I've enjoyed going to Nail Haven for manicures and pedicures for over a year now. Lana and her staff are very polite and friendly, and I always feel welcome. My nails look amazing, and the polish looks great for weeks. I have acrylic on my nails and they never chip or peel. The salon is following all of the new safety protocols with masks, sanitizer, social distancing and having dividers between clients. Thanks so much for the great service!! We had appts for pedicures and only 1 of us got to have one after confirming appts 3 times. A tech came over to us and said she'd be right back, yet didn't. My pedicure was almost finished and my friend still had no one working on hers. No manager available, no one taking responsibility, very disappointing. read more

Absolutely LOVE Nail Haven! My girlfriend and I visit monthly for our pedicures. They have an awesome membership plan for $15 a month and you get a free pedicure, plus 10% off any other services. They are the BEST pedicures with hot rocks and everything. They take their time as well. I don't know about you, but when I'm getting a pedicure, I want to relax, and I love that they don't rush you through it. I really don't understand why there is such a negative review on here, but I guess everyone has different experiences. The staff is great and they all know us when we come in, even if it's been a month. It's very nice and clean inside and doesn't smell as strongly of nail chemicals as most places. I really wanted and tried so hard to like this place- but it just didn't happen. I came in to get a gel mani and pedi one day after work, and they could only do the mani. Kind of a let down but totally get it- no problem. After being there for over an hour getting my gel manicure, I left very unsettled with the paint job. The manicurist had a problem with the "light" 1/2 way through, so he took the paint off and started all over again. After multiple layers, the streaks were still coming back. I had another appointment and had to leave, so I said something to the front girl while paying. She was very nice and understanding and made me another appointment to come back the next day to repair the mess ups. I came in the following day, and the new manicurist was very nice and helpful and took the time to take all of the polish off and restart fresh. She took so much time, but my nails have never looked so bad from a "professional" place- let alone multiple corners begin lifting the day after. Went for a gel manicure and pedicure and polish chipped less than 48 hours later. When I called to tell them about it they would not do anything about it because i didnt call w/in 48 hours. Also when we picked our colors we were never told it was extra for the color we wanted didnt even know until asking after i was given my receipt. After mentioning it was our first time and that im sure fixing a couple chips in polish would be worth their while if they want a returning customer it still did not matter to them. Through their help I am able to make sure my feet are always taken care of as I have diabetes and need to maintain good blood flow to my feet and toes. I recently stopped in after shopping one day, as this is located around the corner from the Grocery store I shop in, and got a pedicure. Tony did a wonderful job. It was a Monday, very quiet in the shop and very enjoyable. I had been by on the weekends when it was so crowded there was no chairs left to wait in. Nail Haven is the only place I'll go now for nail services. I have tried other places, but there are too many things I want happy about. I am staying here now. They have a receptionist on duty who is always courteous and helpful. I like that the receptionist is not one of the technicians, so they don't have to pop up and answer the phone in the middle of your service. I've had good experiences all but one time. You also get a 20 percent discount if you are a member at Massage Haven next door. read more

I recently moved to Phoenix and went to Nail Haven on my mother in laws recommendation. I enjoyed my manicure well enough the first time I went there. I even joined there monthly club and made an appointment for the next week for a mani/pedi. I got there and they didn't have a pedicure on the appointment for me even though I specifically made the appointment the week before for the pedicure. I was very unhappy with my manicure. The very next day my cuticles were atrocious. Come to think of it I shouldn't have needed another manicure after a week in the first place! My pedicure was great though!! If I could I would give it 0 stars!!!!! Kristy was very rude throughout my whole pedicure. At the beginning I asked for a number 2 and she said she wouldn't have time and I said that was okay. And then I told her we couldn't stay for the second one because we ran out of time and she laughed. Not good customer service at all. I happened to be driving by Nail Haven and stopped to see if they could do a gel polish on my nails "really quick". It was 25 minutes before closing time but they said that they would take care of me anyway. When asked what color I wanted, I asked if it would be possible to do french tips. I was told it would take a little longer but she would be happy to do it. The girl was professional, polite, efficient and happy to help. They stayed open 20 minutes past closing on a Saturday night just to make sure my nails looked great. I will certainly go back again and again!!! read more

My 9 year old daughter and I went on a whim yesterday to do something fun on a rainy day. We walked right in and were seated immediately. As others have mentioned, there was very little chit-chat with the technicians, which was nice. The chairs were wonderful! Loved the massage feature, while my daughter didn't care for it too much due to her height, though there are other settings where she probably would've enjoyed it more. I'm definitely considering the membership. $16/month and you get one haircut or pedicure and any other service is at a discounted rate. There was no pressure to go for a more expensive service as so many other places do (advertise at a discounted rate and then pressure you to add options at a much higher price). So....apparently Nail Haven is affiliated with Massage Haven and their customer service is just as horrible! After the massage I didn't get at Massage Haven due to their scheduling error. We went to Nail Haven for our scheduled Level 3 pedicure. They had both my sister and I scheduled but didn't have us down for the Level 3. They proceed to tell us the didn't have the time to complete 2 Level 3 pedicures and can only do 1. So, I was the one getting this Level 3. This is to include the basic pedicare with sugar scrub, hot rock massage, callus removal, cucumber heel lotion. The lady doing my pedicure said I didn't need callus removal and if she did it I would bleed. Never ever have I've been told this. EVERYTIME I have a pedicure I get the callus removal due to having very dry, rough feet. She stated my Level 3 pedicure would be discounted for cost of the callus removal. As I go to pay I receive only $5.00 off of the normal cost. Normal price it's $47.00, I was charged $42.00. I asked how much the callus removal cost and I was told it's $5.00. When asked as to why I was only getting $5.00 off she tells me the best she can do is a 10% discount as a courtesy.Ridiculous! Then gives me $0.70 in pennies because that's all they have. WTH! This place is a joke. Needless to say I will NOT be going to any "Haven" companies. read more

After reading the previous review, I felt I needed to write. My experience at this salon has been the polar opposite of what the other writer experienced. I have never had a problem getting someone to answer the phone, or making an appointment. The nail techs have all been professional, timely, English-speaking, and very good. The salon itself is extremely clean; utensils all sterilized and brought to the client still in the sterile pack. This place was horrible I'd like to share all my horrible experience's but to be truthful I'm not sure it's worth my time! Just a few things I'd like to share first off my friend and I get to our appt and they had no clue who our apt was and what time it was for, so as we got situated we sit down and 2 girls are arguing on who was going to do my pedi when one girl was already sat down with me and started my service????? Then as she started my pedi her and the gal next to her were talking about the other girls, how un professional who does that? The lady who was doing my service was very under dressed, sloppy and had no professionalism. As she went to go get my hot towels she came back sat them down and said she would be right back she left for literally 10 min, she came back and had no gloves on and put cold towels on me, doe sent that defeat the purpose of hot towels? It was just a joke. Then as another lady was getting a pedi she was complaining long story short she talked to lana the owner and the whole time the owner SAT on the couch did not apologize once to her just sat with a straight look like "oh well" I could never treat my guests that way even if I disagreed you always have to make your guests happy and want to come back, however in some situations I know things can get out of hand but clearly this was not the case!
