From out of town and have gotten my nails done here twice. Both experiences have been amazing. Very thorough with my fills and making sure everything is seamless. Never have had to wait as a walk-in and they have tons of colors. They also don't rush you to pick! 10/10 recommend. Also, I've been use to paying $55+ for fills so $40-$45 was a pleasant surprise! read more

this was the absolute worst experience I've ever had getting my nails done. I wanted an easy almond mid length (not short) full set with color tips. Easy. I was quoted $50 and that seemed good. So she started cutting my old set off and as she did, I asked it they had cat eye for my tips. I fully expected that to be an additional charge but the up charges didn't stop there and another woman was brought in to do nails and she had new prices and up charges. $5 more to take off my old set, $5 more for almond shape, $10 more more the mid length I wanted....$50 quickly turned into $85-$90...maybe. I say maybe because I left with my nails messed up from how they took my old set off. Long story short...I felt hustled from the moment they began taking off my old set. I was even charged $10 for they horrendous way they left them no polish half cut off. Ladies run away from this place. Don't even go in! read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I come in and get the same thing every time. For some reason, the price gets more expensive each time. I came in and got the norm, but this time without a tip and was told that it was more expensive than with the additional length! Won't be returning! Very rude staff. I also had a coupon the last time here and they refused to let me use it stating that they do not honor it on the weekends. SO expensive for no reason smh. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. made an appointment & the lady i got seemed to be pissed she had to take me. the lady was very rude & filed my toes on my right foot down so bad that she cut all the tops of them. i literally came in with my toe nails short, so she def filed them down waaaay to much for no reason... feels & looks like a paper cut across them, making it very uncomfortable & painful to walk. the nails turned out nice, but i am wearing bandaids on half my toes so does it really make me feel better? nah. my friend seemed to have a better experience & her lady was very nice. def wouldn't be back & wouldn't recommend. read more

I have been going to this place for a couple of years now. I walked in while they were busy and sat me in a massage chair right away for a mani pedi. They had me sit there for 20 minutes without even drawing my water! Then a woman walked in and they tell me that I have to wait because she had an appointment and i didn't! I'm done here! I can see this happening if i were new. But the fact that i have been going there for a long and i treated like this is flabbergasting! I Will not be back... Ever! read more

Brought my daughter in for a mother daughter date - For her Birthday - We waited about 15 minutes to be seated - which honestly isn't a problem. However - They got us seated and I asked 3 times for them to warm her water up - It was cold. They never even got it to Luke warm. They then Get me seated next to her and my water was Luke warm at best - $28 to soak my feet in tap water and barely a massage. NO EXFOLIATION...NO MASK.... NO NADA. That is absolutely ridiculous - I could of done it myself at home. As for my daughter they barely filed her nails and toes and didnt use a base coat. She got no exfoliation, mask, massage - NOTHING. Absolutely ridiculous. I should also mention they painted her nails and toes so sloppily that the polish was al over her cuticles. I had to come home and refile my toes because they were so janky. Nothing was clean... I should of been braver and just walked out - but now I know. I absolutely will not be back. I also did not appreciate being rushed. They had people there before me they were still working on when I left - WHAT DOES THAT SAY!?!? SO MAD - WONT BE BACK - This place used to be wonderful! Very upset I have referred them out to friends. I absolutely will not be doing that anymore either. read more

I came here last minute as a walk in for a pedicure. I chose this place based on location without really looking at reviews. They were a little busy but I didn't have to wait long. They have a ton of colors in all of the different options: polish, gel, etc. The employees were funny and kind and great at communicating. They aren't pushy with services. The price for my pedicure was average for the area. That was the only service I got so I can't say if anything else is too expensive. The employees really like to talk to the customer, there wasn't any awkward silences, but instead a lot of laughs. They did a great job on my toes and a few weeks later, they are still looking good. I have since moved out of the area but I would recommend any locals to come by and check it out. read more

I regularly went to this nail salon for about 5 months until I no longer felt comfortable going. I loved the lady who almost always did my nails, but I always left with a sour taste in my mouth. Over the 5 months I was there, I noticed a pattern with the way the owner conducted her business. She was never a very nice lady until someone with a Louis Vuitton bag would walk in. LOL! I requested an eyebrow wax with a very small arch and the employee tweezed my eyebrows into a very thin line without asking first. I was very upset about it. I, also, got a pedicure which was mediocre. I don't recommend this shop for any waxing. read more

I went in for gel nails (pink and white). The young lady who did my nails did not even tend to my cuticles. The only thing she did was smooth my original nails with the drill (which wasn't very healthy for my nails) before she started to apply the gel nail polish. THEN (and this is the kicker)...3 days after I got my nails done, they started to chip. As of last night (Monday night), I have 3 chipped nails and I got them done on Saturday afternoon.
