I went in with my husband and friend for pedicures. I usually get good service there but all three pedicures were messed up. My color looks so sloppy I am embarrassed of It. Update: Phillip the manager reported that he would give me $20 off services if I removed my review, and said that many of the employees do not speak English well. Phillip, your employees spoke enough English to lie to me, write up the wrong service, and let me pay for it. It's not a language issue, it's a dishonesty issue. First time here and probably last. Ladies were friendly but quality and execution of service were subpar. I got a builder gel manicure and #4 pedicure for a total of $90. The end result was definitely not worth the price. The nail trim, filing and paint job were pretty bad. I am really disappointed with my nails, the French tip is terrible. I was cut twice and polished was left under my nails. I was offered to fix them, but cmon! my nails hurt and I wouldn't want them to be touched again. Overall I believe I shouldn't have been expected to pay for such a bad service. read more

Such a sweet crew! Thao, Tuyen, Hue are so gentle and thorough with mani/pedis. They don't just go through the motions with the massage, they really want you to feel good. I do basic pedicures but they always do a great job for me. Place is super clean, you can book appts online, and you can accumulate points as you sign in each visit. Not only did I not get the color I wanted, they scratched my NEW Oura ring during the service and insisted that they didn't do it!!! I saw when she did it and called her out when she did it. I called last week to get my nails fixed and she told me she would not be able to do them since she didn't help me and I would have to wait until Wednesday when I was very specific and told her I got my nails done for my vacation trip. Then she told me to come in any day after that.So I went on my vacation with horrible nails ashamed to even show my hands. Then I came in today to get my nails done and now she's telling me she can't help me cause I should have called in and I am beyond mortified this is so ridiculous frustrating and just plain bad service. Finest Nails really were the Finest! The employees were both sweet and very accommodating. I came in with my grandmother, who has been unable to care for her feet, and they gave her a pedicure that completely refreshed her aging skin without breaking it. I came here just to get a gel x removal, and the lady who did my removal was rushing, which cause her to not really pay attention to the work she is doing. She shaved my nails SUPER thin to where it is brittle. I understand getting gel done can thin your nails but she had kept shaving in areas where there was no more gel to be taken off. Not only that but she finished this service even though there is still gel on a few fingers. I was afraid to let her know bc then she would continue to shave off more of my natural nail than the actual gel. It is very disappointing that a nail shop can't do a basic gel removal without damaging your nails. If she had pay attention and took her time this would have not happen. read more

I came here without any expectations, as I was gifted to have a nice me-time treatment day. I did come onto Yelp to check out what the verdict was, and well...I had a really great experience. They are definitely practicing safety measures for Covid, with the main doors propped open, staff are fully masked, and each of the chairs are separated by a panel. Stepping inside, it looks clean and welcoming. I had made an appointment the day before, and I was taken to a chair within 5 minutes. I had the deluxe pedicure and a regular manicure done. My nail tech, Hieu, was simply amazing. He was very gentle and can tell he was an experienced tech. The chairs comes with a massage, and you can control the time and level. Personally, I'm not a huge fan of massage chairs, but they're still comfortable to sit on. This listing says they accept credit cards, but I was told they are a *Cash Only* location. So be prepared. Also, if you're planning on walking-in, just know you may have to wait or they may give you a time to return. They seem to have less staff there, though not sure how many are there before. So...please be patient or book an appointment. I definitely found a good nail place here, and look forward to coming back for more pamper days! read more

I asked multiple times if they were going to help me soon, Kim kept saying just a few more minutes. After 30 minutes I walked out. They should respect peoples time and be honest. I've been trying to find a new salon since I moved to Corona. I look for value (not too expensive, reasonable), how much time it takes, and how well shaped and painted my nails are. This place has all 3! I got a regular pedicure and gel manicure and was in and out in about an hour (perfect!!!!!). I saw mixed reviews on getting acrylic nails here, I figured I'd given it a chance since it's so close to my house... The lady doing my nails was extremely RUDE. She walked over and said "give me your hands" because I was getting a pedicure... she didn't say hi or anything. She got upset when I asked for almond shaped nails. And she kept pulling on my hands when she needed to work on the next one, and was really rough... it hurt most of the time. She also filed my nails down way shorter than what I asked the length to be. At the end, I told her I wanted regular polish and not gel. She then the whole time kept lecturing me about not wanting gel, and I'm going to ruin the polish.. but I told her several times that I just like polish, even if it gets messed up. When I was done, I was waiting for them to dry and I realized how RED my nails bids were. She was only nice to me when she realized that I gave a GENEROUS tip because I also got a pedicure and my daughters a mani/pedi. She then said she'll see me soon.. yada yada. 3 days later.. it looks like I already need a full. I love bringing my daughters here, but wouldn't even get my nails done here again. read more

My mom went to get a pedi a week or two ago and once it was time to pay the lady doing her nails became extremely pushy and only cared about her tip. Although the lady provided a service, a tip is optional NOT mandatory! This lady was so pushy and gave my mom anxiety when all my mom was trying to do was pay first. The lady provided a QR code to leave her a tip, which my mom did. After my mom paid the lady was so adamant that my mom sent the tip to the wrong number. How could that have even happened if the stupid lady was the one providing the QR code?! A man that worked at the salon stepped in and told my mom she didn't have to leave a tip, but by now half the salon was staring at my mom like she was trying to leave without leaving a tip. My mom left the lady all the cash she had ($9) and left. Come to find out, an hour later my mom sees a notification that she INDEED DID leave the lady a tip through the QR code. So all in all the lady got a total of $21 for a freaking tip she never deserved. I would NOT recommend coming to this nail salon. Some people can be so pushy. When you go to a salon you go to relax-not to be made to feel like a cheap person trying to skip out on a service. I have been coming to Finest nails since I moved to Corona in 2017. I always have a wonderful experience, and they do an excellent job. Chloe has been doing my nails for a long time and goes out of her way to give me what I want. She does wonderful powder dip and ombre nails. I always go to Thao for my deluxe gel pedicure. She always makes sure the color is just right before she gets started and the massage and paraffin wax keep me relaxed and rejuvenated. the salon is very clean and modern. I enjoy the mellow background music, and the TVs usually have exotic scenery, so you can drift away for the hour or so, while you're getting your services. I visited them due to my nails cracking, they're dry and brittle. And yes I've tried all remedies and they all DONT work. So I was looking for a nail salon who can apply acrylic to prevent further damage. My nails are used to pick/pluck the strings on my ukulele. And when they split they hang up on the strings. I don't want to use finger picks because they sound to "harsh" Anyway I got there and "Kim" greeted me and walked me to Anne. I showed her my nails, which had acrylic powder applied almost a month ago and were holding everything together. She proceeded to remove the acrylic and trim the cuticles. She over cut a cuticle and my finger started to bleed, she applied alcohol on the wound and proceeded. She then trimmed the nails to the length I required. Then applied 3 layers of acrylic. Done! Almost That night I had a club meeting and played For 2hrs. I later noticed a nail was snagging. I looked and, yup it cracked! I returned and Kim looked at the nail. Anne then flagged me over, she then filed and smoothed the nail and sent me on the way. My rating, I'm being generous. My need of reinforced nails was not really understood. I went there not for esthetics, but for a more useful/ stronger nail set. I'll have to find a nail salon who understands my needs read more
