I walked in on a Tuesday morning for a regular manicure, and was accommodated without a wait. Laura was my technician and she did an excellent job! She was detailed-oriented, skilled, and made sure I was comfortable with her work at key points (e.g. the shaping, color). I was very happy with how my manicure turned out and it looked as good as new the next day, when I spent the day at an important work event. I also appreciated the fact that the instruments were freshly sanitized. The other staff members I interacted with were warm and friendly, which was great. I noticed the fungus once I took the toenail polish off and immediately took her to the dr, who said it came from unsanitary nail utensils , so as opposed to the last review I would not recommend them because of this. 8/6/2025 I was so happy with the service that Wendy did for my mom. That day was a very special day, it was my mom's 100th birthday and we decided to give her some pampering. Wendy did an amazing job on her feet and hands and they were chatting, so I saw that my mom was truly enjoying herself. I would recommend Wendy for a pampering session with an older person, she was very attentive and had a good vibe. I will definitely hire her again.
