My technician was very nice and helpful. The place was clean and you can see implements were sterilized. I really enjoyed my time at this salon! I was limited on time, but my nail tech still took the time to ask about my needs, gave me a towel to cover my dress, struck up meaningful conversation with me, thoroughly cared for my feet during my gel pedicure, gave my calves and feet a much-needed massage, and welcomed me to come back for a manicure. She did this with just enough time to spare so I could quickly pay and go. So I did the shellac for the first time on 11/2/17. It's now 11/29/17 and it's still there! Grown out but amazing! It makes my nails stronger and still thin as opposed to acrylic nails. Great experience for a more natural nail with low maintenance. I wash dishes and busy work with typing. And my nails even have a gem and both hands have the gem still. Love this place. The staff is super friendly. They help me pick out colors whenever I'm in and will tell me if they think there's a brand that may stay on longer. I've had 3 manicures so far and NONE of them have chipped. The color is in great shape even two weeks later when i go back in only because my nails have grown out. If my nails didn't grow so quickly I could easily go 3 weeks. My pedicures last a month. I just trim my nails in between visits but the color never chips either. read more

They seemed friendly but the pedicure I got was terrible. They left most of the dead skin on the soles. They said it was just dry skin. I can tell the difference between dead and dry skin. It was too overpriced for what I got. My nails are still long around my big toe. Don't waste your time. I can't say anything about their nails but the pedicure was terrible. It's equivalent to doing yours at home. I had to remove my own dead skin after I got home. read more

I've been here a couple times and do not plan on returning. The staff is nice enough but the quality is lacking. I had originally visited because it was convenient and the price was decent. I went last week and the price seemed to have increased (bummer #1) and I received the worst polish job (bummer #2) I have yet to experience. See the photos for my messed up pinky nail that she also seemed to have overlooked during the file process. Unfortunately I noticed awhile drying and was running late so I couldn't ask her to fix. Went here to get a basic pedicure. My overall impression was good. I walked in without an appointment and they took me right away. The staff seemed friendly and efficient but were not overly personable. The salon looked clean but lacked a spa-like atmosphere: minimal decore, tvs (on mute with subtitles) over the pedicure chairs, and a local light-rock radio station playing in the background. There was also the owner's small dog in the salon, which was cute but yapped when someone new came in the door. My nails tuned out nicely and they had a big selection of nail polishes to choose from. Overall, I would say this is a great place to get a cheap (I paid $25), no-frills (experience) manicure or pedicure. It's conveniently located in my neighborhood, so I'll probably go back again. read more

I came to this place maybe Saturday July 16 and it's been about a week since I've had my full shellac a acrylic set on. They started chipping like Tuesday or Wednesday. My nails looked bad from the start. It took the girl over an hour to finish my refill set... why? Because she kept checking her damn phone. I stayed well past closing. I wasn't happy with my nails but I wasn't about to stay any longer. They use to do a good job but they only treat you good if you dress well. I had a previous experience were I was trying to get my eyebrows and nails done. I had just gotten off of work and it was winter time. I was in sweats and boots because I wasn't about to fall on their poorly cleaned side walk. They told me to take a seat and I waited about 10 mins. And I was hoping to get out of there at a good time. Right when I got up to leave they said they were gonna see me. I had made up my mind already not to waste my money on that service. I should have learned from my 1st time I went that they aren't friendly. P.s dress up so you can get seen or else they make you wait. read more

I went on a Tuesday morning because I attempted a gel overlay on myself the night before (YouTube made it look easy). Needless to say, I needed a do-over. And I had a meeting to go to for work so I looked in the area for a place that was open. This place was supposed to open at 9. A lady casually shows up at about 9:15 to open. I went in and she was in the back somewhere but there were 3 or 4 tubs on the floor that looked like they had been delivered but not installed for pedicures.
