In town for work, I spotted this place on Yelp and decided to give it a try--so glad I did. I walked in on a Monday morning to redo a dip powder set and also added a gel pedicure, and both turned out great. They were more than happy to accommodate both services. The staff truly went out of their way to make me feel comfortable--offering drinks throughout my visit, keeping me hydrated, and even providing snacks. The salon itself is spacious, with walls lined with pedicure chairs, and each technician clearly displays their license. I was visiting and was looking for a nail salon and this salon came up and I just the reviews and it was closed down the street from where I was staying. So I made an appointment. Cindy was the nail technician who was the one that did my nails she was very helpful and well educated on my situation. She noticed that my nails were thin and mentioned to me about adding some extra gel to thicken and help them to stay on longer. She quoted me the price and I said yes. Cindy really took the time on my manicure I felt confident in her ability and decision making. I definitely will return when I'm in town to have my nails done by Cindy. I was in Vegas for a wedding and needed a pedicure and manicure. I found this spot on Yelp and it was close to where I was staying. I booked an appointment through their website which was very easy. Showed up early the next day and was greeted by friendly staff. The salon was clean and spacious. I love that the staff wasn't pushy for up charges. I had an amazing deluxe pedicure and I really liked how my gel manicure came out. All new tools were used. I saw them open the package which I also liked. They are very expensive. For the service they provide I just don't think it matches the cost. This location charges more than the nail forum II. I was charged for nail take off which was put in by this location. They also charged $15 for a one line strip that another nail salon was shocked that it was even considered a French tip because of how thin and small the line was. They're nice and it's quiet and not busy but don't go unless you're good with spending $180 for a mani pedi or full set. read more

I was excited to try Nails Forum since it's conveniently close to my home, and the salon itself is undeniably beautiful...modern, lavish, and very clean. The marble floors, gold accents, and extensive nail polish wall ("Color Me Up!" section) make for a stunning first impression. Parking is easy with spots right in front, though figuring out which door to enter can be confusing as the rightmost entrance has faint tan lettering that's hard to see from the car. That said, I had a few frustrating experiences that took away from the visit. Their website and Instagram both say you can book online (which I did), but when we arrived, staff seemed unaware and didn't have our appointment on file. Even more frustrating, I had selected a kids gel pedicure through their site, but was told once we got there that they don't offer services for kids, despite the online menu clearly listing it. We went through with it anyway. Breakdown of Services & Costs: My Service: Royal Pedicure ($65 - 50 mins) Included: callus treatment, exfoliating scrub, leg mask, hot stones, and paraffin wax * Gel Polish: $20 Total: $85 Child's Service: Gel Pedicure ($55 - 45 mins) Marketed as "rich in Vitamin C and Citric Acid" to brighten and moisturize skin. Total: $55 (basic gel, no callus, no shiny buff, no extras) Total Paid for Both: $140 The pedicure chairs were comfortable and fully functional which was refreshing to see and the salon layout is spacious. They had two unisex bathrooms, a cozy waiting area with four plush chairs and a glass candy bowl, and 16 pedicure chairs (8 on each side). There are also 9 nail stations down the center and another 9 chairs whose purpose wasn't clear. Despite the luxurious feel and wide range of nail colors, the lack of follow-through on services offered online, absence of even basic hospitality (no water offered), and pricing inconsistencies left me disappointed. According to the website, they also offer waxing and lash services but based on this experience, it's hard to know what's truly available. Pros: Clean, beautiful interior Great massage chairs Lots of polish options Parking is convenient Cons: Online booking not honored Kids services denied in-person despite being advertised $55 felt excessive for a child's basic gel pedicure No refreshments offered Signage and layout mildly confusing While the salon looks beautiful, the experience felt rushed and didn't live up to the luxury pricing or the online promises. Unfortunately, I probably won't return. read more

Amazing!!! If the price is stopping you, it is so worth it! I called for a last minute appointment and I am so happy they could squeeze me in. Much needed pampering and decided to find a place off The Strip...called ahead to make an appointment and ensure they could accommodate us. Confirmation sent via text with a self check-in when you arrive. When first walking in, we thought WOW...coming from the SF Bay Area you don't find a wall of nail color options (helps get out of the color-comfort zone of pink or clear) with 16 massage chairs for pedis and 18 for manicures. Though only saw 5 techs working on this weekday. Place is clean, modern, receptionist and staff friendly and reasonably priced starting at $35 for basic pedicure to $85 for a CBD Deluxe pedicure ...I should've opted for that with all this walking so far! The only downside is if you get the gel polish its $20 more which seems high. Overall, a great relaxing experience that was well worth the price. Note: located near the Las Vegas Outlets and a $16 Uber ride (one way) from The Strip read more

This is my second visit here and if it wasn't for me wanting to use up the rest of my gift card, I wouldn't have returned. I get that it's a busy nail salon, but the nail techs here seem to constantly be in a rush. Every part of this 25 minute gel manicure was rushed. As a result, my cuticles were cut too close, parts of my old gel polish remained and was painted over, my cuticles were painted over, and lint/debris were painted and set into the nail, creating a rough look. While the nail tech was nice enough to use the dremel to file away the parts that were painted onto my skin and improve the overall look, it'll look like crap in a week due to the jagged edges. Pics are fresh out of the salon. My first visit was exactly the same-- a rushed gel pedicure resulting in gel polish on my skin and cuticles. read more

Kate is GREAT! I am a former Las Vegas resident and came back to town for business. I needed a manicure and was planning to go to my usual place in Summerlin upon arrival but my flight was delayed. Yelp told me that this was the closest place to the rental car center that was still open at 5pm on a Sunday and man, am I glad! Kate has great attention to detail and I appreciate the little things - asking if room temp water was okay and even opening the bottle for me so I could drink while one hand was being worked on! She's also speedy - a full gel French manicure in 45 minutes. I may have a new place! read more

Coming from California, the nail salons in LV is insanely huge. This place is huge. We made reservations for 4:30pm. I arrived a few minutes early to check in and waited was than 10mins for my pedicure and then my manicure. I actually was exhausted from work so I didn't get the name person who did both my pedicure and manicure. He was so meticulous in how he did both and I so appreciate it. I feel so fresh and so clean. The salon was clean and everything in its place, even the bathroom. It was overly noisy so I appreciate that as well. Will definitely come back. read more

I went to the nail forum for the first time for my boyfriends birthday and I had the most amazing experience. The nail tech who serviced me was Vivian she was everything. It was late and she was friendly and full of energy. The cbd pedicure included everything from hot stones to a cucumber mask for my legs. Her callus remover mask made my feet baby smooth and I wear heels often so my feet are dry. Her massage was phenomenal she even did my hands and used a massage gun. Everyone in the salon was very pleasant and the energy was very inviting. It was a last minute stop but I will definitely be back. Great Service great work great people. read more

did my nails and said my old nails were lifting so i asked if she could remove them to which she agreed then proceeded to dip my nails in acetone for about 30 seconds then just started ripping my nails off with a tool , and she ripped a piece of my real nail . she apologized but was being alotgether just rough and seemed to be in a rush . I paid 80 bucks for a rushed gel pedicure. I got the delux but it wasn't even the full 40 minutes and it felt rushed. The chairs are weak and dont do anything. It was over priced and for that I won't return but the toes are painted nice just the rest wasn't great. read more

Ample amount of parking and great location - right next to south premium outlets. Perfect for when you're done shopping. Husband and I both got the deluxe pedicures and I must say it's one of the best that I have had here in Vegas. I visit Vegas at least twice a year and I always get a pedicure. Very clean and luxurious. Have not found a pedicure spot that I would revisit till now. Friendly staff who is very attentive. I enjoyed my experience here. Cheap prices. $35 for gel polish and $35 for regular pedicures. Both have lasted for a week with no chipping so far. Place was pretty empty, which is surprising. Staff seemed friendly. Would definitely return and get my nails done again. read more

oh wow...smdh. i will have the last laugh after this. i know for a fact the shop: "nail forum" reads all this comments on-line. tell me why they reached out to me today?...calling me & left a voicemail by: kim in regards of celine. please, do not ever reach out to me ever again!!! don't get mad when your "nail shop" gets a bad reputation!!! baby, it only takes one person by word of mouth and especially, having an experience there to ruin your business and your business's reputation. you wanna laugh at my story when i spoke to you over the phone but, you ain't gonna laugh when your business shuts down for good. i actually work a big, huge company here in las vegas, nv. and i bet you and promise you...i will be the last one laughing. i highly recommend and suggest you treat all customers with dignity and respect and treat others the way you would like to be treated...take a note!!! y'all need to get it together when it comes to providing great/extraordinary customer service...period!!! read more

I strongly recommend going to Nail Forum! Jasmine is amazing! I've been getting my nails done on and off my entire life. Of all the nail technicians I've had, no one compares to her and her work. My hands have never looked so beautiful as they have after I started going here. She has the most creative designs and ideas, and she executes them so perfectly. I've never been very creative with my nails, but she has me trying subtle and unique designs that I love more than I ever dreamed possible. She also has the most unique products. I strongly recommend going to her to get your nails done! I also go to Selene for my pedicures and absolutely love her! She is so sweet and also incredibly talented. She waxed my eyebrows a few weeks ago, and they've never looked so good. Overall, Nail Forum has the best staff and work I've ever seen for a nail salon, and I strongly recommend going to them for anything on their services menu! read more

I went in as a walk in and waited 1and a 1/2 hours to receive service due to them being busy. initially it was not an issue. after making it for my scheduled time I received half of the service I requested as if I was an after thought. I requested two manicures (one for myself and one for my boyfriend) and one pedicure service I walked out only receiving one manicure and one pedicure. my boyfriend waited an additional 30 mins just to begin his manicure. My pedicure was not done to my satisfaction she left calluses on my heel and did not bother to address it. I got the deep tissue pedicure which involves a massage gun. not one time did she ask was I okay with the intensity level of the gun. I walked out paying 120 dollars for our services but EXTREMELY UPSET AND DISAPPOINTED WITH THE OUTCOME ..... read more

I made my first visit to Nail Palace, the decision made based on close to home, Yelp reviews & a 30% coupon...I was not disappointed! This salon is in the process of being remodeled; when entering the salon, it is very pleasant & clean feeling...white walls & cabinets with gold tone wall decor. Rebekah was the person who did my Gel Manicure...she was very attentive to detail, specifically the toe cuticles & not being satisfied with the application of the gel polish, so moving to Plan B. 5 Stars!!! I was visiting Vegas for my birthday and wanted a relaxing pedicure. Dragged my boyfriend along after finding Nail Palace. He LOVED it and so did I! Staff was super helpful and professional. Venue is gorgeous. And the pedicures were AMAZING. I had them do the basic Collagen Spa one for my bf and the Royal one with the hot stones, leg mask, and massage for me. If I lived in Vegas, this would be my new nail spot! read more

This is my first time getting services here. It is a very beautiful nail salon. The ambiance and environment is perfect for a self care day. Nice lighting, high ceilings with a lot of air flow. I had a great experience! I went in for a manicure and pedicure. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The Nail Palace was clean and very professional. Everything was well organized and social distancing was followed. The nail polish options were amazing. I definitely recommend coming here to getting any service done. read more

My friend and I had gone on a hike through the valley of fire barefoot. We stopped by Nail palace and with it being my first ever pedicure I may have set the bar very for the rest to come. My feet felt taken care of here, I didn't even know they were that color when the service was done. read more
