After which I messaged her that my hair was awful and that the whole experience had been a crap show to which she agreed. But getting back to this experience as you can see due to the over processing using bleach three times and toners and then yesterdays processing on top of all that I'm now left with a head full of dull looking frizzy over processed hair with god awful painted on bronze brown sideburns and chunk at the bottom in the back and all around my hair line it looks utterly stupid I'm embarrassed to leave my house ! I'm over her whole speaking to me the way she does etc etc and finally speaking out! I would never recommend her to anyone why would I ? See for yourself the pictures speak for me. Her name is Rebecca if you want to look like this by all means be my guest but if you don't then I suggest you run and don't look back lol The first pictures are what I asked for and then what I got the last pictures are what I've ended up with. This has all cost me $130.00 ! She even charged me for fixing it which was $40.00 for the colour she said so she could pay her boss for the colour she used really?? Let's not forget the tip so total $150.00 ! I'm so depressed now because I don't want to leave my house it's so embarrassing I feel like I should just go and get a dark brown to cover it all up! Unless there's a brilliant colour fixer hairstylist out there willing to take on this mess?
