Dip completely RUINS my nails, so I can't get it done all the time (and at $65 a pop, I'm sure there is a small part of the population who can). Both times I have also had pedicures which were honestly just...fine. Nothing to write home about. The person I had a few weeks ago tried to upsell me twice within 5 minutes of me sitting in the chair. This is something I absolutely cannot appreciate. First off, when you use Vagaro, you are already giving your customers access to your price list. You should know which of your customers to pitch upgrades to or not (walk ins vs. schedulers). When I get to pick my pedicure type on Vagaro and I choose basic, I assure you, I want basic. I don't want to be upsold 5 times to buy a more expensive pedicure. It's just annoying. And then when I refused, the tech barely looked at me the rest of the time I was getting my service done. Honestly, I think I would just return to get my nails done here (by Kim only). Nothing about the pedicure service stood out and certainly not the attitude of the employee.

Looking at the receipt afterward, I realized there were multiple extra charges added for things that were either never clearly explained or felt excessive for a standard appointment. While the salon itself was clean and the staff was pleasant, the pricing transparency was honestly unacceptable. Charges for things like "color tips," "special shape," "cut down," and other add-ons quickly added up without a clear breakdown beforehand. For the amount charged, I expected much better communication and overall value. I don't mind paying premium prices for premium service, but customers should know exactly what they're agreeing to before the total nearly reaches $200. Unfortunately, I left feeling taken advantage of rather than pampered.

My nail tech Courtney was very fast with getting my nails done at a reasonable timeframe and she very friendly and welcoming want to make sure every step of the way I was comfortable with everything. The atmosphere is very elegant and elevated and they have plenty of seating for you and your guests. I will say the owner/manager gave me a partial refund but I still left her a tip because maybe she's having a bad day, or under the weather. Either way not a great experience but props to the management for at least refunding me partially

The bottom of the voucher had the website address to this business where I booked an appointment for my daughter to get her nails done for her birthday. I used the address on the website to find the location and brought my daughter for her first ever full set on her birthday. When I came in, I told them specifically I have a gift voucher to use like the bottom of the voucher stated. They said "okay" and set my daughter up to get started. They did a good job making her wishes come true on the set. However, when I went to pay they told me they don't honor these vouchers as they don't sell them on their site. I had proof of the voucher and the email sent from them when it was purchased and they still told me it would not be honored. They told me I'd have to reach out to my family member and get a proof of purchase from them (from back in December, by the way) in order for them to honor it. My family member lives in a different time zone and this was not possible at this time. The manager would not budge on the issue and told us they'd just take my daughter's nails off and we could leave. My daughter is 9 years old and was in full-on tears at this point. As a mom, obviously I just paid in full and walked out. Other patrons in there could not believe it as well. Just beware that their customer service and honoring a gift that came from THEIR WEBSITE is not something they will do and that's just shady behavior. Thanks for taking something that was supposed to be special for my daughter on her birthday and turning it into something negative and sad. 10/10 do not recommend.

During recent visits, I've had to remind staff of missed steps, and my last two appointments were mishandled, either the second service was forgotten or not communicated properly. At my most recent visit, the same technician as last time seemed unaware of social cues. I was clearly reading a book and hoping for a quiet session, but she kept interrupting with questions, so I had to put it away. I also had to tell her multiple times that she was being too aggressive, despite me directly saying "this is uncomfortable and I am not enjoying this", she didn't adjust her approach. I'm now left with broken skin. Condescendingly when applying the polish she added a question "does this hurt." I don't think this tech is licensed. Meanwhile my second service was completed I had to remind the 'tech' to add the clear coat. When it came time to check out I noticed they added an unadvertised additional fee. Still giving them a 20% tip this was a stressful servicing. It may be time for a new fav salon.

I went with my husband yesterday for a manicure and pedicure at 1:30pm for our appointment. I got the gel french tips and my husband got the clear polish. We were immediately greated with a smile and were sat down. Kim took care of my husband's mani & pedi (it was his first time and he has sensitive feet, so he was pretty anxious), but she kept reassuring him and ensuring that he was as comfortable as possible--his hands & feet looked brand new afterwards! Gwen took care of me and she was also super sweet, gentle & was detail-oriented. I hadn't gotten my nails done in a while, so this was definitely a delightful treat. The massage chairs are a bit worn since they have been in business for some years now, but nothing too crazy to complain about there. They still worked really well, I almost fell asleep as I was so relaxed. Everything looked pretty sanitary in my opinion. They wore gloves, used clean tools, and towels. They were also sanitizing as much as they could at every step. The ambiance was also pretty casual yet relaxing. I know we paid under $200.00 (I lost my receipt--boo), but it was definitely worth it! This is now my husband & I's go-to spot, for sure!
