And day of, they message you through the system and give you a way to check in, as you arrive. We had intended for this to just be a few inches off for summer, but decided to go all in with a full summer chop! Rachel was game!! She asked for any inspiration photos and gave a detailed consultation to ensure every detail. My wife asked for her to cut off the bulk of the hair dry.. to avoid shampooing all of the extra length.. and to get some cute photos and videos of the long hair chop!! Rachel was amazing! She cut the full length (7") in batches to continue to check if she wanted more. She helped to explain how even minimal face framing would help the short cut look better. Then she went above and beyond helping to explain how to best style it, give tips on products and tools, and recommendations on continued haircare. The haircut is shear perfection!! Going long to short with a new stylist is not common, but Rachel doesn't make you feel like a first time guest.. and she is very knowledgeable about hair to give you exactly what you want Needless to say, my wife already booked her next appointment with Rachel and intends to be a client for cuts to come!
