Don't come here. I'm new to the area and came here because it close to my house. I'm shocked other people actually come here. i got a pedicure that cost $30 I was never even offered the spa pedicure options but the basic was pretty horrible. This place it outdated the color options aren't very good. I noticed they only offer gel no airbrush or sns if you are looking to get your nails too I was short on time so I didn't but I'm glad i didn't. I like the pedicure experience the massage chair, leg and foot rub etc. my chair was broken my foot and leg rub was about 30seconds and during my service another woman walked in which then made the lady that was working on me hurry up. This is a sad nail place. I feel bad saying so. My technician did a fine job and so did the woman working on my daughters nails but the chairs don't work and they originally were not going to sit us together....and there is literally no one else in the salon....and my daughter is 7! AND no one understands what I am saying....so we won't come back here again. Ha read more

First time in the salon, a lot of walk in traffic and not enough nail techs on staff. Would suggest making an appointment for sure especially on a Saturday. My service was for a full set and a pedicure. I felt they cared about doing a good job and the prices are reasonable. Going back for another pedicure and fill-in. read more

Casey did a great job on my pedicure. My feet soaked and she took time and care with my cuticles, sloughing and massaging every toe. Would have been 5 easy if she didn't get impatient when I asked her to clean up the nail polish around my cuticles. But I still tipped her handsomely for a great job. Nail Dungeon is more like it. I had an appointment and still had to wait nearly 30 minutes. I regularly get a 1/2 leg wax and a spa pedicure at other salons, but I was in the area and decided to just do it now while I had the time. Never have I had the pedi before the wax. I'm sure she did it this way to fit in the manicure she did after telling me to "wait 15 minutes to dry my toenails" for wax. They charge $5 more for French mani or pedi. Annoying, but most places charge a couple of dollars for it. Repeatedly said spa pedicure and didn't get one. Heels still scaly and there was no element of "spa" except the colored lights in the water. Thankfully she only charged me $20 for a regular pedi. Not even worth that. Don't go here for any reason. My sister and I just had our manicures, pedicures, and eyebrows done at this place this past weekend. The store looks really nice and clean. We both were very satishfied with their service.I really liked the way Karen did my eyebows. The nail Tech was very detail and gentle, she took time to cut, file and shaped my nails the way I wanted, then gently trimed the excess skin around the cuticles. The application of nail polish is far beyond perfect. My favorit part was the massage. My sister had silk nail done by Carol and she was very happy with how her nails looked. Carol is so skillful. She is fast but extreamly accrurate. We will definitly be coming back to this place!! ! read more

OMG, the worst place ever, you get all sorts of disease by going to this nail place. The instruments they use are poorly sanitized, you can actually see the film coating of germs on them. The scrubbers are dirty and infestated !! Yu go there on your own risk and be ready to visit the doctor right away for nail and skin infection. read more

I got my brows done here 2 weeks ago and was unhappy with the outcome! I ask the lady to trim them and she refused she just waxed them and plucked a hair or two and sent me on my way! When I got to the front they told me I couldn't use my card for a $10 purchase and that they had a $15 minimum to pay with a card! I don't know if she expected a $5 tip for messing up my brows but needless to say they took that $10 swipe because I was not coming back! Yesterday I decided to try them out again but this time for a mani pedi. They gave me a woman that had no clue what she was doing! When she Did my feet she didn't scrape them or even take out time like everyone else. I had to show her how I wanted my nails done and even then she still didn't understand! After she put my tips on and unevenly filed them she told me to wash my hands. She hadn't even put the acrylic on yet! She was very confused and so she asked for help! Another lady came to finish what she had already messed up and she went on to do someone else's feet! The 2nd lady didn't really no what to do because the 1st lady didn't tell her what I wanted! But after talking with her she fixes the issue and I was pleased with her work! I was charged $65 for the full service which was odd because they charged me more for my nails than my feet! I had no designs or anything! Plus I was charged and extra $5 for the 1st lady's mistake! I just paid and left but I will never ever go there again! It shouldn't have taken 2 woman to do just my nails and I was over charged not to mention I was there for almost 3 hours! They won't get anymore of my money!! read more

I went here when I first moved down to Virginia and was in desperate need of a manicure/pedicure. I drove around and saw this place, it was semi-packed for a Saturday, I thought that the service would be acceptable since there are people waiting for service (what a mistake!). I went in, waited for five minutes and was seated. I got a manicure (a french, my normal thing), was not impressed. They were hand drawn (as I liked for them to be), but terribly done. The shape of the french tip wasn't even and I was bleeding half way through. When I thought things couldn't get any worse, when it was time for my pedicure, they brought out this little tub. They had me soak my feet in it and the manicurist started working on my toes from the tub. WHAT??? I wasn't happy. I politely told her that I changed my mind and that the manicure was good enough... after she slipped my shoes back on, I quickly paid, and bolted out of there, nearly knocking the wind out of me. I've been going to this salon for years and I've always enjoyed it. However, today's visit was disappointing. I took my daughter and we were seated together for a pedicure. Unfortunately, my massage chair didn't work, I told the nail tech that the chair didn't work but the nail tech just acted like she didn't understand what I was saying. I sat next to my 11 year old and watched her enjoy her massaging chair. After the pedicure we were told to sit and dry our toes despite the fact that we'd asked for a mani and pedi. After about 10 minutes, and after the tech working with my daughter took a new customer, I asked my tech if we could still get a mani. She seemed annoyed and quickly did my daughter's nails with clear polish despite the fact that she'd picked a color. I had to ask her to do the color. She finally got to my nails and rushed through them too. No hand/arm massage for either of us. Worst part is that our nails were still smudging hours after the polish had been applied, it was a total waste of time and money:-(. So disappointed! read more

OMG this place was filthy. The girls were sitting in the back playing cards they should of been cleaning. The girl that did my nails had dirty nails like had been planting something. I should of walked right out but didn't the manicure was $14.00 and I couldn't charge it they had a minimum of $15.00 what a stupid system. The county needs to do a Heath inspection. read more

Not a good place. The nail painters kind of rushed and didn't give you the treatment other nail places do. They didn't massage your hands or oil them. I had to complain about my nails because they were very splotchy(and I rarely complain). The people were nice but I would definitly not recommend this place. read more

This place is awful. I came here last week to get a shellac mani and a pedi. I spent $65 on bad service and rude nail technicians that gossip and talk to each other while they work on people's nails. The nail tech that did my nails didn't let the shellac gel dry completely so it turned out horrible looking with air bubbles and marks from where she touched it and didn't fix it. Then as I was leaving, I wanted to pay on my card but she saw that I had two twenty dollar bills in my wallet so she literally pulled the $40 out of my wallet while I was trying to give her my card and asked if I could pay $40 in cash and $25 on my card. I tried to tell her that I wanted to pay all on my card so I can tip her in cash, but she feigned misunderstanding and ran the cash/credit transaction. I left in a horrible mood and had no cash. Also a week later, and my cuticles are still having a weird reaction to the way she cut and "moisturized" them; they've never been this way with other salons. read more

$15 min for credit card purchases? The FTC allows up to $10, but that doesn't mean that applies and the provision is only limited to credit cards not debit cards. We were paying with a debit card-- there are no min restrictions allowed. Overall horrible service read more

I have been going here for over 11 years and have been nothing but pleased. In my opinion, this mani/pedi is much better and lasts longer than those I get from places much closer to my home....I'd gladly make the drive to come here. Yes, I've seen the girls are playing cards in the back, but I think the place clean and service has been great. PS...best foot and hand massage EVER!!!!! read more

DO NOT COME HERE. Horrible horrible customer service. I rarely complain about that, it was bad here. I came in with a few coworkers after work. We stood for almost an hour when they had free people. They stared at us, didn't welcome us in. All of the pedicure chairs were free so we finally asked if we could sit down to which we got a "umm yeah I guess." While we sat for another 15 minutes without any one of us getting a person, two of my friends had to start their own water. I actually left after the one hour and ten minutes I was there. Extremely rude workers. I left before I could spend money on something I knew would be done poorly because they didn't care. read more

Had to write a review !! Every time I go there is my last resort but I just wanted a quick wax eyebrow and lip this time and the lady told me 25 min wait. There was like three other ladies not doing nothing and I asked no one else can do it she said no like what kind of place only has one wax person? When I have gone there all the women are not nice nor welcome you or give you great service like seriously they need to go out of business or get new management to make this place better. Stop complaining what do you want a manicure or a friend they work really hard and the manicure and pedicures are average and or better

I've been going here for over 6 years now. I'd say a few are good manicurists but by far Terri is the best ever! I'd follow her anywhere!
