Seeing as husband and wife team Tim and Mary are the only employees, that low-star review is not for the real LILLY NAILS in New London. And you can tell by the love we are all showing them, how happy we are with the mani-pedis we get at this location. I started coming a year ago after receiving a recommendation, and have been extremely happy. I have been coming here for the last eight years. I walked in with a gift card from a friend and have never had my nails done. Tim did my nails that day in pink and white. Having no prior nail experience I didn't realize what A terrific place it was. I had on two separate occasions been forced to go somewhere else and I didn't like my nails at all. Mary and Tim are wonderful, they take pride in their work and there is no other nail salon anywhere near them, much less across the street. There is a Lily Nail Spa in Norwich, so maybe she meant that one? Why go there when you can visit the real Lilly Nails Salon instead?! read more
