I requested the Classic Spa Pedicure. I was pleased with the service. My only complaint, and this will likely keep me from returning, was the technician did not use implements that had been sanitized. She simply picked up clippers, cuticle trimmers and other necessary tools from a basket she kept in her tray. I regret that I didn't speak up and question the behavior as I normally would in such a situation.

Before finding this place getting my nails done was so stressful because I had to constantly monitor the quality of any place I went, and keep an eye on what they were doing. And it defeated the purpose of the self care ritual because it made me so anxious. That's not the case here. I trust Tim and Alina to a fault! I can zone out or enjoy conversation. And actually enjoy the self care ritual, relax. I always know my nails will look amazing. I recently asked for a design for my vacation and Tim went all out. I've never gotten so many compliments in my life. And not only was the design good, but when I was too lazy to go back to get my nails redone for a full month, they lasted without issue. All the other place I've tried in AZ, before finding this place, the nails are coming apart after a week or two. These looked brand new (minus grow out) for a full month. Mine was fabulous but I could tell by looking at my husband's face his wasn't up to par. I asked him later about it, he said he barely got the leg massage, it was so light he couldn't feel anything. His whole thing lasted a total of 15 minutes. If you look on their website it says 35 minutes. Now I know he didn't get polish, but he should at least get the full 35 minutes if he's paying the full price. It also says 10 minute massage, I watched the lady and it was no where 10 minutes. His lady also just sat there, didn't say a word or even acknowledge his existence. 5 stars for my person, 0 for his. We still gave her a 10.00 tip. They also had a cute Mother's Day snack bar. EDIT: about an hour after I left I felt a burning on my eyelid and noticed it had been cut and she didn't even say anything. Also noticed plenty of hairs she didn't even pluck. Guess this isn't the place to get a eyebrow wax. I'll keep coming for the pedicure though.

I came to Dip Nail Spa as a walk-in today for a dip mani and gel pedi. I walked in and was immediately greeted. I asked if I could get an ombré on my nails and that I would like them done first before my pedi (I like to get them out of the way so I can relax and enjoy the pedi and massage chair). I had a vision of what I wanted in my head and how I wanted it done. My nail tech, Thi, was more then willing to do them how I "thought" I wanted it but gave me her suggestion as well. I was thinking I wanted to cut my natural nails and put tips on but she suggested to keep my natural nail as they were long and in good condition. I was hesitant at first but decided to go with it. The whole time I was in her chair she was friendly and really seemed to know what she was doing. Not only was she professional but she was meticulous and made sure each nail was perfect. Needless to say, they came out AMAZING, better then I imagined!!!!! Thank you, Thi, for being fantastic!!!! I will be coming to you from now on! The pedicure was just as great! First, I was impressed with the pedicure options and the services that were included in each one. And...I was shocked at the prices! Very reasonable!! My tech Ryan did a great job!!! He was friendly yet also let me enjoy the pedi by not engaging in too much conversation. Again, I like to take this time to sit and relax. Lastly, I'd like to mention how gorgeous the salon is!! The vibe is so chill and I LOVE all the live plants and flowers. And it smells so nice and relaxing in here. I got a full set and pedicure and the service was AMAZING and so personalized. The prices were comparable to other salons but the atmosphere was so much better. 10/10 would recommend if you want a salon that feels like family!

The pedicure was wonderful, and I was very happy with my feet. Unfortunately, my eyebrow experience was the complete opposite. I specifically asked for a simple eyebrow cleanup, but the technician removed far more hair than she should have. My eyebrows are now noticeably uneven, and a significant portion of my right eyebrow is missing. When I expressed my concern, the technician insisted she had not made a mistake, despite the obvious difference in my eyebrows. I then spoke with the manager, hoping the situation would be taken seriously. Initially, it felt like my concerns were being dismissed. After I removed my glasses so she could get a closer look, I was simply offered a discount for a future visit. I found that response unacceptable given the extent of the mistake. I had an event to attend that same day, and instead of feeling confident, I left feeling embarrassed and upset. While I appreciate the excellent pedicure service, the handling of my eyebrow appointment and the lack of accountability afterward have ensured that I will not be returning. I hope management takes customer concerns more seriously in the future and provides better training and customer service when mistakes occur.

I'm absolutely shocked. Apparently my account is flagged because the last pedicure I got (also had a head spa apt) the girl didn't paint all my toes and I didn't notice till the day after. I work full time and have 2 littles and it is very hard for me to be able to schedule a time to do something for myself. So when I had tried 3 separate times to come get my toe painted every time I was told they didn't have room. Which is totally fine! I understand being busy! But I asked for a partial refund so I could walk into another salon and get it done. Which I did. I was not rude. I just couldn't make it work to come back for an apt in a timely manner so I simply asked a question and JJ gave me that partial refund with no explanation that I would be not allowed to come back. My problem is that I have been a very loyal customer for YEARS. I bring friends and family and my kids here! I love greenfield nails! I would have never asked for a partial refund if I understood I wasn't allowed to come back? I come because I truly think greenfield nails is the best. JJ claims she told me this and she was very rude on the phone. When I asked to speak to someone else she told me no and when I asked for the owner or when the owner would be in she told me she didn't know and that they were out of town and didn't know when they'd be back. What I would like is to be able to have a conversation with the owner. JJ did not communicate with me about not being able to come back and she handled me trying to make an appointment very unpleasantly. I do not think that what I did warrants the way she has treated me or not being able to come back. I paid for an expensive pedi that was not completed I got told they didn't have time on many occasions and so I was given a partial refund for the trouble. And now I'm not allowed to come back? Please reach out to me because I would very much like to be able to come back.

Everything appeared clean and was professional. The front assistant was friendly and offered water and snacks. I was only given 2 nail color books to look through, although there were many more colors available. While I had requested a Mani, Pedi, and wax--all I actually got was a pedi for myself and another, with a child's nail polish. The nail techs spent the majority of the time speaking and whispering amongst themselves. My gel polish was sanded off with some having been missed. My gel polish was cured over some cuticles. Minimal time was spent on cuticle care. They do offer 30% off for military and 20% for military family, so that's a plus.

I recently came into this salon because my go to salon was was under construction at the time…read more I wouldn't say i'm an expert or very picky but I've been getting monthly pedicures for years, usually sticking to a basic pedicure, which always leaves me satisfied, until this visit. The basic pedicure comes with a sugar scrub, lotion massage and of course the basic heel scrub, nail cut, and cuticle care. While the staff was friendly, I felt that the service didn't quite meet the standard I'm used to. My "massage" felt more like she was just rubbing the lotion on me, my nails were not cut down enough (which is my fault I could've told her to go shorter), and I also felt like she didn't even try not one bit for my heel scrub. Also, usually my polish lasts for a good 3 weeks, sometimes even a month but I felt like I needed a touch up by week 1.5. Overall, I appreciate the effort and friendliness, and I think with a little more attention to detail, the experience could be even better.
