During the manicure she did not remove visible dirt on the fingernails. I had to point out the oversight multiple times before it was resolved. Best pedicure I have ever had. Tina paid close attention to detail and even gave me a complimentary neck massage! WOW! Their precautions for COVID are hands down the best I have ever seen. Not only were there dividers for each manicure station between you and your nail tech, they spaced their stations out to maintain social distancing. I've been using their service for quite a while as it is close to my home. I've found each experience has gone downhill. I booked a pedicure and a manicure separately with the same person. I was told rudely that I can have my powder dip while I have my pedicure with another person. I told her it would be too uncomfortable and she told me that she had another appointment booked and someone else will perform my pedicure at the same time....it was a horrible experience ($110) The lady that worked on my pedicure was new and some of her associates helped her. All in all I'm done with this place.....each of my experiences have gone downhill. The salon appears to be dirtier and more disorganized during each of my visits. read more

Went in for a mani/pedi and they had me switch pedicure chairs 3 times---AFTER I had been soaking. Guy didn't ask me what kind of pedicure I wanted, quickly did my toes and then I was switched between 3 girls doing my manicure. Most unrelaxing and chaotic experience ever. And then they charge more than what their website shows. Advice: If you are going to own and run a business, then listen to your customers. This experience was not worth my time or the money spent.
