They became extremely soft, brittle, and bendy. At first, I thought maybe that was simply because I didn't get another set afterward like I normally do, so I decided to give the salon another chance. Unfortunately, I came back today for a pedicure, and the same technician shaved my big toenail down so far that it actually hurt. He looked up at me and said, "Oops," and then suggested putting acrylic over the nail that he had just damaged. Every product applied afterward was burning the nail, which was extremely uncomfortable. He was also very rough throughout the service and came across as rude. To make matters worse, when I went to the front desk afterward, I watched the employees go back and forth arguing about how much they were going to charge me. I was ultimately overcharged for a service I have had done there before. I was also charged for a random nail repair after I had specifically been told I would not be charged because the technician himself had broken/damaged the nail. I have spent a lot of money and time at this salon, which makes this experience especially disappointing. I should not have to pay extra because of damage caused during my service, nor should I leave a salon with painful, damaged nails. After today, I unfortunately will not be returning.

The nail technicians here are nice and friendly. They ask you what you want and the last time I left after my gel builder mani, Lee said I could come back if anything went wrong with my nails and she would fix it. It's been about a week so far and no problems at all. I showed her a picture of what I wanted from their website but in a different color, and she delivered. I also said I didn't want them too long because my job requires handwashing multiple times a day, plus I can't function properly with nails longer than a quarter inch! My pedicures have been perfect each time. I like that they take the time to clean my nails thoroughly with sanitized tools. I don't normally get my nails done all the time, but when I do, it's always a special treat. The foot/leg massages that come with the pedicures feel sooooo good, especially if you're on your feet for most of the day. I also got my eyebrows thinned out and they did a nice job. I'm glad I don't have to drive far to get my nails done. They recommend appointments, but I have come in as a walk-in twice without a problem. I did make a last minute appointment today and they were able to accommodate me and my sister within a half hour. Men come in here regularly, too. The first time I came for my pedi, a man walked in and he went all out with his pedicure. We chatted for a bit and I had to give him props for taking care of himself!! I wish more men would do the same, lol! Come on in and give yourself a little pampering because you deserve it! My French pedicures last 3 to 5 weeks and maybe that's a bad thing for them but it's a great thing for me. I would highly encourage anyone to visit the salon. We got the basic 40$ pedi and the hot rocks were warm at best. It took 30 minutes from the time my friend sat down for someone to even start her pedi and another 20 or 30 after that for her nails. It wasn't busy and the employees were kinda all just walking around and one was on his phone and smoking the whole time when he said he was going to take care of her. My toes hurt today now and the color doesn't look the best. And they didn't do massage or lotion even though it was listed. Disappointed because they seem to have otherwise good reviews. They all seem nice at the end when we payed but during the service they were not professional.

They close at 7pm per their door and Apple Maps. So I'm leaving this review instead. I get it's my fault for not voicing my opinion but I ended up coming back to ask if they can fix and no one was there. I should add that every time the lady poked me with the tool she did apologize... and then while she painted my toes she kept telling me the number 3.... Then said she didn't know English, I understand the language barrier but she could have asked the other people to translate if she was trying to communicate something to me?
