She pays attention to detail and made sure I was happy with everything throughout the whole process! When I was confused about the different types of manicures (dip, acrylic, gel x), she took the time to explain everything to me and I never felt like she was upselling me. Thao was incredibly friendly and attentive. She took her time, making sure every detail was perfect--from the foot scrub to the massage to the flawless polish application.
