My pedicure finished around 3:30, so I stayed, ordered food, and even got waxing done while waiting. That's already me being flexible. At 4:05 PM, instead of starting my appointment, I was told it would be another 15 minutes. That would make it a 55-minute wait past my scheduled manicure time. The technician (Lee) wasn't even working on another client, he was in the back on a break. That is beyond disrespectful and a complete disregard for people's time. It gets worse. During my waxing, I politely told the technician she missed some small hairs on the side of my lip and asked if she could remove them with tweezers. I had my eyes closed and instead she reapplied wax without telling me and literally ripped off my skin. Not irritation, not redness, actual skin. It burned immediately and you could visibly see the damage. When I went to pay and declined to pay for the waxing (for obvious reasons), I was told I was "exaggerating" and that my skin was just sensitive. No accountability, no apology, just denial. Meanwhile, I'm standing there with visible injury on my face. I left without getting my manicure because waiting nearly an hour past an appointment while the technician takes a break is unacceptable. Now I'm dealing with facial skin damage that will take weeks to heal, all because of careless service and zero professionalism. Between the disrespect for appointment times and physically injuring a client, this place is completely unacceptable. DO NOT COME HERE

We all work too hard to pay for expensive services that aren't quality and don't last. I have tried this nail salon on three occasions with different nail techs. I have yet to have a an experience that is worth the money. He first time was for apres for my daughter and I...both of us experienced the nail tips lifting and polish peeling within two weeks. The second time I tried them 18 months later...I told the tech about my previous experience and watched the application closely to find one nail had air bubbles on the perimeter of the tip and has to push for her to correct it. I had a couple tips fall off. My last experience was 8/14/26, the foot spa has a cheap plastic liner that broke and I realized they don't actually clean the food spas every every single service. Gross. Next my a press nail service experience was nice. The staff is friendly over all. However, in less then two weeks several nails had polish peeling and chipping. Literally, within 10 days. $136 including tip for apres and pedi (no design) is a lot of money for the nails to not last beyond two weeks. I contacted the salon and sent pictures. They offered to fix the polish for $5 per nail. Honestly, they should be embarrassed for the poor quality of service they are delivering. *In response to the owners reply: Check your cameras. Your staff is not cleaning the foot spas after every service. After my experience with the cheap bags breaking...I watched 6 other women get pedis...only ONE spa was cleaned and it was when the PM shift receptionist arrived.
