Well I didn't think I would've ever enjoyed getting a new set at a new place so much but boy was I wrong. I walked in at 5:45pm and asked to get a full set with design and Missy took me right away. She was super friendly and kind and even offered options in my design and color. Missy explained that she is low in staff right now and the options I had when making an appointment moving forward. Being an out of towner, Yelp assisted me in locating this spot. Its hard to go to a nail salon when you're unfamiliar with the city. The husband and I arrived, me a SNS fill, hubby pedi. Upon arrival not many people were in the facility but as we sat we could quickly see this is a very busy location. Customer service was very nice. I liked my SNS fill but I have to say some of my cuticles and the surrounding area are sore and I do believe its because of how the nail tech used the emory board on my hands. I am new to Valdosta, GA & was in need of a pedicure. I found this establishment via Yelp and was not disappointed. I was a walk-in & they immediately set up a station for me while I chose my color. Unfortunately, I wish they had a wider selection of nail polish. Both in brand & colors. Other than that, everything else was great such as the pricing, customer service, and environment. It was exceptionally clean & the open windows made it a very welcoming environment. The pedicure experience was great and my feet & legs felt extremely soft after. Don't waste your time! Went to this place since it's Sunday and most nail places aren't open. All i have to say is that was the biggest waste of 30$ for a gel manicure! I had gel polish all over my cuticles, fingers, and palms. The nail station was super super dirty with the people before me old fake nails on the counter. I was one of two people in there and still had to wait 30 minutes for them to even start on me. Really really wouldn't recommend this place to ANYONE. read more

Well I was looking for a nail Salin today and found this one. I came in and they were not that busy. All I needed was a nail fixed and I asked the lady in charge snd I think her name is Missy. Anyhow she was very rude and cold to me. She then rolled her eyes at me as I asked. She said that I would have to speak to one of the other two doing feet (they didn't look up) to ask them for an apt. But as far as her "she had no apts for the day" There was hardly anyone in there and I found understand if she was busy did the day but at least say "hey let me make you an appointment and thank you for coming. Can you come back tomorrow? Can we take your number in case someone cancels?" Anything like that would have been applicable here. She should not be in management. When I called the lady was really nice and said I could come now. There were 3 ppl 2 working when I walked in. The First Lady said we are ready just a minute. So I sat down. The last person slowly put down her phone and just seemed as if she didn't want to be there. Then she slowly got up shaking her head no. Then slowly walked toward the back. I don't recommend going here at all. The customer service was okay but the service was horrible, they did a very poor job with me and my other two friends nails. The shaping of our nails was trash and painting was even worse. For over $200 of service you would think we would be happy with the results. read more

Absolutely will NEVER EVER recommend this place. I got a foot fungus from this nasty place and when I called and spoke to the manager she said well that's why we use the liners and I said I was not playing with the bag and she said well we try to make sure our utensils she didn't sound to confident at all when she said that. And she also had the nerve to tell me that there is no way I got it from there even tho I went and saw my doctor and confirmed that I was not the only one that has came in this week with the same problem from this place. Best nails salon in Valdosta!!!! The do the perfect stiletto nail. Super professional and the place was so clean and relaxing. The pedicure was great too. She did a good massage. Both the pedi and fill technician took their time to ensure their job looked great. Highly recommend this place. read more
