I was looking for a new spa for eye brow threading and I was told this is one of the best in the city. After doing research came across this location. This spa offers services for henna, eye brow threading, Brazilian waxing, sugaring (less painful so I hear) and other services. Customer service is great. I walked in and signed in. Sabina groomed my eyebrows. I explained the look I was going for and she did exactly what I described. This is a big plus because eyebrows shape your face. She cleaned my face and then handed me a mirror. There was no wait for service which probably because I got there at a non peak time not before opening or closing. She also showed me prices for other services which were reasonable. They are located next to a wing place on the left the shop and dunking doughnuts on the right. I really enjoyed the service I received and it's a plus that there stores nearby as well. read more

If I could give the salon a zero star rating, then I would. I went on Sunday to get a Brazilian wax and it was a very uncomfortable experience. The lady suggested that I use their sugar wax and so I did and I'm not sure if it was the wax or her method, but she was waxing the same area multiple times causing irritation. In addition to that my entire vagina began to rash up about 15 to 20 minutes after I got the wax and I've NEVER experienced that. I've been getting waxed for two years now and I have NEVER EVER broken out from getting a wax up until now. My entire vagina was red and inflamed, and I am now starting to see the scars from it, that's just how bad it was. I don't know if they've done cross contamination or if I caught anything so I immediately went to my doctor and now I'm just waiting on results, prayerfully I didn't get exposed to anything, but I would never go here again and I do not recommend them AT ALL. I tried to give this location another chance. However, having un trained people working in the location is a hazard. I was getting my upper lip and chin waxed the lady waxed my upper lip and then stick the stick back in the wax. when I asked her was this protocol she said yes we don't do it with Brazilian waxing. I said so if a person has a cold sore and you are double dipping then everybody else is exposed to it. Another person had to come by and tell her we don't do that. I like this place to get my eyebrows threaded but getting a Brazilian?! Never again. I was told to go to Sunny but I'm not sure which lady she was and I believe she was busy at the time. I was told NOT to go to the older lady but she was the only one available and I needed it done that day! Big mistake! I've been getting waxed for the past 8 years and I've been to many different people in many different places. I have a pretty moderate pain tolerance but I have NEVER been hurt from a wax. Now granted, I can get a wax done every other month and this time around was an every other month situation but I decided to wait until my birthday. The older lady hurt me and when I told her so she said "well you have to come every 3-4 weeks." What? When I wasn't consistently going, it still wouldn't hurt. But not only did she pull as roughly as possible, I STILL HAVE HAIR ON MY LIPS 2 DAYS LATER. My hair grows fast but not that fast. I will not be returning. read more

And these girls, they know what they are doing. I've been driving to Stockbridge for two years now, 30 minutes away from my home, to get waxed, Because I'm picky about who does my personal services. I would give zero if I could. I walked in the door and there was no greeting. The lady immediately let me know I would have to wait. Her exact words "you wait". I was confused because she didn't even know what I wanted. I needed my legs waxed and my normal places (Rio's Body Wax on Wesley chapel) was closed. A leg wax alone was $30-$35!!!!! I can't remember the exact number but it started with a 3. I just know to make sure I catch Rio's Monday-Saturday because this place is not a good second, third or fourth choice. read more

Went in for a brow threading, won't be going back. I simply said, just clean up my brows. That means, change the shape, just clean up the overgrowth of hair. Well, she took way too much off the right brow and wanted to try and fix it. I knew better so I left with mismatched brows. It will eventually grow back, but it is unfortunate that people will run a whole company with absolutely no experience. I should have known that she wasn't skilled when the thread kept breaking. I've been threading for years and I've never seen a technician break three pieces of thread. Lesson learned, won't be back!!!! read more

I loved the full body wax. It was a lot less painless than I thought it would be. I wish I could remember her name, but she was gentle and THOROUGH. I didn't have to make a formal appointment either. We went here as a family not my first, truly my last a lady name Noreen helped us. She was rude she did not want to wear a mask on her face, did not cover herself nose when she did wear a mask. Hot Mess she went from waxing someone bikini area and didn't want to wash her hands rushing I guess nope normal hygiene habit? Was short rude unprofessional, she was snatching the mirror, money etc.... a true test of my Faith , tested both my daughters one was ticked the youngest was livid! I went there to get a Brazilian wax and the lady was nice, but was more interested in her phone. I had no type of privacy when needed to undress nor did she give me anything to use to wipe off with before my wax. The wax didn't even last long. Usually when I get a Brazilian was It takes about 6 weeks for the hair to grow back in this case It took 1 week as if I shaved. I will not recommended this place especially if it's your first time waxing. Brazilian Wax by Andreia is way much better. read more
