I get my nails done here every once in a while with Mary, she's the best! She is such a sweet nail tech and she does the best french tips. I always get a gel manicure with french tips and it always comes out perfect. She takes her time when doing the white french tip, which I love. The salon is typically very clean too. I've been going to this place since 2000 or so. Even when I don't live in Anaheim or nearby, I still drive myself and get pedicure here. Since the new owner now, which changed the name to Pink Mani Nails, it's been interesting. They always hv problems with the Wi-Fi/internet, which to cause not able to pay with credit cards or debit cards. So either pay cash or zelle or thru Venmo, or go to get cash at atm from the Ralphs store. Which sometimes makes it inconvenient. I only want the regular pedicure, but always get push to get the deluxe package, which I ended up paying more. I wish they get their Wi-Fi fixed, to make it easier from the customers. So far, my pedicure last very long, they do have a good quality products that they use, and the place is very clean. I'm gonna say, the service is good and they try to get all of the customers in and out quickly, with a good service and have a happy customers, which they do. And I've noticed that their regular customers knows which one is good, and always comes back and even make an appointment first. That's why I gave them a rating of 3 read more

I rarely get my nails done, and found this spot when I had an early day off since it's right by my work. I've only been there twice, but I've loved my nails both times! Jessica did my nails the first time, and when I asked her for a simple color with one glitter nail, she said, "oh that's old style!" And brought up her Pinterest with way cuter designs and ideas. I see a lot of wonderful reviews, and that is great! though the ladies are extremely kind, I have gone there 2x and both times, within 2-3 days, my nails lift, or one falls off. though they said after finishing, if there is any issues, come back.. well, after day one, my nails started lifting, and this was a whole new set! bottom line, the product they use has to be so cheap. now, most may not have had this experience, but a neighbor of mine and a friend that have gone there experienced the same issues. I went there cause how close it it to my home. Next time I will drive further! UPDATE on issue: I paid for a whole new set somewhere else instead of having to keep going back as my friend did! sometimes peoples time is worth more than having to KEEP GOING BACK! OH, and when my friend went back, they told her, "You need a new set" Well, they put a new set on me, and they STILL LIFTED! Cheap Product. Beyond disappointed. I should've just gotten a solid color. I wanted a simple design, I'm not upset at the design, I'm upset at the quality of work. I informed the manicurist that it's my wedding day. She rushed this manicure and it's ugly. Once again I am not complaining about the art work I'm complaining about the quality of her work. The gel is uneven, it has bubbles, the gel is going onto my cuticle/finger skin. & on top of that, she charged me $45 dollars. I tipped $3 because I'm a fool & I couldn't find the courage to say otherwise. I feel so ugly on what's supposed to be the happiest day of my life. First time there. Place looked clean, three tvs were on and playing different channels, they also turn on some instrumentals on repeat. That made it a bit annoying and loud. Ordered the highest cost pedicure and although the staff was friendly, the pedicure itself was not great. Cold water, "hot" towels were lukewarm then very cold while my feet sat wrapped in them. Pedicure was not great for the high price. I then also requested a mani , the lady was going straight to applying polish and had not removed the cuticle. Polish was uneven and chunky. Updating my review to say...they do not listen. I specified I did not want gel.on.my.acrylics. I was falling asleep and she did what she did, which was put on gel and then said oh this looks better than regular..I said what?? She said put your hand in the machine. It was the gel nail light and I was too embarrassed to say anything at that point. Nails were ok. It came out to $45 for the nails. So I also think they don't follow their own advertised prices because all I got were acrylic nails that were SUPPOSED to be painted with regular nail polish. Moreover, the color I chose was a different hue than the color that was applied; read- hot red vs bright orange. Anyway. Kathy does a good enough job--if she were to not pressure someone--that would be great. Very upset with myself that I let the lady bulldoze me in that kind of a way. My experience at Pink Mani Nails was exceptional! Pedicure: I had my pedicure done by Lisa. My feet tend to have a lot of hangnails and my cuticles do grow out very fast and in large quantities so I let her know beforehand that I would like an attention to detail to those aspects of my feet. Lisa did not disappoint. She took her time while making sure that my hangnails on both of my big toes were completely out. Unlike other hangnail removals I have gotten from other technicians, Lisa was very gentle and made this experience pain free, pleasant even. Every cuticle on my toes was trimmed extremely neatly. To add a cherry on top, she removed any possible speck of dirt and dead skin off of my feet. I cannot emphasize enough that this was probably the best pedicure of my life :) Manicure: For this set, Mary was the master behind everything. I came in with a very vague description of what I wanted, and Mary delivered. She took her time to make sure that my nails fit my vision, and guided me when I seemed unsure. Despite the difficulties of working with acrylic in the cold winter, she was determined to make my 3D flowers beautiful, which she did. Additionally, before Mary, I have always had a bad experience with Gel X due to the curing process burning my nail bed and the nails falling off in a couple of days after I've gotten them done. However, Mary was particularly careful in making sure that my experience was pain free and she assured me that the nails would stay for a very long time. DO NOT COME HERE They are horrible with customer service There was a lady that she cut me twice I was bleeding bad and she was putting random stuff on it, it started burning and then kept bleeding, she didn't clean it. Then she continue her service and was being very aggressive with the tools, she would do it so hard that I would take my hand out of how I was freaking out. and she would get annoyed and start saying stuff in her language little she didn't know I understand Vietnamese, I'm so disappointed! They TRIED TO FIX MY NAILS 3 TIMES!!! I had to go somewhere else to fix them. They charged me 75$ for all that plus they didn't give a discount after all that trouble they even were giving me attitude. It's crazy I'm trying to save yall! I was given a wide variety of nail colors, as well as a comfortable foot bath, and exfoliating and moisturizing treatments. I also appreciated that the staff let me know my toe nails had sustained damage from too much polish left on for too long, and provided recommendations for how to help the nails heal. I was given a discount for being a new customer, which I sincerely appreciate. The chemicals that were used on my cuticles burnt my fingers, and the polish came right off of 3 nails the next day, before the wedding! Not sure what type of cheap and harmful material they use. Came here for the first time in a long time and as soon as I walked in I immediately got hit with an awful smell....it literally smelled like sewage. There were two ladies walking around and eating/putting their hands in their mouth and wiped their hand on their aprons.... The aroma there is awful, it smells like sewage and then you get hit with a very STRONG minty aroma and then a different one. I left the place with a horrible headache that did not go away until the next day.... I went in for a pedicure and chose the $50 (im assuming the gel is an additional $14 because my total came out to $64?) (Exact total was $74 with tip) , they came out okay.
