This place is horrible. First, the guy who was doing my nails was super rude and rough. He even cut me. Then, the lady who did the design on my nails completely ruined them. I asked her to reshape the nails so they would look better, but she got upset and handed me the file so I could do them myself. Overall, this place sucks. Nail guy scrubbed at my foot too long and i got a blister. Thought It'd be be healed in a week or so, right? Blisters up and makes my foot all raw, can't walk, hurts to stand. Over a month and still not healed. Terrible, just terrible. All this and Can't even do a simple design ! read more

I paid for 2 deluxe pedicures for my daughter and myself. Never got the foot mask, no body butter or collagen socks as advertised. Pretty much the basic pedicure with stones..never got a foot rub of the right foot only left. They did tack on the additional charge 15.00 for the polish. Very disappointed. My daughter also had a fill for nails she burned her skin and made her nails really thin. Unsure at this point if we will return due to the amount of money spent and lack of product and customer satisfaction. I would love to get what I pay for. The next day it was swollen and bruised and now a week later, I can't wear regular shoes because it is so sore. I do not recommend this place and definitely won't be returning. read more

My MOH made an appointment for me and her to get our nails done for my wedding. We came in at the same time and were given colors to choose from and then told to sit. I got called to a nail tech first. My seat wasn't pulled out, I wasn't offered any beverages, nor did she talk to me unless it was about shape/length. The color I also wanted was running low so I had to choose a different color. My MOH waited 15 minutes and then got a spot, but she was seated a row away from me. Even though we had an appointment together at a specific time. This was at 10:30a on a Friday and the couches they had quickly filled up constantly After my nails were done I was rushed to the register and then overcharged. I wanted to wait for my MOH inside, but was pushed to leave. I waited in my car for 20 minutes and then left. I wasn't able to see my MOH like we planned bc of her appointment running late and me being pushed out. My MOH told me she was also running late bc her nail tech was working on a schedule and answering calls. Later my MOH asked me what I paid bc she also thought she was overcharged. She got acrylic and I got sns. I'd never been here before, but was excited bc I've been recommended to come here and left disappointed in the service, the nails looked good though. I'm new in town and I have been getting SNS gelous dipping powders on my natural nails for about 7 years now. What I love the most about these products is that the are odorless, very light weight, and do little to no damage to my nail-bed. I called ahead to ask if they indeed used SNS dipping powders and the male that answered confirmed. I have to say that he did not lie, they do have SNS dipping powders, BUT the gel base, sealer, and top coat that they use ARE NOT SNS. I do not know what brand these products are but they do have a chemical odor, kind of like superglue. I was definitely not happy about this but because I desperately needed my nails done before dinner (and another engagement the following day), I went ahead with the "SNS" manicure. My nails look beautiful. The shaping is near perfect. I am going to see if there is a difference in quality because of the products used from what I am used to and then do an updated review in a week or two. In my opinion if you are going to advertise a certain group of products (as seen throughout their 120+ pictures) you should have those available to use as a complete system. The Nail Palace is indeed a lovely establishment though. read more

I paid $60 with my debit card and still have my receipt to show the $60, I even tipped $20 cash. Two days later I see they charged me $105! Service is horrible, never again will I enter this place. I've had great experiences the few times I've been there. People are friendly, they do a fantastic job on my nails. I went to another salon to get a fill and I could tell the difference. Nail palace must use better quality products or something, because when I go there my nails never break! Even if it's been weeks since my last fill! I had 3 nails break from the fill at the other place. I love my nail tech at Nail palace! She's great! Things to know before you go: they have a ton of pedicure chairs! This is the place to take your girls outing or your wedding party! They will all get seats!! Also, they charge extra for using a card, so bring cash to save a couple bucks. I think the only thing I would improve here is the seating. Love the place. I go there once a year when I am in Neenah visiting my friend. The salon is spacious without seeming over large. I really appreciate the fact that all the employees speak and understand English very well. I really have a problem with a lot of the salons that are Vietnamese and it is spoken in front of you and the English is poor. Definitely not a problem here. I had a hard gel refill with colored French tips and had no problems getting my strange color choices done. Definitely a place I will continue to go back to every time I am in Neena or Appleton. read more

The guy I had made a majority of my nails crooked, he didn't push my cuticles down, and didn't moisturize my hands when he was done. Shellac Manicure = $35 Deluxe Pedicure = $40 Very nice inside - decorated well. Very large - lots of manicure and pedicure stations. I asked for a Shellac Manicure and a regular polish Pedicure. They matched my color choice perfectly. I sat in a wonderful massaging pedicure chair and they gave me a wonderful pedicure at the same time as doing my shellac manicure. The staff was very nice and did an amazing job! I was in & out in about 75 minutes! Definitely recommend and will be going back! read more

I chose this place due to its decent ratings - turns out this is the worst nail salon I've ever gone to. I had brought a picture of what I wanted my nails to look like. The guy that checked me in said it would be no problem. When I showed the lady about to do my nails the picture, she said she could definitely do it. When she began working on my nails, she said I had some of the nicest natural nails she's seen. 5 minutes later, she completely cracked one my nails down to the skin due to aggressive removal of my previous nail polish - she then said it was because my nails were "brittle". She also never asked what shape nails I wanted - she just began filing aggressively and made my nails into complete ovals instead of the shape I am used to. Once she applied the nail polish, it looked absolutely nothing like the picture I had shown her. She said she couldn't get it to look like the picture since they used a different type of polish than she had. When I asked her if it would be possible to remove it and do just a regular french manicure, she began acting very annoyed as if it was my fault. I told her I wished she would have just said from the beginning she wasn't sure if she could do the picture I showed her, and I would've asked her to just do something else that she could do. After speaking to the manager, they agreed to redo my nails. However, she didn't even completely remove the first nail polish, so my french manicure has colored nail polish underneath it. One day later, 3 of my nails are already chipped. Never in my life have 3 of my nails chipped after one day of use. They barely applied any top coat, and what they did apply was incredibly poor quality. When I do my nails at home by myself they turn out better than they did here. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. read more

This place just opened about 6 months ago, so, I thought, why not. I'm glad I went! Although the salon was fairly quiet, it was spacious and clean. My daughter and I went for pedicures 2 days ago. We had an appointment for 4pm and arrived exactly on time. We had to wait quite a while once there as they appeared over booked. The young girl checking us in was chewing food while talking to us! My daughter's pedicurist was rude and yanked at her foot any time she wanted it moved rather than tell her. The young man who did mine was pleasant but very rough when messaging my feet. I thought for sure I would be bruised after. When I returned home I noticed several of my toes were smudged. After reading good reviews and hearing recommendations. I decided to try this place. The guy who did my pedicure ripped off a chunk of my skin from scrubbing off the dead skin too hard and blew it off like it was nothing. No apologies and continued on. My foot looked worse after the pedi than before going in. I ended up with a dried, chapped foot and missing skin. My other foot came out fine after he saw what he did to the other one. The manicure was horrible. He ended up cutting my skin when he was fixing my cuticles. He didn't even put nail polish on the whole nail. I told him about it and showed him and he said don't worry, I'll put a top coat on. Which did nothing. I went home and added my own polish. All I could think about the whole time was the pain on my foot! I would not recommend, it was a horrible experience! Now I'm afraid to go anywhere for a mani pedi. read more

EXTREMELY disappointed!!! I paid $70.00, with tip, for gel polish on my toes. I had them done the night before I left for Jamaica to lay on the beach. By the third day of vacation both pinky toe's polish completely came off. Not chipped, gone. I am now into week three and another toe's polish completely came off. I have had gel and regular polish before it has never just chipped off in one entire piece. I will not be returning to pay an extreme amount of money for it only to last a few days. read more

I had noticed Nail Palace when I drove by it and called for an appointment when I needed a pedicure. They got me in right away. I was impressed by how clean and new all the equipment is and I really was treated very well. The manager explained how the pedicure bowls use a special filtration system for the whirlpool effect which ensures the water is clean. All instruments used on my feet were either new (from a new pack of instruments packaged for one time use) or were taken out of the sterilization unit immediately before use. This is a new business (open less than 3 months) and they seem to be doing everything right to create loyal clientele.
