Everyone was super friendly and attentive from the moment I walked in. My nail tech, LINDA, was especially kind and made sure I was happy every step of the way. She did not soak the gel completely off (as other nail techs here have done in the past). I requested short almond nails. She put the nails on, but left a gap between my cuticle and nail (no other nail tech there has done that before) and then cut them down, but then started to round the tips. After the 3rd time of telling her I wanted them shorter than what she had them, I just gave up....additionally after asking several times to sharpen the edges to make them look more almond instead of oval. She did a half efforted check of making sure the lengths of the nails were even, which some of them are not. Then the nail polish came on. She put 3 coats on, but there are bubbles in 3 of them and visible brush strokes on one. I usually don't post bad reviews especially involving this nail salon, because I've had my nails done a few times here and they have always been on point and have been exactly what I asked for. It's just disappointing because I paid $75 for nails that don't look good and aren't what I wanted.

Not only was it painful, but they didn't care! The worst part was that the salon didn't seem to take responsibility for the mistake. The pictures below show the cut on my toe, and as you can see, it was quite deep.
