But David did not even compare the nails of each hand to each other and they were all different widths and lengths! I hadn't been to this place in a long time because I had moved on but I visited yesterday because I couldn't get in someplace else for my nails. Unfortunately, deluxe nails, and spa in Coppell has gone downhill tremendously. They were nice enough, of course, as they usually are, but the quality, knowledge, and management seems to have really diminished. I do not recommend deluxe nails and spa in Coppell at all. In fact, I'm anxiously awaiting for this dip nail product ,that is so thick you couldn't break it if you tried, as well as wavy and just literally ugly because you can still see parts of my nails on the sides and at the cuticle, to come off. i did not like my service or experience. Over priced and I would not recommend. My nails were cut at an angel, when i asked straight. i was left with a bleeding toe. I did not get polish on hands or feet. You would think the techs would take care and allow more time. This did not happen. She was perfectly fine leaving me with red tinted skin from the old polish....insisting that nothing could be done to remove the old polish. When I asked them to remove it, they said they would have to charge me half the price to change the color. Helen is by far the best nail tech. I have been going to her for years. Recently started at this location. She takes her time cutting your cuticles. I have yet to see other techs as thorough as she. They are very polite and don't try and push extra services or start adding extra charges for every little thing as other places do.

I paid $90 for a signature gel french tip pedicure with 3 toe over lays at $5 each. was on my lunch break and he took forever. I was there for an hour and a half. That is too long. They never offered me anything to drink. The older gentleman with tourettes or some sort of nervous tick did my nails. Yes he was very nice, but I don't think it's a good idea for someone with his condition to do nails. He could easily cut someone or make major mistakes, such as mine. My toe broke within 7 hours of me getting my toes down. He did not do the overlay correctly and it broke. I paid too much money on my toes for them to break the same day! I also paid for a signature pedicure but we didn't get to any of it because he took so long to do my toes i had to go back to work. And of course they still charged me for a signature pedicure even though i didn't get any of the benefits. Due to their prices I will not back. read more

I had a terrible experience and would never go to this place again. They deserve 0 stars. First off, despite me being stuck there for an hour waiting for my nails to dry due to the sloppy manicure I received they offered no discount and on top of it overcharged me for their terrible service. I got a classic manicure. I simply wanted regular polish with a combination of gold and white alternating every other finger. I told them I didn't want gel and from then on the nail tech just smeared polish on my nails. She put on the coats all sloppy. Then continued on to recoat them. Then when she put the last coat on the quick dry smudged a few of my nails and she went on about her busines. She didn't even offer me a place to dry my nails and I had to ask for one because they were clearly not dry at all and very much wet. I sat for over 30-40 minutes at the fan but they still weren't close to dry. I had her fix the smudge nails from her neglence before than sat another 20 minutes and they still weren't dry. I advised them that my nails werent drying after almost an hour and will smudge more if I do anything. Then she took them off completely and put the same polish back on again. I told them there must be something wrong with the polish and but they insisted it's because it's regular polish. I told them I have never had this issue with regular polish before, ever. Another 30 minutes later Im waiting for the next repolished nails to be done. This time she sat with me for the first ten minutes checking the wetness and smudging the ripples and bumps which there were plenty. She then sprayed my nails with drying spray and left me to sit for 10 -20 minutes. When I got the register they was no sorry this too so long or any mention of discounts to accommodate me for being there an extra hour and 20 minute just waiting for my nails to dry beclaude the tech was sloppy and unprofessional. My nails still looked bad but they didn't even check to see and I had to leave to get back for the rest of my day now late to other appointments due to this. Then he charge me a $10 takedown with no service fee when I got a whole manicure and was clearly serviced. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! Save yourself the time and the money This is the worst service I've ever gotten and then to charged extra after me having to stay there an hour to dry and my nails still looking sloppy , is just RIDICULOUS ! I am a regular every two week mani pedi gal. I needed to go somewhere closer to home on a whim. I decided to call deluxe nails in Coppell. Went in on a Saturday afternoon after calling for availability - they said come in - no wait. I waited 45 minutes for a dip powder manicure and pedicure. i asked to skip the pedicure because I had to leave by 4pm, at 3:30 she said let me just do it and we can skip the massage. well she skipped everything but the massage and I left with polish looking terrible and my toenails were not even filed. I left after paying $120 and came home a decided I needed to go back to get the toenails fixed. The gentleman working the front desk told me a chose the wrong pedicure and my nails looked fine. I asked to get them repainted and he said no problem - but there would be a charge. I said ok - but I spent another 30 minutes there because the new nail tech even said I didn't get a proper service earlier that day - she had to file and cut cuticles - not even a few hours later. The host guy could barely take the time to look up from his phone to talk to you and I could barely hear him when he did. The color selection books they had were falling apart. Tim is the absolute best. Would never steer you wrong. I have been going here for a couple years now. I always have Tim do my nails. But he was off today and i had a nail emergency and THUY did my nails and she was horrible. The only reason she as a tech doesn't get 1 Star is because she tried to make up for her rush job at the end. She was soooooo rushed she didn't get all the polish off my nails before beginning a paint job. She did not clean up the edges of where she was rushing to polish and got polish everywhere. She tried to "clean up" as she finished up but my nails and cuticles look horrendous. She cut me in several spots and it felt so rushed like she didn't even want to do my nails. It was early morning, around 10 am, only 3 people in the salon including myself. From now on, i will only have tim do my bails. Thuy was not good and I wish I hadn't even tipped her, but I did. The mother of the groom and I celebrated the beginning of the wedding week at this nail salon. Unfortunately, the entire mani/pedi experience was dismal. The front desk, young clerk seemed annoyed to explain our options and thrust a piece of paper at us for our own perusing. My sister's technician began her soaking while I sat and waited. After 20 minutes, I had to request she at least begin the process of soaking my feel as I waited for my process to begin. The temperature was scalding and I had to ask her to adjust it at least 3 times. I received no callus scraping, cuticles cutting nor an apology for the 35 minute delayed with my SCHEDULED appointment. What a disappointment! I wanted so badly to like all the pretty non- nail items. I was hoping that the booze would be a nice bonus to a great mani/pedi... WRONG. Eric was doing my gel manicure and Jenny my pedicure. Eric was pleasant, Jenny never said a word. My pedi was quick (not 30 minutes) she did not do a thorough job. Unfortunately, I really didn't realize this until I got home. The polish on did not dry until the next day!! Hello sheet marks on the toes!! So, I was over the pedicure, I will just fix it myself. However, I the gel manicure, I could not fix. See photos. I called the next day to get it fixed, I was told 'they were too busy, come tomorrow'. Good thing I wasn't getting my nails done for an event! I went back the next day, they redid my nails and they looked ok. I came in for an impulsive pedicure. There were very few recent reviews so I felt blind going in, but was very pleasantly surprised! Walked in on a Saturday morning and was immediately seated. Masks required for all guests and employees. A chair between each guest, unless they came together. The space is huge and very welcoming. I got the jelly pedicure as a treat yourself kinda thing since I haven't had a pedicure in over year (thanks COVID), and it was SOOOO WORTH IT. I've never had a jelly service before but it was amazing and felt like a warm, beaded slushee bath for my feet. Came with paraffin wax treatment, hot stones, and regular leg/foot massage. Usually the foot/leg massages at other places are brief if at all, but this was a solid 10 minute-ish massage! And I almost forgot, a nice warm neck and shoulder wrap/compress was draped around my shoulders at the start! There were complementary beverages offered as well. I was considering a frozen margarita, but 10am seemed a bit early for that, so I did without. This was probably the best pedicure I've ever had. Quality service. And again very impressed with the COVID regulations being followed, despite the mask and distancing lift. Will definitely make this my regular place! read more
