Lily was the first stylist I came to after 10 years where I walked out extremely happy with my hair cut. With COVID, she is NOT accepting walk-ins so make sure to call ahead. I called and left a VM, and within a couple of hours she responded and was able to squeeze me in on a Friday afternoon. She does get pretty busy near the weekends though, so don't wait last minute like I did! The suite is located within the Delaney Salon, so when you enter, take a right and she's easy to find. I brought a picture of the long bob style I wanted and she was able to follow exactly what I wanted, even providing suggestions for my specific hair type. I know she was meticulous, taking approx an hour to make sure everything looked perfect. I was even impressed with the blowout at the end, I never felt the heat of the blow dryer against my scalp. Lily is SUCH a sweet lady and will converse with you the entire appt. She deserves 5 stars and more.

The customer service was phenomenal too... immediately upon walking in, I was greeted and offered something to drink. It's a wonderful little shop that has a boutique-type atmosphere. They reached out to me four days before my appointment and tell me the stylist is not going to be at the salon on Saturday and they cannot accommodate my appointment. If it was some kind of emergency I would 100% understand but clearly it wasn't because they said the stylist was opening her Thursday schedule and they could move me to Thursday instead. Here's my overall run-down of the experience . . . Pros: - B is very meticulous and does a great job. You can tell she really cares about the quality of her work. You ladies with colored hair know that is a steal. - You don't really need to book your appointments far in advance as they always have good availability. I never make my appointment more than two weeks in advance and have never had trouble getting in. They even take walk ins if you are so inclined. - All of the staff are very friendly. Now the Cons: - Usually they keep you waiting a bit to start your appointment. The sense of timing is pretty flexible around here. You can't be in a big hurry. - IF you are looking for a plush/fancy salon experience, this isn't the place for you. Facility is seriously nothing fancy.
