THEN I go a week later to get my medication that was supposed to be ready the day my doctor put it in but it wasn't so I went the next day and got asked if I had insurance which I do. I gave her my card that she asked for and she took 5 minutes to look my card around and around like it was rocket science to then tell me that I need to have a pharmacy card. I have never ever been told that my whole 25 years. So I asked why I can get my daughter's medication no problems but there's an issue with mine and it's under the same insurance and everything. She couldn't answer and was proceeding to tell me how she was trying to help yet she wasn't because she wasn't answering any of my questions and was belittling me. Mind you all I had was an anxiety medication I have picked up before in this same insurance and a stomach medication that my doctor told me if they give me issues about it just say no thank you and get over the counter meds. I called my doctor and told them to send my meds to CVS and told them exactly what happened and even they are dumbfounded and gladly sent it somewhere else. I'll gladly never go to this Walgreens again and I don't regret one word I said during that interaction.

The fact that he initially dismissed my concerns and acted as though I was exaggerating is absolutely unacceptable. The quality of the gel manicure was terrible. The shine wore off after about a day, and the gel was not applied smoothly, leaving my nails bumpy and uneven. They looked poorly done from the start. As for my toes, the polish lasted only about four hours before it started chipping and peeling off. I've attached photos showing the damage. To make matters worse, my mom received a manicure and pedicure during the same visit and experienced similar issues. Her nails began chipping within 24 hours, and I've attached photos of her nails as well. This salon is very expensive, yet the quality of service and workmanship was far below acceptable standards! Between being cut multiple times, having my concerns ignored, and receiving nail services that started failing almost immediately, I cannot recommend this place to anyone. Stay away!
