My sister & I went in for full sets and pedicures I was treating her so I did many reviews to make sure the people we were going with did good. I booked with GG ( who is amazing, does great work. I highly recommend her ) & I booked my sister with Donny. He did her pedicure but then told her he couldn't do designs ( she just wanted a French tip ) so he got another employee ( Catrina ) & asked if she could do what she's asking for, she said yes. My sister wanted a gelly orange base with black French tip. Catrina told her they didn't have that color acrylic only pink but that she can achieve that color of base with Gel polish, so they begin but it turned out they didn't have the color of the base that she wanted however, Catrina picked a milky beige nude color ( my sister didn't like at all ) & was adamit it was the same color as in the picture... it clearly wasn't. My sister ended up finding a clear jelly nude base that she did like and asked if she could do 2 coats to make it a little bolder Catrina told her no, & that it won't look good so since they in fact didn't have the base color she wanted she went with a pink base instead. Catrina did 3 LAYERS of this pink clear ( which why couldn't she have done that with the clear nude base like she wanted ?? Who knows!? ) long story short. Catrina didn't do a good job and she didn't do what was asked.. on top of that she cut my sister and had a poor attitude the entire time, at one point I saw her looking at my sister like she was annoyed when she pointed out ONE of the many mistakes that she made on her nails. I do recommend this salon ONLY BECAUSE OF GG ! Just be sure to do your research before. It's always a big let down when you pay $100+ for a set that you don't like. read more

So I come here when I visit Las Vegas. I had the good fortune of getting Louis as my technician on my 1st pedicure visit. He was newer and really did a good job and I was empressed. Well now he's a true professional. I was so impressed with my latest pedicure. To start he was on time ! I also had a wonderful massage on my legs. The full paraffin service , cuticle removal and all while sitting in a massaging chair and having a great conversation. Louis truly engages with his clients. It made me feel valued. I had been getting regular pedicures elsewhere and noticed that my feet would end up looking worse after a week. I have an autoimmune disease and my feet were always so embarrassing. I have had dry, cracked, scaley foot skin for at least a decade. My skin would tear through the sides of my ballet flats and wear a hole in the shoes. My foot skin was bad. I'd go to other places where it would look okay without the white ends of the dead skin for a week, and then it would look even worse. I've been seeing Tina for a few months (5 pedicures) and I FINALLY have normal looking and completely smooth skin on my feet. If you haven't had heel fissures, bleeding and embarrassing cracked skin, you have no idea what a game changer having healthy feet are. This feels like a miracle. It no longer hurts to walk. Fly into Vegas for a work conference. I wanted to treat myself to a manicure and pedicure while I was in town. A Vegas influencer I've been following since she started in 2020 featured this place so that's how I chose them. I booked an appointment online months ahead of time so I wouldn't be stressed about it since I live out of state. I arrived early and they were able to help me right away. The technician brought out the menu and did the high pressure gel sell. I'm not a fan of gel so I went with regular polish. She told me regular lasts one day and gel lasts two weeks. I was taken aback by that statement but this isn't my first manicure and pedicure so I kept my thoughts to myself. I opted for black tip and she did a pretty sloppy job. There are black streaks on the nail bed and the lines are feathered. She said it would work better with gel. Yea nope not going to do gel sorry lady. She was quick and efficient. I was in and out in under 45 minutes. Not exactly the relaxing experience I was hoping for. I'll be sure to go to another place during future trips to Las Vegas. Overall: 4.4/5 I was concerned about walking in to a random nail salon since that's not my usual style but my friend was visiting and just wanted to get her nails done anywhere convenient. We were at Town Square and this place had an opening for two walk-ins so we decided to go here. We came in on a Wednesday evening so it wasn't busy. I got to use the massage chair next to my friend as she got her pedicure until the next nail technician was free to do my manicure. I got a gel manicure ($45) with Joe who took his time and painted like 4 coats because my lavender color was more sheer than we thought. Joe's very easy to talk to and we somehow got into a serious conversation about family and other small talks about EDC and keeping one's native language. (Side Note: It's so cool going in to get a beauty service and never knowing what conversations could be had). He was also not shy in telling me my hands were REALLY DRY - embarrassing but true - so I will definitely be lotioning my hands more. In terms of the actual service, I never had a man paint my nails before but he did just as well as any other female technician and I was happy with the outcome :) My friend's mani/pedi also came out nicely and she was happy with the service as well! read more

This is such a great reasonably price nail salon right off the strip. My friend and I walked in because we had a wedding in town and wanted our nails and toes done. We both needed regular polish because we can't have our nails done for work and the staff was so nice and patient and made sure they were as dry as possible before we left. Now I have really dry, thick and hard cuticles and it's been a minute since I last had my mani. Louis and I didnt get the other gentlemans name but they were amazing!! Giving 5 stars mainly due to Becky Came in around 4:30 on the saturday before the superbowl and they were able to take me in pretty fast. The entire place looks really clean and had such cute decor. My tech was Becky and she was the best from beginning to end. She was incredibly helpful and patient with helping me decide what to get. The entire time she was friendly and personable so it was a quick breezy hour and a half. She listened to what I asked for and did her best to create it! I believe they're having a special for 20% off this month but not too sure if that got taken off my service or not but i'm happy with it regardless. The ambulance here is very nice. The people are very nice. But the experience that they have to do nails I don't think it's top-notch. My nails came out so uneven, I was very upset. The only thing they could do for me was takeoff five dollars from my bill. They did focus a lot on my feet, which is nice, however, the gel on the nails did not last as long as I usually do... it lasted about a week. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS NAIL SALON and here's why. I paid $80 for a gel-x mani on Friday November 1 and went back for a total of 3 times in the span of 2 weeks to fix this set. The nail polish chipped twice (first time I went back to fix it the next day then it chipped again within a week and I went back a second time to fix it but they couldn't get me in right away so I scheduled an appointment for a 3rd attempt). Between the 2nd time I went in and the 3rd time, 3 extensions fell off. All of this within 12 days since getting it done. When I went in for the 3rd time, I asked to just get a whole new set because the quality of what I had done was not worth the $80 I paid. Especially for the amount of times I had to go back to fix this set. They said no, they can only fix the ones that need fixing. If I wanted a new set, I'd have to pay for it all again. Now why would I spend time fixing those nails, just for the rest of the old set to possibly fall off and having to chance coming back in a 4th time?! At the end of all this, I asked they just remove all the nails. Gel-x when done right, lasts me at least 3 weeks. These didn't even hold up a week and a half. On the bright side, the receptionist was nice and professional. Still wouldn't go back though. read more

Walked in last minute to this location with only 2 hours to spare and no reservation. I was greeted instantly by a very kind girl and she got me seated very fast. My tech got straight to work and was very gentle with the entire process. I've had many visits to salons where the filing would hurt or they'd be too rough guiding my hands. She had finished my nails in little less than an hour, the speed and technical skill of the tech was very appreciated for the time crunch! These are by far the best shaped and weighted nails i've ever had, the tech spent a good amount of time sculpting the shape and it paid off fantastically. The second we were done and walked to the front the woman up front had the total ready for me to pay for. Completely in and out with upmost respect. The inside of the shop was pleasant as well! Very clean and not cluttered. This was definitely a plus for me but the tech was quiet as well as I. The final price for am acrylic full set with shape and gel was $65. the service here is horrible. While I was getting my nails done, the nail tech whatever she is started to talk about how young girls shouldn't start dating guys at a young age and how her daughter is 14-15? and is dating someone, she was talking about this to her client but I felt like it was about me because the topic genuinely came out of nowhere... Mind you this was all because my BROTHER was next to me. (This was in April). A month later when I came to get my nails removed, the same nail technician was there to remove my nails and said "where's your boyfriend" and I told her that he was my brother. not only that , instead of doing a soak off, they literally rip off the acrylic and say that soak offs take to long to do to "save time". After I got my acrylic ripped off with another nail that they use to rip it off, my nails were brittle and very weak. the day that I got my nails done too, there was a moth that landed in the salon, so my nail technician killed it with a nail file and used the same Nail file that she killed the bug with on my nail. considering this salon charges 100 for a short French tip, I expected better service and for this place to be clean. I have an image of the bug that they killed with a nail file and used the same nail file to do my nails with. Definitely go somewhere else I do not recommend . read more

Almost immediately after getting them done, I noticed lifting on all fingers except 3 fingers around May 15th.. By today, I have 3 nails that are about to come off. So I called today to see if I could get some kind of discount or fix on them since they shouldn't be lifting so quickly. They told me to come in and they'll see what they can do. So I set an appointment for 12:30 and arrive at that time. I explained the situation to the gentleman at the front and he told me I Just need to get a fill. I've been getting my nails since I was a teenager and I've never had a set lift after 7 days of being put on. I will never goto this salon again as there wasn't even a willingness to try and find a solution. Their solution was for me to pay more . not to mention that they charge to replace lifted nails when getting a fill. Terrible service, subpar services at an exceptionally high cost comparatively.
