I have come to all my appointments and paid full price and only had to cancel one time the day off when I was sick with COVID and she accommodated. I have put up with her being consistently late to appoinments, cancelling on me less than an hour to my appointment and last month she rescheduled me 3 times at the last minute for my appointment and even cancelled on me when I had already showed up and was waiting on her. Recently I lost my job so I wanted to move my May 2024 appt to June when I would start my new job. I rescheduled online like I usually do. She implemented a new policy and made no one aware that now to cancel or reschedule an appointment you have to call in or it won't count and you will be subject to the cancellation fee which is 75% of service cost. I let her know if am still going to be charged even though I rescheduled days in advance I rather come in then get a $250 charge and not be serviced. She still tried to cancel until I pushed back and insisted I still be serviced. After the appt I saw she deleted my email out of my customer portal so I would no longer be notified when they make transactions on my card saved on my account. It just gives shady and grimey business practices. I know she expressed that business has been slow but it is probably due to the economy and she said the new cancellation policy came as a result of them not trying to lose any more money. But strategy makes no sense if it is causing you to lose loyal customers. Overall I don't recommended because they will try to charge you without servicing you and charge your card with out your knowledge. It was nice to see a black owned woman business that you did not have to trek to the city for but her recent business practices are disappointing and deplorable.

(The team was so nice, they assured me that if I was at the wrong location, they would have worked it out for me) Parking in this neighborhood can feel a little risky as there are 'no parking' signs all over, it's hard to know what to believe. I called ahead just to confirm if I could park on the street without issue during my afternoon visit and was reassured. Spoiler alert: My car was safe in its original spot with no ticket in sight. The vibes at each Sweet Peach are the same, adorable and covered in peaches! Peach rugs, walls in peachy tones, adorable peachy butts, etc etc. Once you walk into a Sweet Peach, you'll never forget how they look lol. Another fun trait of each Sweet Peach? Sex and The City plays on each tv. LOVE. Definitely easy to get through a waxing/sugaring appointment as you see Carrie embarrassing herself once again for Big's attention. The team at this location (and honestly, every locaton) is SO nice. They were patient, incredibly helpful and just sweethearts. Tammy was my wax tech on my last visit and she did an amazing job. Reviews looked good so I scheduled. I don't know how it is for all the waxers but Jody was a MACHINE. She was so fast I think I was in and out in less 10 minutes. Jody was kind and helpful and talked through everything. I thought it was interesting this salon provides a hot towel at the end for you to wipe yourself down with. It was a nice extra touch. Sabina groomed my eyebrows. I explained the look I was going for and she did exactly what I described. This is a big plus because eyebrows shape your face. She cleaned my face and then handed me a mirror. There was no wait for service which probably because I got there at a non peak time not before opening or closing. She also showed me prices for other services which were reasonable. They are located next to a wing place on the left the shop and dunking doughnuts on the right. My daughter had a "back wax" for the first time at this facility. In preparation for this service, I Googled the rating, which returned to 4.7 Stars. We called the company to find out what to expect since this was her first time. Also, she had an event to attend and wanted to ensure there were no issues with her back after the service. The company advised us to come a few days earlier in case of minor irritation (considering eyebrow and lip waxing, you might get a minor irritation). Also, the esthetician recommended that my daughter get a "Sugar wax" service. We arrived five days before the event and had the service done. The esthetician had my daughter sign a waiver and advised her to use Neosporin or Hydrocortisone in case of minor irritation. My daughter said that the esthetician used her gloved hands as she repeatedly put the product on her back, but she didn't change the gloves between applications. My daughter thought to herself that she hoped the esthetician would change the product for each new client. Immediately after the service, walking out the door, I checked her back and saw white pimples populating on her back. My daughter didn't go back into the facility to make them aware because she had already addressed the possibility of some irritation. My daughter used hydrocortisone to help with the rash; now it's red. After the event, the rash developed fully on her entire back. The earliest we could get an appointment with a dermatologist was that Wednesday. During the visit, the dermatologist said this rash was caused by a contaminated product caused by double-dipping. She prescribed a cream to be used daily for at least two weeks, possibly three. We are still working on the rash, which has been present for seventeen days. Yesterday, we showed my daughter's back and spoke to the company about the problem. We requested a refund for the cost of the service and dermatologist visit. The problem was not a minor irritation but a massive reaction to contaminated products caused by staff negligence, which caused a full-blown rash. We asked to speak to the owner, which the esthetician declined. She responded that she would give the information to the owner and get back to us tomorrow. Today, after two follow-up calls from me, they finally responded: "Your daughter signed the waiver, which clearly states that we are not responsible for anything; therefore, they will not give a refund." In all honesty, based on yesterday's conversation with the esthetician, we didn't expect them to show good ethics or integrity. If I saw a review like this and the pictures as proof, I would say, "Thank you very much!" And move on to another company. We can only make decisions in today's world through the "Reviews." So even if you have a 5-star rating along with these business practices, I would not take the chance because you or your loved one suffers; the company moves on with business as usual. They have to be held accountable! So, we will be filing this information to The State Board of Georgia because this is a health issue that requires investigating or, at the very least, recording.
