I had cash ready for the tip. They did not let me charge my service and made me take cash out of their cash machine instead. They told me that their credit card machine was broken, which seemed doubtful. There was no sign by the credit card machine that said it was broken, and I was the last customer of the evening since it took so long. So I had to go to the cash machine and pay an extra fee to take out cash in order to pay them. I was ready to tip with cash but now I had pay an extra fee in order to pay for the service (ATM fee). I did it without complaining, but I just decided that that was enough for me. I'm onto a new nail salon.

It's harder to find a great nail specialist than a great hair stylist, but I've found her. My manicures are always perfect, they have never chipped or lifted, and still look perfect up to 4 weeks later - the only reason I have to have them redone is because of the nail outgrowth!
