Called for an appointment they had an opening for me that same day in the afternoon. I was soo surprised by the great pedicure I received at Nail Court. I chose the color I wanted and dipped my feet into the warm and bubbly water. The service Tammy provided was great, she offered me water and made sure that the water temp was to my liking. She throughly cleaned my feet, massaged them with hot stones, then wrapped each foot into a warm towel. Was not expecting all of this !! I went here for the first time today as a walk in to get a mani pedi (and to get the get a gel pedicure & builder gel manicure removed) and had a good experience! Amy did a great job on my dip manicure & she took her time making sure everything was perfect. I got there around 10:30 and left at 1:00, so I was there for a long time, but I personally don't mind as long as the service goes well & the end result is worth it, which it definitely was! Everyone who gets their toes done knows that if they aren't dry they might scrape,scuff,etc. NI asked the lady to please not rush my pedicure . She cut ,filed and shaped in 2min! Every time I come here I have a good experience. Tami and Cindy are great and really friendly. Cindy does great nail designs, and John is also able to do good nail designs. They are busy, or can be busy, so call ahead and make an appointment. They will accommodate you faster & make you a priority. The only time it gets REALLY busy, is your typical weekends and after work hours. That's typical to anywhere you go- plan accordingly & don't complain it's busy, if you go during busy hours. I was the second person in the door yesterday at 11am (on a Sunday) when they opened. It was almost 2 hours for just a full set! I was the second one in but was not helped first, people with mani/pedis or appointments got priority and it seemed like there wasn't enough staff to keep up with how many people came in. They didnt start on my nails until almost 20 minutes later even though i was the 2nd person in. It was $65 (not including tip) for a full set of acrylics with this chrome colored top coat. The woman who asked what color i wanted told me not to get this color because it chips easily. She tried to get me to choose dip nails instead but i still went with the chrome (not available in dip) She kind of confused me because ? Why is it an option if it chips easy? I got it anyway and i now see what she meant. It has small areas where the shine rubbed off and its not necessarily "chipped" but i got them yesterday and the shine has definitely worn off a bit already. There were a total of 3 different people who filed, shaped, or applied color to my nails. And there were multiple times when i was just sitting there waiting for the next step for 5-15 minutes. They did a good job but WOW make an appointment or at least be prepared to hang out for a while. I was hoping to leave in 45 minutes to an hour and was kinda bummed i spent 2 hours on just a manicure. read more

I visited today to get my first dip powder set since last year. I gotta say this is one of the prettiest and most well done sets I've ever had. The nail tech (didn't catch her name) was super attentive and caught any little mistakes and fixed them before I could even notice them. The salon itself was really small but it was pretty quiet when I went (~4 pm on a weekday). It was quick and easy and I was out by 5:30. Reasonably priced especially for the area. $35 for basic NextGen. Other salons I looked at were 40 or even 45. Before tip, I only paid 40 (35+5 for the shape, which the nail tech did so effortlessly.) I'll definitely be back here for my next set. read more

Got a gel pedicure and acrylic w/ gel manicure set. 4.5 stars for the results, 2 stars for the service and probable over charge. I like to try a new salon every now and then, even though I have a regular place. As soon as I walked in I had no idea who I was talking to. It was quite busy so I don't blame them but it definitely not what I was expecting. I was there for almost 4 hours. The people working on me were constantly doing something else so it took a while. I was waiting for a while at random times. I wouldn't come back here for a complex design. They don't have transparent pricing for anything more than their packages. Won't be coming back for one main reason: I'm pretty sure I was overcharged. I speak English and Vietnamese. After I was given the price and agreed, the lady let the others know (in Viet) and seemed surprised I accepted it. Later in the session I heard the man asking why so expensive (again in Viet). I have no evidence of this but my experience wasn't good to say the least - wouldn't recommend. read more

I wanted to not like this place. I know that's weird to say but when I purposefully made an appointment and still ended up waiting 20 mins while the water soaking my feet slowly became cold, I became a little bitter. They kept reassuring me that someone would come and help me but I felt completely ignored. Well it turned out that there was some kind of nail emergency that my technician got held up on and when she started to do my pedicure it was clear why this place was so busy on a mid day afternoon. I don't get my nails done too often, but I do know that a lot of salons typically have a nail drying station either with the UV lights or with a fan blowing at your hands/feet for when you're done. This place did not have that, unfortunately, and so when my pedicure was completed, my technician looked at my feet and deemed them dry enough to leave their shop. Upon getting to my car, however, my foot hit the inside of the door and immediately ruined two of my nails. As in, the polish pretty much came completely off. I froze and debated for approximately 10 seconds before I did the walk of shame with my head held down and re-entered the shop. Everyone stopped and stared at me waiting for me to say something like in those old western saloon movies. "I ruined my nails already." Two of the customers laughed as everyone turned back to this previously scheduled activity and the music came back on. The main reason for a 5 stars then is the fact that my nail technician didn't make me feel terrible but instead said, "Oh, it's okay!" and smiled as she ushered me back to my chair, which was still warm, from my own dumb assery. She went on to repaint my toes with such care. And then when she concluded, she said in the nicest way, "Stay here, don't move and wait for it to dry!" read more

First time, I made an appt with my favorite nail tech, and when I arrived she had multiple appointments and they said they had someone else for me. The pedicurist they put me with mislead me regarding price for services she was offering in addition to the regular pedicure. I decided to come back for one more try today. I arrived Saturday evening without an appointment. Within 5 minutes, they had me in a pedicure chair. Amy was beyond attentive and helpful, ensuring my color matches were going to be on point. If your not familiar with nail designs, hearts may seem easy, however they are a tricky design. Cindy made it look effortless. I'm very particular about the thickness and shape of my nails.
