I was visiting and was looking for a nail salon and this salon came up and I just the reviews and it was closed down the street from where I was staying. So I made an appointment. Cindy was the nail technician who was the one that did my nails she was very helpful and well educated on my situation. She noticed that my nails were thin and mentioned to me about adding some extra gel to thicken and help them to stay on longer. She quoted me the price and I said yes. Cindy really took the time on my manicure I felt confident in her ability and decision making. I definitely will return when I'm in town to have my nails done by Cindy. In town for work, I spotted this place on Yelp and decided to give it a try--so glad I did. I walked in on a Monday morning to redo a dip powder set and also added a gel pedicure, and both turned out great. They were more than happy to accommodate both services. The staff truly went out of their way to make me feel comfortable--offering drinks throughout my visit, keeping me hydrated, and even providing snacks. The salon itself is spacious, with walls lined with pedicure chairs, and each technician clearly displays their license. I was in Vegas for a wedding and needed a pedicure and manicure. I found this spot on Yelp and it was close to where I was staying. I booked an appointment through their website which was very easy. Showed up early the next day and was greeted by friendly staff. The salon was clean and spacious. I love that the staff wasn't pushy for up charges. I had an amazing deluxe pedicure and I really liked how my gel manicure came out. All new tools were used. I saw them open the package which I also liked. I was excited to try Nails Forum since it's conveniently close to my home, and the salon itself is undeniably beautiful...modern, lavish, and very clean. The marble floors, gold accents, and extensive nail polish wall ("Color Me Up!" section) make for a stunning first impression. Parking is easy with spots right in front, though figuring out which door to enter can be confusing as the rightmost entrance has faint tan lettering that's hard to see from the car. That said, I had a few frustrating experiences that took away from the visit. Their website and Instagram both say you can book online (which I did), but when we arrived, staff seemed unaware and didn't have our appointment on file. Even more frustrating, I had selected a kids gel pedicure through their site, but was told once we got there that they don't offer services for kids, despite the online menu clearly listing it. We went through with it anyway. Breakdown of Services & Costs: My Service: Royal Pedicure ($65 - 50 mins) Included: callus treatment, exfoliating scrub, leg mask, hot stones, and paraffin wax * Gel Polish: $20 Total: $85 Child's Service: Gel Pedicure ($55 - 45 mins) Marketed as "rich in Vitamin C and Citric Acid" to brighten and moisturize skin. Total: $55 (basic gel, no callus, no shiny buff, no extras) Total Paid for Both: $140 The pedicure chairs were comfortable and fully functional which was refreshing to see and the salon layout is spacious. They had two unisex bathrooms, a cozy waiting area with four plush chairs and a glass candy bowl, and 16 pedicure chairs (8 on each side). There are also 9 nail stations down the center and another 9 chairs whose purpose wasn't clear. Despite the luxurious feel and wide range of nail colors, the lack of follow-through on services offered online, absence of even basic hospitality (no water offered), and pricing inconsistencies left me disappointed. According to the website, they also offer waxing and lash services but based on this experience, it's hard to know what's truly available. Pros: Clean, beautiful interior Great massage chairs Lots of polish options Parking is convenient Cons: Online booking not honored Kids services denied in-person despite being advertised $55 felt excessive for a child's basic gel pedicure No refreshments offered Signage and layout mildly confusing While the salon looks beautiful, the experience felt rushed and didn't live up to the luxury pricing or the online promises. Unfortunately, I probably won't return. read more

Everyone was so nice, my nail tech Tim was so precise and was very attentive to details and my own needs. Much needed pampering and decided to find a place off The Strip...called ahead to make an appointment and ensure they could accommodate us. Confirmation sent via text with a self check-in when you arrive. When first walking in, we thought WOW...coming from the SF Bay Area you don't find a wall of nail color options (helps get out of the color-comfort zone of pink or clear) with 16 massage chairs for pedis and 18 for manicures. Though only saw 5 techs working on this weekday. Place is clean, modern, receptionist and staff friendly and reasonably priced starting at $35 for basic pedicure to $85 for a CBD Deluxe pedicure ...I should've opted for that with all this walking so far! The only downside is if you get the gel polish its $20 more which seems high. Overall, a great relaxing experience that was well worth the price. Kate is GREAT! I am a former Las Vegas resident and came back to town for business. I needed a manicure and was planning to go to my usual place in Summerlin upon arrival but my flight was delayed. Yelp told me that this was the closest place to the rental car center that was still open at 5pm on a Sunday and man, am I glad! Kate has great attention to detail and I appreciate the little things - asking if room temp water was okay and even opening the bottle for me so I could drink while one hand was being worked on! This is my second visit here and if it wasn't for me wanting to use up the rest of my gift card, I wouldn't have returned. I get that it's a busy nail salon, but the nail techs here seem to constantly be in a rush. Every part of this 25 minute gel manicure was rushed. As a result, my cuticles were cut too close, parts of my old gel polish remained and was painted over, my cuticles were painted over, and lint/debris were painted and set into the nail, creating a rough look. While the nail tech was nice enough to use the dremel to file away the parts that were painted onto my skin and improve the overall look, it'll look like crap in a week due to the jagged edges. Pics are fresh out of the salon. My first visit was exactly the same-- a rushed gel pedicure resulting in gel polish on my skin and cuticles. read more

I went to the nail forum for the first time for my boyfriends birthday and I had the most amazing experience. The nail tech who serviced me was Vivian she was everything. It was late and she was friendly and full of energy. The cbd pedicure included everything from hot stones to a cucumber mask for my legs. Her callus remover mask made my feet baby smooth and I wear heels often so my feet are dry. Her massage was phenomenal she even did my hands and used a massage gun. Coming from California, the nail salons in LV is insanely huge. This place is huge. We made reservations for 4:30pm. I arrived a few minutes early to check in and waited was than 10mins for my pedicure and then my manicure. I actually was exhausted from work so I didn't get the name person who did both my pedicure and manicure. He was so meticulous in how he did both and I so appreciate it. I feel so fresh and so clean. The salon was clean and everything in its place, even the bathroom. It was overly noisy so I appreciate that as well. Will definitely come back. read more

Husband and I both got the deluxe pedicures and I must say it's one of the best that I have had here in Vegas. I visit Vegas at least twice a year and I always get a pedicure. Very clean and luxurious. Have not found a pedicure spot that I would revisit till now. Friendly staff who is very attentive. So this place is beautiful inside and out. In a great shopping center so you can do some shopping, eating, and then get your nails done either before or after. They have super long hours and tons of nail techs, most of which are fantastic so you don't have to be married to only getting one tech each time you go or the same tech unless you're more particular and then they do make appointments online and it is super simple to see your favorite nail techs schedule. They are a more high-end nail salon with about 15 massage chairs for pedicures-so tons of availability. So the price may be a bit higher but honestly they are very comparable with what's in the area. Since you are getting a super good product each time you go, the price is totally worth it. Parking is easy and like I said in a super good location close to everything. I really like Kevin but if you look on their yelp you can see there are tons of fantastic techs also to note their designs are pretty fantastic. Stopped in for a morning pedicure with my husband. They were able to seat both of us immediately and get to work. The attention to detail was impeccable. My toe nails were cleaned and shaped perfectly. The leg and foot massage included in the Royal Pedicure was nice and the paraffin wax was the perfect temperature.
