Been here several times! Moon is the best nail artist around! If you go here definitely request her! The reason I gave this place 3 stars is because it's not the cleanest place around. The floors look pretty dirty the outside bottoms of the spas look pretty dirty. They don't line the spas for pedicures which I know is a state board law. I've seen workers use dirty implements on people while getting pedicures as well. I personally would not get a pedicure here. This nail salon literally did the worst nail job ever! All of my nails are crooked and uneven. When I told the lady I did not believe I should have to pay full price for crooked and awful nails she didn't even care. She took my credit card out of hand and charged me. I am so unhappy. read more

Nails are extremely uneven, i have numerous cuts on my cuticles, service was unfriendly to name a few of the complaints I have of this place. I normally don't like to give bad reviews but this place needs major improvements. I paid over 75 dollars of services and I could have done a better job myself. read more

Connie is the most amazing nail tech she pays close attention to detail when doing your nails, pedicure and eyebrows! She's the only one I let touch my hands feet and eyebrows...she always makes me feel very comfortable offers water and coffee and if I have my daughter she will hold her play with her if she's being fussy or if I need to dry my nails. read more

Two weeks ago, I was in desperate need of a full set and pedicure. I went to a nail salon down the street from this one and was treated horribly when I walked in so I left and came to Nail Passion. When I walked in I was greeted and was helped out immediately. One person started right away on my spa pedicure, while another on my full set. I was completely ecstatic with the results of my pedicure and full set. My full set lasted for a while which is saying a lot from me since I can never last a week. I went back today to get another set and color change on my toes. I wanted to change up my nail shape since I always get the square round nails, I told her I wanted round and she did it no problem. While doing my nails she conversed over many topics keeping me entertained. All in all, my search for a great nail salon is over because Nail Passion is it! They didnt even add the powder right, they left it all on the outside of my nail and he rushed on doing my set when they didnt even had customers waiting... This place is horrible!!!! My first fill was two weeks ago and they charged me 30 for a fill with gel. The nails were so bad and thick i went the very next day to get them fixed. He charged me $15 because he changed the color. $45 dollars for a fill!!! Plain nails. No designs no nothing. A couple days later and alllll my nails are lifting I'm so mad i really wanna go in there again but i don't even want them touching my nails again. NEVER AGAIN. read more

Pedicures are the worst. You pay an extra $5 for callous removal and they do a horrible job. The polish always chips after a few days.

I had the worst manicure! I went in with a gel manicure & wanted the gel manicure removed & a regular manicure. I was there over an hour & the manicurist couldn't remove the gel I previously had on. She then cut my nails to avoid having to remove the gel then decided to paint over the gel she couldn't take off. You could totally see the gel had not been removed so I had her remove the polish & take all the gel off before she re-painted my nails. In the end she had the nerve to charge me for gel removal & they way she painted my nails was horrible. Paint all over my hands & cuticles it looked like I had a child give me a manicure. Hello I went to place today during my lunch hour to get my eyebrows waxed for a concert that evening. Instead I got poor quality service. The lady who was doing my eyebrows dropped a big chunk of wax in my eyelashes and she chopped a big part of my eyebrow. Instead of getting an apology she left me in room alone and I was in shock that had occurred. She didn't even bother apologizing or anything. As soon as I started to cry she left room and went to "help" another customer. The manager just compensated me $6 gift certificate for my half torn eye brow!!! I do NOT by any chance DO NOT COME HERE!!! When I went back to manager to tell him the fees he owed me because I had bought make up to fill in my half eyebrows he acted like nothing had ever happened and yelled at me t leave his place of business. I was so stunned and shocked he was a big jerk! Screaming and telling me I should go elsewhere! I could not believe the way he was treating me!!! As I sat on a chair to wait for his response a customer appeared and he had audacity to get in my face and tell me to leave! He then grabbed chair and started pushing me aside!!! He grabbed the chair and pushed me to side! I could not believe what a jerk and asshole he was being to me! They treat you nice only when you go but once they mess up something they treat you like crap and pretend like nothing happens! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! Horrible service . This place is the absolute worst. The owner hardly speaks English and it's clearly all about the money. I went to get a gel manicure on Friday and as I was there he told me I could get my pedicure and nails done at the same time. Once people began walking in that changed. He began with my nails but totally rushed through. He did not even cut and file my nails. All my nails are different lengths and are not filed... He did such a horrible job on the gel I had two chip the next day. I came on Monday to get them fixed and instead of offering to re do them he only fixed the two that chipped although all of them look terrible. The paint goes over my cuticle and I am very unhappy. I have never had gel done so poorly. Even when he re did the two nails he didn't file or make them look better they still look terrible. He even tried fixing them by just putting a third coat on and I refused because then they are too thick and chip really easily. He only offered to take off and re do for 15 dollars more??? Are you kidding? This place is the worst nail salon in the corona area. Save your money and go elsewhere read more

I got the the 35 pedicure it comes with a scrub, clay mask for the feet and legs and paraffin wax for your feet.It was so worth it best pedicure I've ever had they take their time and they give the best foot massages.they also make you feel welcomed and never once made me feel uncomfortable about my feet.Will definitely be back i recommend this place to whoever loves great service and reasonable prices. read more

This was the worst nail place I've ever been to. I've never wrote a review on yelp or never complained at all anywhere I go. But this was the most rude customer service I have ever gotten. I went in for my first time to this place with my friends and we all got full sets. Price says$18 for a full set and no other chargers. I said before I got my nails one and during NO GEL. He said okay and continued doing my nails. I asked for short cut because my work only allows us to have short nails. He then started to hurt my hands and was way to rough. He would not cut them shorter and then I had to ask another lady to cut them when she was starting to paint them. I was done and was waiting with my friends. He said my total was $23 I had $22 in cash so I asked if I can pay the rest plus tip cause I wanted to be nice. He charged my card extra $14 dollars and I asked why he said my total was 33 now. I was very consumed and continued to ask why and he said that he charged me for gell -$10.00 and plus extra for cut. I said that I asked for no gel and no other place charges for cut? And it's not on the pricing. I asked to speak to a manger and they all left and stayed in the back. I started to call customer service to see if I can get my money back or at least the 10 that I didn't pay for. They gave me 5 dollars and told me to be quite. My nails changed colors the day after I got them done. Do not come here unless you want to get ripped off. read more
