I forgot her name but she's younger. She did an awesome job. I got individual cat eye on my lashes. She was super nice, really fast. She let me check to make sure I was happy with what she was doing. Eyebrow threading was on point! 2nd time I got same type lashes. But it was an older lady there. I specifically asked her if she knew how to do lashes. She claimed yes. I asked if the other lady would be back tomorrow(Sunday) she said they closed. I said what about Monday she they closed. Told her I'm looking right at the door & hours are open Sun. & Mon. She said the door is from old management. She took an hour for my lashes, hands a little shaky, she got glue all on my face, she used the tweezers & they touched my eyeball a few times, She tried to get the glue off with a q tip but once again touched my eyeball with it. I finally took the Que tip & got all I could off. U can see a little bit of my lashes making it appear that I've had these lashes on for weeks. Her station was messy, she put 2 lashes on then go back & forth to her station to get more which was a super messy to the station. I told her she has to much going on over there & she claimed she was trying to clean it before I came in but when I came in she was tinting someone else's eyebrows which looked great might I add. Only 1 person is there & that person does all the services there are no other techs. Which is ok with me waiting if the service is worth it. They keep the door locked which I like. There's homeless people & young men just hanging out at the gas station that's in that plaza. All in all don't let this lady do ur lashes. I was going to get a massage & facial but lost confidence in her when she played with my lashes. Not sure if she's the owner but either way she's not good at that. Prices are very reasonable. They offer several services. I might come back but depends on who's there.

Then I saw a TikTok where someone mentioned they got the chocolate wax here and that it was less painful. That immediately caught my attention, so I did some research and found so many amazing reviews that I decided to give them a try. I walked in and was warmly greeted by the receptionist, who took the time to explain the differences between the wax options. After hearing the benefits, I decided to go with the chocolate wax. After using the restroom, I was taken back almost immediately by Gleiciana. It had been about three months since my last wax because between nursing school and work, I just haven't had time to make the long drive to my usual wax studio. I already knew it was going to be painful regardless of the type of wax because I had waited so long. Gleiciana was absolutely amazing. She applied pressure after each pull, which really helped minimize the discomfort. She was incredibly thorough and paid close attention to detail throughout the entire appointment. She even waxed my inner thighs and happy trail without charging extra, which I've never experienced before. She also took the time to tweeze the stubborn hairs to make sure everything was perfect. One thing I especially appreciated was how she had me bring my legs to my chest for the backside instead of having me lie on my stomach and spread my cheeks. For personal reasons, that made me feel much more comfortable, and I truly appreciated her professionalism and approach. This was honestly one of the best waxes I've ever had and, without a doubt, the smoothest results I've ever gotten. Usually after a Brazilian, I'm pretty sore and throbbing afterward from the trauma to my skin. This time, I barely had any discomfort afterward. I did take an ibuprofen before my appointment, but I've done that before and still experienced soreness, so I honestly think the chocolate wax may have made a difference. As far as whether the chocolate wax is less painful, I can't say for certain since I had gone so long between appointments. However, I can confidently say the overall experience was exceptional. The location is convenient, the customer service was top-tier from start to finish, and Gleiciana exceeded my expectations. She has always made me feel comfortable from the start. She works quickly and efficiently and ensures to answer any questions you might have about any procedure. You cannot trust just anyone to do your sugaring or waxing, especially in sensitive areas, but I have never been disappointed here. I book everything online and if you need to reschedule, calling in is a breeze. The other staff I have interacted with have always been pleasant and accommodating. You can also get package deals for your sugaring or waxing to save money and for convenience. I did this in the past and recommend it if you can afford it upfront.
