When I asked the manager, she said it was a $6 add on for cuticle care, or a $10-$15 add on for manicure. I've never heard of them being separated out and they didn't explain that on the descriptions I read prior to choosing. They also just kind of left me after completing the service. No one told me I was done or helped me get out of my chair and to the cashier. Manager saw me sitting and wondering what to do next and just walked away. It's just a shame that places have to upcharge for everything. I'll be going back to my place in Royse City that includes basic nail care in their dip service and who trains their staff to be helpful from beginning to end of service.

It was cordial for the most part. But the lady who was doing my husband's nails, I could tell was not in the best of moods. My husband was trying to finish up a text to one of our employees and the lady who was working on him had the body language of a thirteen year old not getting her way. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to know that she was talking about us and it made us feel uncomfortable. What stunk was the amount of drilling, sanding, and buffing was far more than I would have ever wanted. My natural nails are so weak now that my nail beds are sore to touch and bend every time I touch something. I grew my nails out to the length of my preference and now I may have to cut them down and start over. BEWARE: If you want your natural nails to have strength, don't let them near you with that drill or sanding box.
