The guy who was doing my pedicure did fine. I'm just upset of the extra stuff that I didn't need. I really needed a callus removal. I didn't need a steaming machine blowing on my legs.

Not only was it painful, but they didn't care! The worst part was that the salon didn't seem to take responsibility for the mistake. I did the luxury pedicure; It felt very rushed and NOT worth the money I paid. My toe nails truly looked horrible. She filed my toe nails down so much that it caused it to bleed and hurt. My toe nails have been extremely painful and flimsy since. Once applying gel polish (I wanted French tips) she filed off my pinky toe, which she fixed. In the process it started to come off my nail on the other side and she proceeded to CUT my nail further and not fix the polish that started to come off while I was getting it done. The gel polish did NOT last and the polish came off 3 days later. The cuticle on my big toe is cut and my nail has blood underneath it. I'm not one to usually complain but this was pretty bad. It makes me sad because I really loved this salon but it's going downhill. Idk if I'll be back after this experience. :(
