This is the best nail salon I've been to. The attention to detail I got from the person that did my nails was far beyond anywhere I have been to. Additionally, the customer service I received was incredible! She was so sweet and patient even though I messed up the process a little. Unfortunately I forgot her name but I think she was the owner. Not happy with my nails. I explained I like them a little wide. Hate them tapered at the tip or coffin shape. They did the coffin shape and the broken nail was done with a paper form instead of glueing a tip and it's so much smaller and looks stupid. Made an appointment a day before. Call to inform them exactly what I needed. I even called to inform I am running late today, asked if they can still take me. I was told yes. I walk in, they take another two clients because they showed up claiming they already had appointments. Apparently, their phone call and appointment was not on the stores calendar, but they were still taken. Now I'm brown and they were Caucasian. So, though they had me on the calendar, they tell me they can't do both Mani/pedi. They will only do pedicure. I tell them I need the manicure more as my the gel on my nails is breaking down. They turn me away. How is this fair when they accommodated two women in front of me that were not even on their books and canceled me? Because I'm brown? Awful service. Will never return or recommend them if you want fair treatment. read more

Heard great things about this place. I wouldn't recommend it or go back. My friend and I made an appointment for 2:00. She got seated right away while I had to wait half an hour. I'm not sure if he was in a rush or what but he cut my finger twice. Once it was bleeding and he pretended he didn't notice and put his finger over it. Both of the cuts still hurt today. He also didn't paint the whole nail and rounded out one while leaving the others square. Also, normally places at least offer water. It was 107 outside and we didn't get offered water once. Very disappointed. Had an appointment for over a week and was looking forward to my mani n pedi. The older man did my feet and appeared to not really wanna be at work today. I said gel and he started with the regular polish protocol. There was a of build up by my cuticle and when I asked him to remove it.. he really seemed upset. The older lady told him to do my nails and really seemed bothered. He did my nails and when I walked out and went next door to the bakery I noticed my pointer had bubbles up and came off. They also have multiple ppl work on one person for a process. Like the gi started on my nails and the older man finished/messed them up. The older lady started on my daughters feet and stopped when someone came in.. WE HAD APPOINTMENTS... then we had to wait for the young guy to finish with someone else to finish my daughters feet.. This ya a beautiful place.. but their business is awful.. now I have to go somewhere else n get my nails n feet fixed. read more

Came in for the first time with an appointment for a pedicure with 2 others. I wasn't seated until about 30 mins after my apt time because they were short staffed. My friend wasn't seated until 55 mins past the apt time. If they didn't have the coverage I would have rescheduled no problem. Overall the pedicure was good, but not great, and the polish is a bit messy. Prices are a bit high at 25$ for a regular pedicure. The lady who did my nails couldn't have been nastier. Every time I asked a question she became very defensive. Then when she gave me the bill I did not have a choice to add a tip. When I arrived for my scheduled appointment to have a fill, she was running late (which is ok and not unusual at the end of a full day); however, a walk-in customer came in behind me and asked about getting a full set. She took that customer for a full set (which was more than a fill) and told me to re-schedule. Wait: I had the appointment that I scheduled 2 two weeks ago after my last appointment and she dumps me to take a walk-in? Certainly one sure fire way to lose a customer. I left Nail Envy and did not return. In terms of workmanship, the work was ok. Nothing fabulous and certainly not bad. Just ok, regular acrylic nails. The place was clean. Easy parking. But to have my standing appointment (I had been a regular customer and scheduled every 2 weeks) dumped so she could take a walk-in that would mean more money for a full set and cancel my appointment is B-A-D business.
