Just leaving Nail Lounge and Spa and I am blown away. First of all, brand new and beautiful!!! Every staff member was full of personality and sincerity. LY did my pedicure and has some serious massage talents. I knew it was going to be good when a woman I walked past going back to the chair said, "you are sure going to be in for a treat with him." She wasn't kidding. One of the best massages of my life. And with a glass of WINE! Minea did my nails and didn't even hesitate when I showed her a time consuming and kind of complicated design. So precise, so beautiful. I'm sold guys. What a really great find. I got a card when I left that gives me money off on my next visit. Wooohooo! I truly loved this salon... and it was the only place I'd go... but I went to get a pedicure for my birthday and unfortunately had an awful experience. I did the luxury pedicure; It felt very rushed and NOT worth the money I paid. My toe nails truly looked horrible. She filed my toe nails down so much that it caused it to bleed and hurt. My toe nails have been extremely painful and flimsy since. Once applying gel polish (I wanted French tips) she filed off my pinky toe, which she fixed. In the process it started to come off my nail on the other side and she proceeded to CUT my nail further and not fix the polish that started to come off while I was getting it done. The gel polish did NOT last and the polish came off 3 days later. The cuticle on my big toe is cut and my nail has blood underneath it. I'm not one to usually complain but this was pretty bad. It makes me sad because I really loved this salon but it's going downhill. Idk if I'll be back after this experience. :( read more

I had a really unpleasant experience today. I was getting my nails done, it was time for a new set. The lady doing my nails didn't tell to me. She made me hold my arms up in the air for her to do my nails. That's a long 1 1/2 hours to hold your arms up. I told her several times my arms hurt. She didn't respond. I have made a review about this place before but the most recent time I went about two weeks ago was not a great experience. For the most part everything has been positive about this place, however, I went to go and get Christmas nails and I was really excited. The nails turned out really good and I liked them, but when he was cutting my cuticles he went to far back on one and nicked me a few times where I bled. I told him it was okay since he wiped it off and I thought it was fine. However a few days later it got infected. This was very painful and full of pus. The skin around it was trying to heal but kept peeling off done to blood or soft tissue. I'm not so sure I will be back. I want to like this place and I'm not saying it was fully the persons fault but I am still disappointed for $85 nails before a tip. At least they were cute.... read more

I don't even know what to say about this place, we used to come here all the time, I haven't been in about 18 months and wow... things have changed and not in a good way. Everything is so expensive, they charge extra for every little thing, they have tools just laying around in the cart for pedicures, so I'm not even 100% they aren't being reused. Would definitely recommend somewhere else, it's not worth the money. read more

When I walked into this store I was not greeted properly and when I was assisted by one of the males, he was rude and unprofessional. While he was speaking to me, he asked if I was Chinese and when I didn't respond to him, he started saying curse words in Vietnamese to his other colleagues. I felt disrespected and uncomfortable being there. In addition, when I brought something up to the male assistant about what I didn't like about the nail job, the color uneven he got frustrated and started to say that I was too picky. There is a nail salon on every corner. Don't go to this one. Went in for gel polish change and pedicure. Guy was rude- wanted to remove polish with dremel. Asked for it to be soaked off (better for nail) and he look frustrated. Then he got up and walked away. I left. No thank you! This should be a nice relaxing experience, not a stressful one. When I arrived I was told I have to wait about 15min. for new acrylic nails set. I was waiting for over an hour. When was finally my turn, it took over an hour (it supposed to take about 30min) The man was so slow and at the end my nails looked like huge bowls instead of natural looking fake nails. Plus everybody looked like they hate their job. Les then one week later I lost 4 nails!!! They just felt by themselves and another week another 2 nails felt. I paid the highest price I have ever paid in last few years (just moved from another state) and the worst result ever. I definitely never come back for sure!!! read more

My mother and I made appts online and apparently that didn't matter. They gave us a place to sit immediately and started handing us tons of books with colors. The whole process was rushed and it took the young guy doing my moms nails, 45 mins to get her old one off. Which there were 3-4 nails he didn't completely get off and just put dip powder over top of them. Her poor nails were uneven, ridged, bumpy and a mess. Dried dip powder was left all over her finger tips and around her nail beds. The staff is friendly and they do offer a lot of colors but the execution was very poor. Within a couple of days both of our nails started breaking! I am one to give second chances buuuut I don't think I will be going back to this place. read more

I had a spa pedicure by Lisa and a manicure with gel polish by Evelyn recently. The pedicure was wonderful! Lisa worked diligently on the rough skin on my heels and had my feet looking great for my trip to the beach! Evelyn does a wonder job with manicures. I usually have problems with my cuticles after having manicures ("hang nails"). I didn't have that problem after the manicure I got from Evelyn. Evelyn was also able to do some art on my nails--just in time for Valentine's Day. This place is fairly new. It's clean and the staff was great! I will definitely be back!! read more

I have been here twice now. The first time the nails looked good. Then about a week later my two middle finger nails came off. So I went in for a fill and to have the two broken fixed. When she took off the gel polish I asked her if I need a new set because I could see the edges were lifted. She said no they were good. Fast forward 3 days and all the gel polish started peeling off and I noticed the lifting again. Now exactly a week later I don't have one single nail let on my fingers because they lifted and broke off. I have never left a bad review on any business but after all the money i have spent there not once but twice I am not happy. I believe in giving a business a second chance. I'm so disgusted and frustrated with the service I received today! This was the last straw, I've given this place several chances. The young man in station 3 is the only person in this shop that I trust to do my nails. Today, I arrived early @ 12:30, hoping to get in and out. Older gentleman greeted me, saying they were short staffed, and would be about 30 mins. I noticed my guy wasn't there but I had hopes it would be ok. I waited my 30 mins then was escorted to spa chair to get toe polished removed and gel polish. When I came in I had orange nails and toes. The lady did my toes with the chocolate polish I asked for, but it looked like my 6yr old granddaughter painted them. Then the older gentleman came over and said you'll need to come back another day, we don't have anyone here to do a full set of nails So now I have orange nails and kindergarten painted brown toes! Unacceptable!!!!! Still charged me $25.00, I had to go down the street to nail pro and get my nails done, and they did a great job! I had my nails done here last month. I had never had my nails Dipped before. The lady doing my nails told me it would not hurt my nails. She was also being rushed by a Gentleman that kept talking to her. When I got home and looked at my nails closely there were grooves in my nails. She did an awful job. I could not get the Dip off of my nails and my finger nails now are a mess. Weak and I will not have healthy nails for A LONG TIME. DO NOT GET YOUR NAILS DIPPED!!! EVER!!!! First time going here and really thought from the looks it was going to be top notch. Wrong!! He did not get all my previous dip off, cut my finger, did not offer me a manicure, all my nails were not the same length, missed spots on every nail, and left my fingers on the back side in a mess! All of my nails were catching on every thing when I left and I had to file them when I got home! I should have went back in and demanded to have them redone but after being there 1 1/2 hours, I did not have the patience to sit there another hour! Not pleased at all with this place. I have to select a rating of one but really doesn't even deserve that. I will give it a one star just because the inside of the place is pretty. read more
