Really wish I could give this place a no stars review they are horrible and unprofessional. I walked in and wanted a fill. Wrote in the book and picked out the color I wanted. I had to wait which wasn't the problem since I know it's first come first serve. One of the lady's came over and grab the nail polish from me but put it on the cart for the pedicures not even with the person who was doing my nails. I typical don't like guys doing my nails but I was like "I give him a chance" since he looked fairly new from the last time I was in. Immediately regretted it do to him putting glue on the back on my nails which it did not get removed and makes the back look disgusting. He also didn't take all the nail polish off from the previous color. He almost made me bleed a couple different times. You can tell a lot of the equipment is very dirty. When it came to putting nail polish on my fingers they made me go to someone else. She was the same one to take the nail polish from and started to paint them with a different nail polish. Luckily my friend was there and spoke up for me. She even messed up one of my finger nails but I made her redo it. Horrible place and I will NEVER return. Last time I got my nails done by them was over a year ago. I stopped going due to them being horrible and I firgure they changed. Nope!! They got a lot worse. I was desperate for a manicure and pedicure and found myself doing some Christmas shopping at the mall. Getting my nails down at the mall is never my first choice, but it was convenient so I took it. It didn't look like they were very busy, which was surprising because every other nail place probably was. Christmas nails are a must! They took me right away, I got a very nice manicure and pedicure and I got many compliments after. They have a pretty decent nail polish selection. I also asked to have my nails done at the same time as my toes. Which, clearly takes two people and they did that right away. I was in and out and dried in an hour. It was also very affordable. $35 for a manicure and pedicure was not something I was complaining about. Overall, it's not the most amazing experience. If you are desperate for a Mani and pedi, they do a great job. read more

This is a fairly typical cheap nail salon. You come in and sign in to a little book, indicating what you want (mani / pedi / acrylic / etc). There is a pretty short wait before they take you. Much of the staff has very limited English-speaking skills, but if you don't want anything unusual, it won't be an issue. There was also a woman who may have been a manager working when I was there, and her English was perfect. My sister was getting a fancy design, and she explained it to that woman, who in turn explained it to the manicurist. My manicure looked great when I first got it, but even as soon as the next morning, I could see little mistakes and missed steps from the rush-job done. I also have slight concerns about the sanitation policies. The station I was sitting it had no Barbisol in the container, and the tools were taken from an empty cup. They looked clean, but who knows. read more

I've used this place 3 times now. Was impressed the first time by older guy Chris. Happened to get him the second time. Now I won't go elsewhere. He is the most conscientious manicurist I've ever had. He takes such pride in his work. Takes a bit longer but it's because he is so thorough. Prices are very reasonable. I walked in and was immediately bossed around. It was a very hostile and unclean environment. My friend got her nails cut extremely short which was not what she wanted and they took off her dip nails by using an acrylic nail & scraping under the dip. After my nails were painted the lady had me hold my hand in a desk lamp to dry then got angry at me when she couldn't see under the lamp. Halfway through she randomly demanded that I paid. Overall poor experience and would not return. read more

My friend and I decided to go and get manicures after finishing up work for the season. We work near this nail salon so decided it would be the easiest. While we got our nails done, both of our manicurists were VERY rude to us and treated our hands very roughly. My friend's finger even has a cut on it about 1/4 inch long from her manicurist! We left feeling more stressed then when we walked in. If you want a manicure and good service, don't go here!!! Ps. Nail polish was so old it didn't go on right. Place is dirty, yet the nail "techs" sit on their phones instead of taking care of the salon. Worst manicure I've ever had in my life. Only went here because friend wanted to shop at target. So many better places in the area to go for your nails. read more

Women working there were very rude. I got a new set of acrylic nails and not even a week later they are very grown out and two have fallen off. This never happens when I go anywhere else. Came here with high expectations as their chairs always seem full. Got a gel manicure on Tuesday, Thursday one had chipped. Went back in for a fix and they just painted over it so I had a darker thicker nail than the rest. One week and a day after mani the middle nail peeled off. Needless to say I won't be returning. I had an AWFUL experience here. I went in for a fill for my acrylics and before getting them done, paid and gave the man a 10$ tip for a 20$ job. He didn't cut down my nails, burned two of my fingers making them bleed from his rush of a job. 2 hours after I left, my nail had chipped and it looked AWFUL. when I left and realizing he didn't cut them down AT ALL I did it myself and broke another 2 nails. I went in and they said they could take all them off and start over but I had to pay AGAIN! Do not go here, you will be disappointed completely. read more

First off I was not impressed, I walked in there and everyone was on their phones sitting and lounging around. I have never been there before and I was not impressed. The guy who did my nails was miserable and kept huffing and puffing the whole time. After he put my acrylics on he didn't even ask me how I wanted them, but assumed an did it the way he wanted. Even with the sizing of my nails he just measured it an said "like that?" And cut them before I could even answer. After he put my acrylics on he said in this rude tone, "Pay me now, pay me 30." I stupidly tipped him $5 all he did was take it from my hands and put it in a drawer not even a cash register. Once I was done, I knew I wasn't going back to that junk place again. read more
