The appointment felt very rushed, and it seemed like not enough time or attention was given to making sure everything was done carefully. Made an appointment three days ago for today at 4 PM for my friend and I to have fills and a pedicure. We waited for 30 minutes. No one greeted us and after 30 minutes I left we both left when I had made the appointment. There was a different lady there and she put the name and the appointment time in the book but once we got there, it was obvious the the condition of what the other clients were in I know how long it takes to do fills and a pedicure. They only had five people and stuff we were not waiting for them to be not be ready for another 30 minutes so that would be another hour so I'm not gonna go back there again. So sad to give this place such a low m rating because it is very central... Unfortunately I had the worst experience getting my nails done on New Year's Eve... As you can see in the pictures the paint job is atrocious literally clumped up paint and areas missing of my nails An older woman helped me out once the gentleman at the door sent me her way... Both of them made fun of me for having a job where I can't use gel nail polish or color on my fingernails That alone should have been enough to send me out of the door because when you're coming to treat yourself, pamper yourself and spend a lot of money you don't need to be made fun of at the same time. I asked for a good manicure and ended up with a bunch of little cuts all over my toes and fingernails... The clear polish was even atrocious on my fingernails! From not being able to file my nails in a uniform fashion to trying to SNEAK IN additional services on me, I literally caught her turning on the gel machine about to apply gel base polish to my finished manicure I stopped her and reminded her I cannot do gel and I cannot have any colors once again she laughed at me and insisted on the $5 upgrade and became visibly upset when I told her no. I am incredibly disappointed and upset I spent money here and made this my New Year's nail appointment. This was the first spot that did not make them thick as it's normally done. The tech (which I keep forgetting her name) didn't talk much but knew how to do her job and that's all I care about. For years I only went to one salon, but the quality started getting worse so I decided to go elsewhere. I'm glad I found this salon. I typically get a pedicure, gel manicure and facial wax. My pedicure was great. My feet are sensitive, but the person doing my pedi was super gentle. We didn't speak much, but when we did he was very nice. I believe his wife is who continued with my gel manicure and wax. She did a great job. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she was able to replicate it perfectly. To be honest, I loved that she didn't try to insist I needed a fill because my nails are natural - not acrylic/gel. A lot of people have tried to fight with me when I've gone into other salons about it. My facial wax was just as great an experience. I used to always come here for my favorite nail guy and after he left I followed him to his new salon but sine he wasn't available today. I came back to yes nail salon and i'm so upset, as i'm doing my nails I want to cry because I would tell them over and over what I did and didn't want and they would get annoyed and say that they know. then proceeded to do whatever they wanted. they switched me between three nail technicians because the first one kept hurting me and made one of my nails painfully thin and red. then the second wanted to leave early and wouldn't do them and the last one after I told her I wanted to keep my natural nails long she kept saying she knows and the very hardly filed them way shorter then what I came in with. they left my nails half as short as the pictures. don't go there!!!! read more

I showed the tech how to do it in the Video it showed part by part, I also said I wanted it as this as the picture. If you zoom in it's not the same design, he did it differently for every finger, and in some he didn't even finish the line of the color, and the same line he use two colors. It looks like I did it, they came out super think and fat when I said I wanted them thin. Also because of the colors being together he didn't even do them close and nice like the picture, he has some fingers with the lines apart and in other over lapping. Painful pedicures for both my husband and I and the UV lights for drying are CAKED in dust. How hard is it to wipe it down and keep it clean? They were also lacking in color selection - mainly blues with some purple and orange. We watched them turn away a woman who called and they told her to come in and then said they couldn't help her. They have a wide selection of colors for gel nails which I really appreciate. More colors than other solons. They even have two little cute pedicure chairs for little girls! So cute!
