Customer service trash, professionalism trash and the attention to detail for my very simple nails trash. The lady at the front sits me in a place that's not clean. Then proceeds to tell me "you can move up" like clearly I will move up when you have removed everything from the previous service. I would never suggest this place to anyone! Too busy focused on her phone and her desire to finish her own nails that she rushed mine and didn't care how they looked. My gel polish is lifting less than 24 hours later. read more

I normally have great experiences here (and have left positive reviews before), which is why I drive 25 minutes to Texas Nail Bar Mesquite instead of going somewhere closer. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was very disappointing. Henry's wife started my nails but seemed bothered the entire time and repeatedly asked if it was okay for her to do them, even though I said yes multiple times. Midway through, she stopped and had Henry finish. He also kept asking if I was okay with the color, even though I had already agreed. The whole experience made me feel like they thought I was a difficult client, which I'm not. Honestly, it felt like they had me confused with someone else, because from the moment I sat down Henry's wife's attitude toward me felt hostile. I really miss Michelle--she was always kind, patient, and consistent with her work. This visit, however, had poor customer service and left me with nails that were just mediocre compared to my usual experiences here. read more

Including curve, French, shape, color, gel, time, products, gloves everything. Went in for a take off and it says 10 dollars on the paper. By the time I went to checkout she say 15 for new price, which is supposed to be shown on new menu. When she showed me the new menu it did not have take off on there. Scam!!!!! read more

Service was great everyone was kind , but some of my nails don't look good some are really thick and he cut me twice thick some longer than other also my pedicure did not like at all sloppy and just done with no energy some my big toe look bulky mind you it's just regular nail polish message supposedly included but just rubbed lotion and done maybe I'll just choose a different nail tech next time because place is clean and employee are nice probably just not a good day read more

A friend of mines asked me to find a good pedicure spot for us to go to. I looked online and found this place. It's only a few minutes from my house. We were able to make reservations online. We got there before our scheduled appointment reservation and they took us. There's many stations in that place. The staff was welcoming and greeted us upon arrival. They serve alcohol my friend and I don't drink so we got water. The book they give you to choose from colors is so cool. They give a punch card after your service. Didn't get it punched so I guess on next visit. Overall my friend and enjoy the pedicure and service. read more

The nail tech , Amy was rude and seemed like she didn't want to be at work!! First of all, she didn't introduce herself, she sat down and started doing my nails. I have never had such a horrible experience at a nail salon. I will start by saying Hellen who did my pedicure was amazing and I appreciate her thoroughness. I wish I could say the same for chino. Today was my first time visiting and I booked with him based off of reviews. He made it clear he didn't want to do my nails from the moment I arrived. He kept leaving to talk on the phone or play on it. I paid to have my nails soaked off but he kept attempting to remove them by using an artificial nail to lift them. I asked him to soak them because it was causing discomfort. He did it but reluctantly. He insisted my nails were to short for coffin and too thin for dip (I've never heard of this ). My nails were in great shape because I typically only use gel x. I agreed to get tips per his request to achieve the coffin shape but then he still wasn't willing to shape them. He also kept reiterating that every thing was an added cost every step of the way in a demeaning manor as if he was implying I couldn't afford it. I left with my nails in worse shape than when I started. I would NEVER come back here and I would never recommend them. read more
