I walked in with my own healthy, square long nails. No acrylic, no tips, my nails. The woman even commented on what nice healthy nails I had. Then she commended cutting them all off. All I needed was a change of color. I started shaking as soon as she cut the first nail off. I literally cried that it was too short. She said she was sorry and then said she had to even them out. She still painted the design I originally wanted, even though there was barely a nail left to paint it on. The worst part of all is the nails aren't even the same the length as each other, there's polish on my fingers and it will take months for them to grow back. It was truly awful.

This is my second time at the salon and I am very pleased. The manager greets you by name and they track your points in the system instead of having to carry a card. Highly recommend.
