i really do love this place, the only thing is i've been getting gel for the last three nail trips and they charged me $25 and since they just type in the amount i told them since i don't have cash could they ad 10 dollars for me and they said sure, this time they charged me $40 even tho i didn't do anything different and when i asked them to just type in $50 as a ten dollar tip and he said they don't take card tips and i should zelle. i wasn't fully comfortable using zelle and also them charging me 15 extra dollars caught me off guard and i didn't want to be confrontational. hopefully i can ask next time because it's not enough to make me leave but i do wish they kept consistent pricing when i get the exact same thing each time read more

I was very satisfied with my experience. I called to schedule an appointment and made it clear that I needed to leave immediately afterward. We confirmed the length and availability of the appointment. When I arrived, there was no one to greet me, and a wall blocked the view of who was coming in. After waiting for about 2 minutes, I walked in to ask if I needed to wait. One of the ladies there informed me that there would be a delay and that the person who scheduled my appointment (who was present and listening) had made a mistake with the timing. Instead of respecting my time and calling to inform me of the issue so I could make other arrangements, they waited until I arrived and wasted my time. This was absolutely frustrating and made me very upset. read more

I am a resident of Phoenix near PV Mall and was looking for a place to get a Mani-Pedi... I drove by Lovely Nails on my way home from a business appointment in Peoria and stopped in and was greeted by the owner Kimberly. I was a walk-in, so I didn't know how long it would take to get service, but Kimberly introduced me to one of her nail techs who greeted me and sat me down at her station. She was super friendly and paid attention to every detail when doing my nails. Their pricing is also very reasonable and the store is extremely sanitary. I have no reason to look elsewhere whether it's a manicure, pedicure or both. This will be my "go to" place going forward. When I walk in, they greet me like I am family and because of that I'll drive a few extra miles to go here. read more

***UPDATE: I chipped the side of my thumb nail (no one's fault but my own, I was using too much force to close a Tupperware lid and punched the counter top, cracked the nail which eventually chipped off a couple days later). Came in for a repair. Took all of 5 mins. She repaired my thumb nail and also added some product to the tiny missing corner on my other thumb to ensure that one didn't also crack over time. She also buffed the top layer of my other nails and added a fresh top coat to all 10 nails and cured with the UV light. I asked how much for the repair and she said no charge, just come back again. I think this is my new go-to spot. read more

I have been going to Lovely Nails for over 6 years! Tiffany was the owner when I started going, then Kim, and now Johnny, his wife and daughter. I had my nails done the end of June by Kim and then in July by Johnny which is when I found out about the new management. They seem nice, Johnny did a good job on my nails, and they are redoing the salon, but I have to say I am extremely frustrated to say the least. I bought two gift certificates for my mother and mother in law just over a month before the new management took over (for Mother's Day in May) and even though they are keeping the same salon name they do not want to honor the gift certificates. Absolutely love my nails!! By far the largest selection of gel colors I have ever seen!! With covid, I felt so safe visiting, everyone was masked, everything in sanitized. They also have plastic liners in the pedicure tubs to keep it all clean. The pedicure was one of the best I've ever had, worth every penny bc a lot is included in the price. NEW OWNERS! Having used this nail salon for the past year or so, I was surprised to learn it had been sold recently. I booked an appointment for a mani/pedi with the new crew and was extremely impressed with service. I have my fingernails dipped and this was probably one of the best jobs ever, including repair of a nail that had a nasty, break. The new owners are in the process of redecorating but the salon remains light and airy while they work. The staff is pleasant, welcoming, cheerful and spoke English freely. Very happy with my nails! Kim at Lovely Nails was able to repair and clean up my nails. My hands now look years younger! As an engineer I work with my hands. I tend to break my nails or get cracks. Naturally I pick at the breaks causing my nails to look awful. Kim cleaned up my nails, added a little length back, then coated them with a thin layer of acrylic. To finish them a natural colored layer of gloss was added. My nails now look clean and presentable! read more

1st time at this salon and the worst experience I've ever had! Had an appointment and had to wait an additional 50 minutes until they could get to me. I should have walked out then but wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. Boy I should have listed to my intuition! The nails are rippley, horribly shaped and uneven. The woman getting a pedicure next to me kept say ouch and the technician had a repeat "I'm sorry" Rolling constantly. The salon is obviously poorly managed and staffed. Based on my experience and observations the technicians are getting an education on how to do their jobs at our expense. I will not be going back and do not recommend this shit show! read more

The place was cute. They took care of me pretty well. I had a pedi and a full set done. The place was kind of a last resort because the other places near by were either booked or closed... Pedicure was great! My full set though popped off literally 2 days after.. the nails were really bumpy, the application of the nail and acrylic was really bad. I wish i remembered the lady's name who did them. But i'm really disappointed that i paid over 45 bucks for 3 days of having okayish nails. Go here for pedi if you need to.. but i personally don't recommend getting a full set here.. read more

Had time to kill and went for a pedicure no appointment. Prices were extremely reasonable I got the tropical pedicure came with 5 minute massage and hot stones! You can pay for extra massage time $1=1 minute. I got 10 extra minutes. I wish all places offered that sometimes it's needed. I randomly went to this salon one day because, at the time, it was the only salon open near me due to COVID. First of all, the salon is beautiful! Very spacious, a million color options, and very clean. The owner is so kind and accommodating! I most recently got my nails done by Henry. He asked me what I did for work. At first, I thought he was just making small talk, but he told me that he was asking to determine how thick to make my dip nails. I work a desk job and have the baby soft hands of someone who clearly does little manual labor (lol). He made my dip nails so thin and perfect, they looked like they weren't even dip.
