Decided to give this nail skin a try since my nail lady retired. The salon is tastefully decorated, panted walls with dark paint colors which were very calming. The pedicure nail chars were pretty interesting. The side opens to easily get in and out. Each chair had a tablet attached but I did not attempt to use. I arrived a couple hours before the7 pm near closing time on a Friday. I walked in and was offered services immediately. I got the basic pedicure and gel manicure. It was rushed but I was pleased with the results. They did a good job and the price was affordable. They have a nice selection of polishes and the space is spread out so you are not packed in like most salons. They do offer complimentary beverages including wine. I was please with results, nothing spectacular but I will try them again and definitely worth a try. Parking is free and right out front or behind the strip. They have limited spaces in front but lots of parking spaces in the lot in the back. Would be great for a girls spa day but recommend you make an appointment for groups. If you are solo, walk ins are welcomed. read more

This was my first visit! My friend made an appointment and we were able to get in on a Saturday morning for our pedicures, which was nice. We were offered drinks. The ambiance is so nice - it's quiet with low lighting and soft music playing, so it is nice and relaxing. The nail technician made sure that the water was a great temperature. Everything was good, however she did dig a little hard and continued even after I said it hurt. My toe was sore for a couple days afterward. But the polish looked great and other than that, everything was very nice. Sorry, I didn't take any feet pics. :( read more

Honestly, best work and product I've received in Nashville area. Price, service, and accommodations are above and beyond. Coming from Vegas took me awhile to find someone that could compare. Other places ive tried, have cheap product and acrylic nails popped off like press ons, waste of money. As an ex-cosmatoligist, I can confirm their technique and product is worth the trip or visit. I will NEVER go back to this nail salon. My daughter and I had appointments for a mani/pedi (with powder dip). My nails broke in the center of the nail bed and two came off completely within two weeks. My daughter's nails did the very same. Our pedicure polish only lasted two weeks before the polish started coming off. I don't know if they are using poor quality products or not. When I called about having them redone, I was told they could do that without charge. I went in and told them I was there for the redo. After my appointment, I was charged full price. I questioned it! The lady at the front pointed to a SMALL SIGN on the counter about their 10 day limitation. So why did they say no charge was fine when I called? I saw this place advertised Thursday and I booked a facial and mani the next day. I was going for my first facial ever and I saw they had a seasonal drink they offered free with a service so that had me hooked. I got there and did the facial and that part was great and the tech was great. Then it came to my mani pedi and I was left disappointed. I asked for the seasonal drink a couple of times and she didnt understand me or said no. So i was disappointed right off the bat because I just talked to someone the day before about them having it. So then she did my toes first and I noticed there were no rose petals that were offered on the menu in my foot spa so that was another disappointment. I cant remember if she used a scrub on my legs or not to exfoliate. I asked her for the menu quite a few times and yet still couldnt understand me. The chairs have a touch screen which is nice but only last 15 minutes at a time and when it stopped it kept poking into my back and took quite a while for the screen to come back on and was too much of a hassle. So that made my pedi more of an uneasy experience. When it came time for my nails she asked how I want them done I said square a few times because yet she still didnt understand what I was saying. It also said rose petals in the nail soak and there wasnt but a couple of lime slices. So the whole experience wasnt pleasant or relaxing at all except my facial. I went to pay and they added an extra charge of getting a French tip on my toes and I did not have that. Then I told them I was disappointed they didnt have the seasonal drink and then they told me THEY DID. I'm like what? I was told you didn't have them but clearly the nail tech never understood what I said the entire time. So they offered me one to go. I'm like absolutely not I'm driving and not getting pulled over for an open drink in my car. So overall I couldnt relax or enjoy my experience. I dont plan on going back sadly. Spent $200 on a time i thought would be enjoyable and memorable and it was the complete opposite. I guess the music was ok it was nothing but Bruno Mars the entire time. read more

I've been to a few places here in Nolensville and although everyone provides amazing customer service, this place is the best I've been to so far in terms of quality. For reference my hands are very active in the kitchen and gel manicure usually only last me 2 weeks tops if I'm lucky. All the cleaning and constant hand washing takes it's toll on my nail polish and I even wear gloves most of the time. Since going to Nail Lounge I've noticed my polish is lasting longer with no chipping or peeling. If my nails doesn't grow, I probably don't have to get another mani in another week or two. The atmosphere was great and they did a good job following covid regulations. I like that the front desk is separated from the work area. Theres a pedicure room and a separate manicure room which I really like. They have so many colors to choose from. My favorite part was the pedicure, they turn off the light above you while massaging your legs and feet. It was so relaxing. I was pleased with my manicure as well. Absolutely the worst nail salon I've been to in years. They cut my skin 5 times. I have bubbles in my nails and gel polish on my skin. When I asked for her to remove the polish, her response was "it will come off when you wash your hands." She was extremely rude. THEN I went to do my pedicure and the water was very cold. I asked the man to add some hot water. The response, "I will later." The massage chair is not working. The nail salon is beautiful but not the art work. I highly do NOT recommend. First and last time there. I booked an appointment online for a Hot oil manicure and a fresh orange pedicure. Although the gentleman that did my nails was super nice, he went ahead and did his own thing. He did not do the hot oil manicure instead of the the manicure he did dip nails. As he was doing my nails he was such in a rush, did not cut my nails nails were uneven, nor remove my dead skin. After that he started with the pedicure and the gentleman did a completely different pedicure then what I booked. I also asked for a pink French tip on my toes (I showed a reference picture and everything) and he did white. After we were done he tried charging me for the hot oil manicure that we did not do. PLEASE AVOID!!!! I don't know if they changed ownership but they used to be simply OK after becoming a regular. So, after not visiting for a while, my boyfriend and I went there last weekend, for what I had planned to be a nice relaxing spa manicure & pedicure. Well, it was a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE & WASTE OF $!!! I am still upset over how they mishandled us. Firstly, they told us they had 2 nail techs available which they lied as they were clearly overbooked. How do I know? Because our nail techs were rushing our pedicures AND they didn't file them evenly...on both of us. Then, my nail tech left me sitting/waiting patiently for him to return for FORTY MINUTES. When he returned, he lied and said his daughter popped in to visit him and he took long because she was leaving out of the country the next day. By this time, my boyfriend was done with his mani & pedi but I was still sitting there. My boyfriend told me that my nail tech was actually working on another client (in a different area) so he LIED. At which point, we decided to leave and pass on my manicure. It was AWFUL! I'm like the other gentleman who gave them a low score review. They are TERRIBLE!!! read more

What did she say because she speaking so low!!!! Then this old man comes out to give me the pedicure. He's horrible. Did the worst massage took forever and gave me horrible quality on my pedicure. He asked me if I like the color. Yes, I did like the color but the quality of how he painted my toes I said "absolutely not. Maybe I went at the wrong time (10am on a Thursday morning), but I could have done a better job on my own at home. I got dip removed and new dip put on. The women doing my nails was definitely rushed by the other employees who came over twice to ask her how much more time was needed. My nails came out very uneven and the dip was very thick (it wasn't filed down before the top coat was put on). Also, the top coat only stayed under the gel for 30 sec and didn't cure before I left. The place was really beautiful inside and the people were friendly, but rushed. They also charged extra the shape my natural nail by filing the sides. I've never heard of a salon doing this unless it was for shaping tips or acrylic. Unfortunately, I won't be back :( read more

I've been going here for pedicures for a while. Always satisfied. I recently started getting my nails done and last Sunday did dip for the first time there. I thought everything looked great but by Friday I had two chipped nails. Which was a bummer. Saturday I dropped by to see if they could fix the two chipped nails. Edward looked them over and said nope these all need to be redone. He asked if I had time which is not usually the case but I did this time and they look so good. I can tell a difference from the previous version too. It would have been very easy to fix the two and send me on my way. Which that's what I asked for and would have satisfied me. However, they carefully assessed all of my nails and knew they needed to be redone and that is what you call taking care of your clients. This is the first time I had a bad experience at this nail salon. First I reserved my service with one person online. I walk in to my appointment and they give me someone else. They didn't even have the common courtesy to even ask me if that was ok! So that is the first problem. I thought something happened with the person I requested so no fuss. The person who did them was nice , however his work is terrible !! When I got outside in the good sunlight.... my nails look worse than when I came in there. Like smearing lipstick on a pig! The atmosphere is relaxing and dark giving it a very relaxed feeling. The massage chair was to die for and worked as if a masseuse was on hand. I have been going there for about 3 months. My nails always look nice. My issue is many of their techs use the drill on your natural nail b/c it is "quicker" for them. This is TERRIBLE practice and should never be used on your natural nails. Many people don't know this and don't know to ask them to gently hand buff instead. Secondly, my 10 year old daughter was getting a manicure and I could see on her face they were hurting her so I said something to the tech and she continued to work on her roughly and then made her bleed. Which I know this happens from time to time but was unhappy since I already asked her to be more gentle. Anyways we won't be going back. read more

I will not recommend they also lied to me about my nail lady Having an emergency it just so happened she left and went To another nail salon. This salon is gonna go to shit I do not recommend. I will not be returning I still paid and gave the guy a tip but what a waste of money, they did not value me as a loyal customer at all and were even laughing at the fact that they said I didn't like my set. All the yeses! This place was recommended by a friend. I've had a handful of pedis and dip manis here. Pedi's are in a separate room, massage chairs and they turn the lights off when they're massaging, soooo relaxing! Peter is my go-to guy for my dip manis but all the techs are fabulous. Brianna in the front is the real MVP, she makes the cocktails and gives great recommendations when you ask for help with what color to choose.
