The nail salon is very clean and lively with customers. Time after time a lot of regulars would walk and be welcomed by name it was really sweet to see. They offer a variety of complementary drinks and the signature massage chair as well to continue your relaxing! There are a couple TVs on the walls but no shows playing just picturesque backgrounds. Heather was efficient and effortlessly a perfectionist. She has been one of my favorite pedicurista so far, although my nails weren't as opaque on the entire nail as I was hoping they would be, the massage and attentiveness to detail on my nail care made up for it. I had chosen a milky off white for my toes and a couple areas had more polish than others, although hard to tell from far away. I would absolutely love to come back and give it another try!

After she removed the nails I asked her to just do acrylic French tip and I would pay the difference. When she was ready to polish my nails she tells me to pick a solid color because I am too picky and that I need to pay $60. Excuse me! Why is she insulting me and why is she charging me for brand new services. If I had known she wasn't going to honor her word I would have never returned. I have never walked out without paying but that was the day. She then calls me and tells me I need to pay $40. I end up paying her for the sake of ending the back and forth but let it be known that NOT only did she insult me, she ripped me off and lied to me, as well as harassed me. Unfortunately I did not take pictures of the bottom of my nails. But I will upload one for reference. And I WILL block everyone's number because clearly Lyly didn't care about her customer's privacy when she sent me the screenshot. NEVER going here! Lyly is horrible. As a customer service business you need to give the customer what they are asking for and act professional.

I had an outstanding experience at my recent nail appointment. The salon was immaculate, and the staff was incredibly welcoming, kind, and professional, making me feel right at home. I was genuinely impressed by the level of care and attention they provided. The pricing was very reasonable, and I believe the ladies truly deserve a tip for their hard work.
