I called ahead to book a manicure and pedicure for my mom who is in a wheelchair but can move her legs and arms for the service. A man answered the phone and said sure no problem you can come now. We showed up and he looked at my mom in her chair and tried every excuse he could think of not to service her. -she can't get in the chair (yes she can with our help) -she has to be moving her legs for the pedicure (of course we said) -she has to sit up (yes understood) -eventually he said okay It was a quick and easy service for my mom, nothing complicated. We would not come back though, because he was just extremely rude. Happy to take her money in the end though. The little nail tech lady was spectacular for my mom though too bad she works for him. read more

Cant say I am overly happy. Asked the cost for basic pedicure. It was $30. The next level was $40. Beyond that was $50 and $60. Asked how long the foot massage was with basic and was told there is no massage with basic, not even the $40 one ... to get massage I'd have to upgrade to the $50 -$60 pedicure. That threw me. Basic pedicure was approx 17 minutes from start to finish. Toe nails uneven...not shaped to be uniform. Oh well. Happy that feet feel cleaner. read more

This is the closest nail salon to my house, but I will never go there again. Mike is rude and abrasive and rough. When I first moved to this area, I tried going there, and quit, because I would end up with cuts by my cuticles. Today, I was treated very rudely. She gets a hot rock pedicure (w/ hot wax for feet!) a fantastic experience, so relaxing!! Then a manicure! I get a hot rock pedicure as well. Didn't need to make an appointment. Went on a Thursday afternoon. First time here. Classic pedi $35: I loved the massage with the hot rocks. Never had someone place the stones under my feet. She also massaged me with them. Cut, file, scrubbed and lotion my legs. Relaxing and I felt pampered. Negative: I would say the only thing that I didn't like about the service was that I felt pressured about getting gel nails. She mentioned it the first time, and I declined and said I'm okay with regular. But then she said gel will last longer, which I'm aware of that already but she continued to talk about it and ask me again. Also, I'm not sure if it's because of the pandemic but I wasn't put under a table with a fan dryer to let my toes dry faster. I like those because it reassures me I might not ruin them by time I walk out or get home. Besides that, it's a clean nail salon and she did a great job. She actually made sure the nail polish covered my whole nail, side to side. It always bothers me when people leave the side of your nail unpainted! read more

Went for a gel manicure and pedicure, but just walked out the door and immediately had to jump on here to write a review then look for a new salon. $128 down the drain! My nails only have gel on the tops, not the sides, they're all different shapes and lengths, no file was used, thick and clumpy, they didn't remove my hang nails, no lotion or massage with the pedicure, etc. I'm probably one of the most laid back people when it comes to stuff like this, but this is unacceptable. I was a walk in on a Tuesday evening. They definitely are understaffed but so are so many places during COVID so you can't really blame them. I believe the guy that did my nails was the owner and he was so kind and moves fast enough that he does the work of several people. Love love loved this place!! My entire group of bridesmaids came here for mani and pedis before our wedding. I believe Mike was the one that helped us. I did a dip manicure, and I must admit that in the beginning, I thought that he was rushing through it. I was super worried about the polish lasting through my honeymoon because he was going so fast. Turns out that he is just fast. This manicure lasted longer than any manicure I've ever had. Hands down my favorite manicure I've ever gotten, and for this, I will return over and over again. I didn't get a pedicure, so I can't really comment to that. However it seems like most of the girls were very happy. I did have one girl who got dip and it peeled off pretty quickly. I wanted a basic pedicure and they told me what a mistake that was, that all the higher priced options were what people who wanted quality would get. I was so disappointed. I came to this shop on a recommendation of a friend who lives in the area. They sat me down in the pedicure chairs. My water was so cold I had to ask if they could put hot water in it. Also, they seemed to be short staffed so they took a while to get to me even though there was only two other people being serviced at the time. I felt like everything was very rushed. They pedicure and dip powder colors don't have any matches. So I ended up with two very different nude colors. My dip powder nails ended up very lumpy, uneven, and awkwardly shaped. For $60 I expected something much better than that. I waited some time but they did such a poor job I had to have them taken off and redone elsewhere. I found the pricing to be extremely high without services to match the pricing. I will say the staff was very nice and pleasant. read more

I have been getting my dip nails and pedicures done here for about 6 months (I had stopped getting nails done for a year because of Covid), and honestly I love it. I get my nails done every 3-4 weeks and have always had good experiences. Often, I have been able to have my pedicure and nails done at the same time (which I love!). While they take walk-ins? I usually make a same day or next day appointment, and have never had to wait. I just had my nails done today, and was pleasantly surprised with their new nail stations and upgraded chairs.
