I think I'm done with this spa. Last fall, they refused to honor a gift card my son bought me. The first time, they told me that it wasn't in their system and they would look into it. Six weeks later, when I hadn't heard back, I went in to ask them about it, and that time they said there's no money on it. Yet, I had the receipt. They probably didn't properly log the gift card into their system to begin with. So, they gave me a $15 gift card for the trouble of coming back to check the status, since it had been six weeks and they had never called back as they had promised to update me on the gift card. Today I went back to use the $15 gift card. After the service, they left me standing at the front counter for a long time, waiting to pay. Another gal motioned to the woman who had served me to help me at the counter. She came up and asked me to have a seat. I'm not sure if she was thinking I was waiting to have another service. She then went back to the current customer she was working with. Then, when one of the guys said something to her, she went back to talk to someone. Still, I'm standing there at the counter waiting to pay. Finally, the guy comes to the front, and he sees that I have a gift card. It was like he was confused and didn't know what to do with it. He made a phone call, then, after a second call and fiddling with his phone, he completed the transaction. It's sad. I had been going to this salon since it opened. The girls have generally done a good job with pedicures, except for the one who cut my toe. But my last experiences have been less than satisfactory, and I think it was bad form to leave me standing at the front for so long today just to settle my charges. read more

Really happy with my gel manicure from Amy! I love the color and the service was quick, but she was very attentive to detail. I made a reservation online but they didn't seem to have it when I arrived - it sounds like they are going under switching from a manual booking system to an online system. The salon is nice but was veryyy quiet. I would suggest playing some music or having a few tvs. I'd like to try a pedicure here next :) it's conveniently located for me. read more

I did not have a good experience today 5/18/26. The pedicure felt awkward with the inexperienced technician and painful at one point. Also, the massage chair did not work. The foot rest was broken and two people spent 10 mins trying to fix instead of just moving me to a working chair. Not sure what is going on with the salon. It's usually clean. There were candy wrappers on the counters as well as a flower arrangement of dead flowers. Something happened to the upkeep of the saloon. Hopefully it is temporary. read more

I rushed on in this establishment after a Pilates class down the street. The ladies were extremely friendly and took their time with my pedicure. The color options were plentiful and mostly everything about my experience was absolutely lovely. My pedicure was done very skillfully with no pain or discomfort. They were able to treat my dry heels in a way that few other spots have in the past and they were so smooth!!! The only reason this is rated four stars is because my pedicure chipped the second I got home, very odd because usually my pedicures last almost a month. I got my pedicure for a trip and didn't have time to stop by for a correction so I ended up having chipped polish on multiple nails the same day I got them done. There was no real reason as to why this could happen besides possibly old polish? Not exactly sure but it was disappointing. Anyways, the vibe was lovely. The service was excellent and the options were plentiful. I would return, but I would certainly be a little weary on the longevity of the mani or pedi. read more

My friend & I made on line appointments for an upgraded pedicure and arrived to find that they did not have us on their books . Explanation: they don't bother putting on line appointments on their reservation book . "Call for appointments , it's better". so instead we got a basic , quick pedicure instead because they were booked up . Really disappointed as this was a girls day out before we leave on a vacation. This is probably the best nail salon experience I have had in a VERY long time! I came in with a callus on my heel and my salon woman took care of it during a pedicure right away! I walked out a brand new woman and I felt so relieved. The nail polish selection was vast and the ambience at the salon was relaxing and spa like. I called and asked for availability for a same day gel pedicure. There was some back and forth regarding timing (as I needed to be done by a certain timeframe for another appointment) and after I said that I can just come back another time -- they hesitantly told me to come at the appointment time I requested (12PM). I arrived at 11:59AM and wasn't seated until 12:10PM in the chair. I was soaking my feet in the water when the receptionist said that one of the techs didn't feel well and left, so it would be another 15 minutes before I could get serviced by another tech. I ended up taking my feet out of the water since they were getting raisin-y. I was more annoyed that they accepted me as a customer during my initial phone call instead of allowing me to go elsewhere, since they were clearly understaffed that day. Debbie started my service at 12:30PM and she was rough AF throughout my experience. I had gel on from a previous pedicure and she used the electric nail filer to remove them (instead of soaking them in acetone) and disregarded how the hot the filer felt against my toenails and didn't ask me about length when cutting my toenails or how the polish looked. Overall, it was an abrasive service instead of a relaxing one, and was clearly rushed so she could move onto the next customer -- my pedicure was sloppily applied and she left the hot towel on my legs for 20 seconds and said "thank you" once she was done. During the service, she kept referencing to her coworker on how busy/slammed they were. Since the service started late, the front desk provided me with a discount off my services, which was appreciated. However, I'll be checking out other nail salons moving forward since they're a dime a dozen in this area. read more

This was one of the nicest pedis I have ever had ! The owner is meticulous about cleanliness and safe products . There are no toxic fumes. I loved the spa pedicure because it included a longer massage and pure oils. You can also have a cup of tea or wine during your service ! They didn't rush me to leave either ! Amazing !! read more

Got a gel manicure here two weeks ago and at first my nails looked great! But after only one week, the top of my nails began to bubble/peel badly. I never had that happen with gel and it worsened (i.e: my hair/stuff constantly got caught in it), so I called to get my nails fixed. However, due to family situation, I was unable to go within the week. I scheduled a little later since one of the owners (Kelvin?) still agreed to honor it since it wasn't done correctly. Upon my arrival, the nail tech (Debbie) was dismissive & said my nails looked fine. I sensed an attitude as she worked. The final straw - she never asked if I wanted my nails cut, but I heard the other tech ask my cousin so I spoke up. She got annoyed/made rude noises/remarks so I calmly told her, "I'm done here." I quietly left her station and sat with my cousin as she finished. Debbie got on her phone and complained rudely in front of me (my cousin translated). Another tech insisted on finishing my nails, I initially refused bc at that point I would rather pay to go elsewhere. She eventually convinced me, but wish I didn't bc my new nails aren't it lol. This was unfortunate because I had great experiences at the Vienna & Fairfax locations, and the owner Venus is very sweet. This review is not a reflection of everyone here, but I won't be coming back to this location due to my experience. read more

I had received a gift certificate from here for my birthday. Came here their last hour and a half before closing on a Sunday night. It wasn't busy. I had called ahead for a pedicure appointment. He asked which one and I said the Zen. Upon arrival they said they don't do the zen there. I got something equivalent. Young took great care of me. She was slow, gentle and meticulous. I asked for some nail art and she was surprised I didn't have a design in mind. Together we found something. I highly recommend this place. Wish it was closer to where I lived. read more

I'll rate the salon positive - clean, nice atmosphere and staff personable. So, funny story, I actually scheduled at another salon with a similar name and proximity but rushing, mapped to this location. Here's my review - The nail technician, Kim, struggled with a gel manicure (also with the removal) and kept urging me to get dipping powder next time which I do not plan to do (just another form of acrylic). She wasn't going to cut my cuticles until I asked and when she did, it was a POOR job. I may try the salon again just not Kim. I did tip generously (looks like to her surprise) however, I'll be sure to select someone else (any frequent salon goers, I welcome your recommendations). I'll post a pic as my nails are decent, but I did have to tell her how to shape them more than once. read more

Due to their neglect and a person who didn't understand English who insisted on using the illegal cheese grater tool against my expressed wishes at time of appointment and again at appointment, I walked out with blood dripping from my feet as they watched but didn't say anything. I had a dangerous foot infection which required multiple medical follow-ups, a Hospital ER visit where they told me they were glad I came in when I did. Numerous antibiotics for sepsis. Still upset about this years later. Do NOT trust them. read more

This time Debbie did my nails in gel and I'm disappointed. I think I could do better considering how unclean & unfinished the edges look. I will be going somewhere else from now on. I think this place is beautiful and the staff is so nice. I also love how many polishes are available here. With that being said I feel like you can tell a lot about a nail salon from your basic manicure. I typically try out a basic manicure before doing gel manicures or pedicures to get a sense of the quality of work. I stopped in on a Tuesday night. It was not busy at all (so presumably the nail technicians shouldn't be rushed). Three people total, including myself, were being serviced. I tipped 30% before the paint job and ended up with a rushed painting :( Top coat didn't cover color. Color wasn't to the cuticles or evenly painted on the nail. After painting I realized nails weren't all evenly shaped. I do have high standards, so if you're looking for a decent job, this place is nice, and like I said, staff is nice, colors galore to pick from, and beautiful decor. I just wish the quality of service was higher. *sigh* the hunt continues for a manicure where all nails are evenly and consistently shaped, paint is even on nail and covers as much of the nails as possible, and top coat covers all color paint, with tips of nails lightly covered with top coat as well. Please if you're reading this, let me know where I can go to get a 5/5 star manicure. I came here with a friend to get our much needed pedicure pampering. Pro: - techs did a good job filing, shaping, and painting the toe nails - the receptionist was willing to go out of her way to have her nail tech fix the issue. - better news: no complaints that I heard or no push back from the tech. - clean/tidy and inviting place, it's spacious-ish Cons: - sample color from the key rings doesn't match the color on the nails. Make sure to try on your nails if that's the color you want! - don't settle, nicely talk to the owner/receptionist to ask for a redo if not happy Story: My friend's nail tech didn't stop to fix the nails when she expressed how the color wasn't what it should be. Firstly, the colors we've asked didnt match the colors applied to our nails. Yes they were the same color assigned on the bottles. I assumed it's because the sample color nails ring got faded by the sun (because they were found in the front reception area). Lucky for me, the tech applied a sample color on my nail to confirm if I liked the color. Not quite what I wanted, but I try not to be difficult, I accepted the color anyway. My friend didn't have that option since she recently got her French mani. So when she got the colors applied on her toes, it made no difference, it just looked like the same colored toe nails. read more

12.26 My daughter needed waxing and our regular wax lady Devanshi was out sick. I called 30 minutes before to make sure they were open and able to accommodate. Service was quick, in and out in 15 minutes. Never been to any Organic nail and spa before and I'm really impressed on how nice and clean this location is.
