My nails are so thick and ugly !!!! The man that did my nails said that I had to pay for them even if I didn't want liked them. I was so livid, and most of all embarrass since their were more costumers. I paid $50 for a crappy job. At the end of the day we are all consumers no matter what. In town for the weekend and Tin and Lyn (owners) were amazing. They were able to fit me in even after being 15 minutes late to my appointment. The shop is super clean and the music and treatments were extra relaxing. Tin and Lyn are masters of their craft, great technique. Their children work along side and the locals seem to frequent. Absolutely amazing. I got a full set of acrylic nails and they were the best set I've ever gotten, no joke. Extremely durable.. they lasted a month before I decided to take them off, and all except for one nail was still on as solid as the day I got them done. They were also extremely reasonable on the price; I've had many other mani/pedi's done, not nearly as good of work, and much more expensive. This was by far the best nail experience I have every had. My daughter and I stopped in and they told us there would be an hour wait, so we went to the deli near by. When we came back they were ready for us! Shawn did my pedicure and was so careful. My feet often hurt and usually pedicure are painful. But He did such a good job of being careful, giving a great massage and my toes are perfect! We were celebrating my daughter's 13th birthday and they were so kind to her. She loved being pampered. They also have the coolest pedicure chairs. The liners have disposal jets so the bowls are clean! I am going to go here every time I am in town! I came to get my nails done on a Sunday. They say they close at 6. I came in at 5pm. There were 2 women getting pedicures and 2 women working. She asked me how could she help me. I asked for a fill. She then told me were closed. I said it said you closed at 6. She said on come back tomorrow. Then they turned off the open sign. Worst pedicure ever. The elderly man, didn't catch his name, did my pedicure. It took less then half hour, my feet were in the water a total of 4 minutes tops. They never scrubbed the bottom of my feet. They rubbed a salt type scrub from the top of feet to the lower ankle. Then when he was putting on the gel color which I paid extra for, he kept smudging the tops of my toes with the light. He smudged them at least three times. While blaming me each time! Also no lotion was applied to my legs. Again worst pedicure ever. When I get a pedicure it is a treat for me! This was a nightmare and not relaxing. read more

My biggest qualms with getting a pedicure is when I make a reservation I expect to be sat at that time. I've been coming here for a couple of years and have never once had to wait longer than five minutes to be sat. The place is sparkling clean they give a great and efficient pedicure. Had a mani pedi for me and my daughter for $77 per person. Then when we checked out they added $30 for gel polish that we only got on our hands. What a rip off, I've been here about 6x before this and never been changed additionally for gel. I know times are tough but this gouging was over the top. Won't be back. read more

I've been here numerous times and i love it! This place is REALLY clean, relaxing and the staff is extremely friendly. The manicures and pedicures are done meticulously and last a longtime. They are quick without sacrificing the quality. They carry a huge selection of gel polish colors and they just do a quality job! My only critique is I think they could carry a bigger selection of basic polish colors, but there's plenty of variety!
